I’ve been going to Oro Nails for about 3-4 years with my mom, and her and I are ALWAYS satisfied by them! They are wonderful people, easy to talk too, great quality of the work they do on your nails and feet. So much respect for them and others who do this kind of job! I’m always IN LOVE with how my nails and feet turn out and my opinion stands! Great place!

I have been getting the mani/pedi here for the past 2 years. I am always able to get an appointment and usually the same day if I call first thing in the morning. The entire staff is helpful and pleasant. My techs name is Angel but you wont go wrong with any of the staff.

Absolutely love this place. 💗💗💗 I got a manicure, pedicure and eyebrows done and LOVED it.This place is so clean and calm and my gel nails last forever without chips. Ive been several times and have only had excellent service and experiences with the staff there. I had an eyebrow wax, and it was a fantastic job. My eyebrows after had the best shape I ever got before.

They did such a good job! The nails speak for themselves.

Tina is kind and professional! My nails turned out just how I wanted, and the salon is very well-kept and pretty.

Got a fresh set of acrylic tips. Not a terrible job but definitely not worth $58. I had a different blue polish on my real nails that the nail tech removed prior to starting and left streaks of the polish all over my fingers as you can see on my thumb. Acrylic job was definitely a bit bumpy. Nice salon over all just not my best experience

I come here with my mom and grandma all the time. The staff is so wonderful and kind! My grandma is 94 years old (and a little cranky). They always handle her with such grace. They do her nails and he toes all from the pedicure chair so she doesn’t have to move. They even hold her hand when she walks. I have to say this place is one of the best nail salons in Tucson. I love everyone there!

So far I’ve been three times and had a good experience each time. Each time was a walk-in and I only waited about 5 minutes. I get gel manicures and a pedicure. I believe I’ve seen both with Cindy and Angel. They were quiet but very nice and did a good job. You can’t beat the price. One thing to note is tips are cash only! You can’t use your card to add a tip.

Angel was an Angel! Great job on the pedicure and gel manicure. I walked in without an appointment and was tended to immediately. They do not take American Express, the machine they use will not accept Canadian debit cards, and they accept tips in cash only. I was allowed to go next door to the cash machine and return on my honour. Most importantly, I have happy feet and hands again. :-)

My nails came out perfect! I’m always very picky with how my nails look and the woman who did my acrylics was very patient with and polite. Not much for talking but still very sweet. It took about 15 minutes to get started on the nails but the outcome was worth the small wait.

I have been going to this nail salon for years and continue to be please over and over again! They welcome walk-ins and for scheduled appointments Ive rarely had to wait; as well, they fit me in for scheduled appointments on short notice. Cindy is, hands down, one of the best and most detail-oriented nail techs Ive ever come across! I highly recommend this nail salon!

I have been going to Tina, the owner of Oro Nails, for over 15 years. She and her staff are the BEST! I have tried other places, but none even compare to Oro Nails. Tina is truly the best in the business. She and her staff are so hard working, professional and friendly. I highly recommend.

I wanted to give this place a good rating, but I went in today to get my little girls nails painted for her very first time, and we walk in and were not even greeted. The lady just looks at me so I let her know I wanted to get my little girls nails painted and she looked as if she was annoyed, rambled something to the other worker, and said nothing to me so I sat down to wait. Then I took my little girl to pick out a color and sat back down and they eyed me the entire time as if I was going to steal their prized polish. I had to get up and put the polish back and leave, they were too rude I cannot deal. All I wanted was for my little girl to have a great first experience...i wouldnt recommend.

AMAZING!! I’m very picky about where I go to get my nails done, but I was recommended here. I had a nice conversation with them & she took her time, doing everything right. They only do cash tips, but I just got cash back from the Starbucks in frys next door.

Cindy does not know How to do nails they are extremely bulky and the shape is horrible. I tried them for the 1st time to have to pay for a pedicure and a full set that I do not like I do not recommend them to anyone other than someone going to get a basic nail painting horrible horrible horrible.

I REALLY wanted to like this nail salon as it is a few minutes from my house. I have been there twice, with the second time only being to give them another chance. The quality of service is very poor. I didnt like my nails or toes after they were done both times I went there. Very disappointing. Also, while reading other reviews I would have to add that they do seem a little stuck up and rude. I felt the same way while I was there. Also very heavily overpriced for what your end result is.... sorry...

It was so disappointing. There are bubbles trapped in my nails and my skin was peeled off. I still remember the person who did it to me but I couldnt remember the name because it is so hard to spell. Please educate this one employee on how to treat customer.

Worst pedicure! I have never had such a bad nail job. The experience itself was fine, typical - sit in massage chair while the girl does a massage and applies the polish and then sit in drying station afterwards. But ... the final product was very poor! I stayed in my sandals for another 3 hours to make sure my nail polish was set. What I did not notice was how many layers or if she did a top coat. Regardless, I had to fly on a plane and go to a Wedding the next day and I looked at my toenails and the polish had crinkled into a mass on my big toe. The small toes were fine, but the polish had softened and it was wrinkled and dull. I quickly went to a mall store and tried to buy the same color to cover up the blemishes but it never recovered. The polish on the small toes started to chip off at the edges. They used OPI but I dont know if they really have the good stuff or if it is diluted. Anyways, I have had plenty of pedicures and have never had one go so bad on me. It was so disappointing to pay for this and then show up at a wedding with a pedi disaster!

Love this place.Come here everytime I visit...Friendly staff, clean, and they dont mind my minnesota farm girl Flintstone feet. They grate, grind and file away all that dirty garden yuck with a smile....I leave with new hands and feet.I recomend them simply because they happily welcome me, no appt needed and thier Rates dont break the bank...Loving my minnesota orange and purple polish..... ♡♡♡

Oro Nail staff are very disrespectful, they speak some kind of Asian language to their co worker and giggle as if they are talking about the customer while doing their manicure and to top of that they charge a lot of money and they do such poor job.I would not recommend anybody to go to this place .
