I made an appointment for 1:00 today and went on and they started my pedicure first. Lena did a beautiful job on my feet and gel polish. She was lovely. Kelly also did an outstanding job on my dip powder nails. The establishment was very clean and everyone was professional and friendly. I will definitely be going back to Lena and Kelly!

First time customer and very satisfied! I read great reviews for nail tech Kelly. So I booked an appointment same day as I arrived. I love my nails. The salon was clean and very professional. I would highly recommend Kelly. Shes awesome! Happy and satisfied and relaxed customer. I will definitely be a return customer!

I was at this nail salon yesterday I originally was here two weeks ago and got a brand new full set but when I came in yesterday they had me soak my nails to take off the ombré affect I had originally got. Now this is in acetone of course but they had me in so long it was now considered nail removal which I did not go in for. I now needed a whole new set which I did not go in for I was in for pink and white this time prior I had nude and white. I showed a picture of what I was looking for I was looking for now mind you I’m starting all over I wanted I wanted pale pink acrylic and my tips a coral color I was told if we paint it will be the set plus $27 to paint! I was asked if I wanted gel I said no so I was like you know what let’s go basic just french manicure. Well I got that while doing this set it came time for me to get my top coat I was like don’t you have us wash out hands before you so this? I was told no a brush was then wiped up and down my hands and little did I know gel was applied to my hands here I’m thinking I’m getting clear coat! I was so disturbed at this point I go home I asked my husband what do these look like to you? I had two nails crocked I had acrylic under my nails my hands had not been washed see pic that they don’t they ask you to leave! So I come back today and because I only wanted the one I normally go to do my nails I got treated like trash! I used to come here before COVID so needless to say I tip big I spend big here because I also do my daughters nails as well I wanted them painted and still walked out today not painted when my nail was fixed the originally acrylic wasn’t even taken off the new nail is over the old acrylic and the tip of this nail is ruff and gel polish not even applied evenly! I posted my daughters so called $10 design and what she asked for so I went out paying for gel top coat I didn’t ask for and said no to and a nail removal I didn’t ask for which cost me $10 extra thank goodness I had the money what if I didn’t. My ombré last time cost me $55 so I’m a two week period I’ve dropped $220 here! I DO NOT recommend this place and the only reason this is here is because they didn’t not want to hear me I waited an hour for one nail two be fixed and they say no owner is inside.

I’ve been coming to Milano for over 3 years now. I love coming here. I’ve had acrylic nails, gel manicure done, always get a pedicure every two weeks here. It’s the best! I’ve never ever been so consistent with one salon like I am with Milano Nails.

I found this place online and i thought i would try it out with my mom. Kelly was very friendly and did a great job on my acrylics and my mom’s manicure. it was nice but not amazing. i do recommend nails of the world though.

Popped in with no appointment and they were able to accommodate 2 of us with a very short wait. Super clean and precautions are taken to ensure a safe environment for those who are concerned. We both got full sets of acrylics with gel and they did an amazing job!

I sent a request for an appointment the night before and did not hear anything so I called on Sunday when the salon opened. The lady that answered told me to come in at 11:30 with my daughter for pedicures and a full set of acrylics and dip powder. They took us back for our pedicure around 12. After that we sat in our chairs while others came in and left before us. I wanted dip powder for my nails my daughter acrylic. They had plenty of staff for pedicures and only 2 for nails. My pedicure is so so, the paint on my toenails is lacking, it has light spots, dark spots and does not even go to the edge of my nails. My dip powder is thick and she rushed my nails I think she spent a total of 20 minutes on my nails only to then put me under a uv light machine. I have had dip powder before and have not been placed under that uv lamp, I thought that was part of the reason dip powder was better. My daughter had her acrylics done and she too was rushed through the whole process. While we were there they kept taking calls telling almost everyone they booked to come in at 4. I’m not sure if this is normal for this salon, but I feel like we waisted our day there. We arrived before 11:30 for our appointment and did not leave until after 2:30. I am not sure we will be back.

It’s a special place. I’ll drive across Tucson just to get my nails done at Milano Nail Salon. They do impeccable work, and their work is long lasting. It’s a very nice, clean, professional atmosphere. I’m grateful for this business.

I have been going to Milanos nail salon for about a year now. I am very satisfied with their services and prices. My nail girl is Hannah and she is fabulous. Michael has also done my nails and pedicure. He also does a great job. I believe any of the techs there will do a great job they are friendly and courteous. The place is very clean and sanitized. Great place! Had to find a great nail salon in the Tucson area. Drove 30 minutes just to come here and I am so happy I did. I won’t go anywhere else after looking for a nail salon for over a year and a half. This place has hard working nail technicians and they really take the time needed. Would recommend to anyone!

Appointments were made days in advance and when we got there ON TIME they had all seats taken and we ended up waiting 30 minutes for us to be seated then another 15 before they even began the services. I should also mention that I asked the guy to use the electric filer on one of my toenails and he completely ignored me, then when he was massaging, he was doing it so hard I had to ask him to please be softer on my shins. Not coming here again. Whats the point of booking an appointment if they fill your slot anyways

On September 23 my daughter and I went for a mani/pedi. My daughter suggested I try dipping powder nails. When I sat down for pedicure I stated what i wanted and that my feet and fingernails were to be the same color which was a burgandy. I picked a color from their color chart. When he was dipping my fingernails in the powder I asked if it was going to be darker because the powder was a hot dark pink. He just ignored me. When he was done I checked my fingernails were lighter than my toes. I was upset about it so he offered to redo my toes with a color I had to pick that was the closest. They customer sitting next to me even said she heard me specify same on toes and fingers. On October 22nd I thought I would give them another chance. I went for a mani/pedi, signed in picking dipping powder. When they took me back for my pedicure I stated I wanted dipping powder for my fingers and matching color on toes. They gave me chart, I picked the color. This time I had picked like a navy blue. Pedicure was done, so when the gentleman dipped my first few nails I asked him if it was going to turn darker because the powder was a bright blue. He ignored me, I mentioned it again, and again he ignored me. When he was done I stated again that it didnt match my toes. He finally looked at my toes and told me that that was the color codes. I was so upset and stated this was the second time this had happened. He proceeds to get a polish to paint over my nails and I stated that was not right and would not last. He removed the one coat off my nail. I got up and was crying I was so upset and said I was not paying for the job done. Their comment was that I did get a pedicure to which I replied yes but now I have to go home and remove the polish from my toes it looked so ridiculous. Included is a photo of the two colors I left the salon with. So disappointing on so many levels. My recommendation is do not use Milano Nails Salon

This place is great. Clean and professional. They sanitize all their tools before use and go through great lengths to avoid cross contamination. When painting my nails with traditional polish or the dipping powder they cleaned up the edges as they went to reduce messy edges. They also use all the right products for the dipping powder polish instead of taking short cuts with acrylic, and for people like me that want to maintain your real nail, thats essential!Also, there were a few reviews about the pricing. There is a range of pricing here, choose what is best for you.A full set of acrylics is much more expensive than nail tips and powder nail polish.I believe there is a 35$ pedicure and an even lower price for just a polish change.(definitely get the milk pedicure)So it is as expensive or as cost effective as you make it.

This shop is amazing! Not only do we continue to receive Excellent Professional Service, we purchased the Epoch Baobab Body Butter at our last visit. My wife and I were literally hand wrestling to use it. So on this weeks visit, I purchased my own Body Butter along with a jar of tje TSC Lavender Breeze Hand & Body Lotion! Aside from great service...great products too!R&J McKenzie.

One of my acrylics broke a few days after i got them done, i had expressed concern about them being too thin and possibly breaking and she told me they would be fine and wouldnt break and then they did. I also had issues with the colors blending together and not being able to see the artwork i paid for (which i couldnt tell until my nails were no longer under the work light and i was home.)

CAM is a perfect example of what excellent client service should be. All I did was ask him to give me a set of nails that would be great for my nephews wedding, and he took it from there and gave me an beautiful set of nails. Everyone was so nice and accommodating to my group of 4 where the other 3 needed manicures and pedicures... By appointment we started at the same time and finished at the same time. Whenever I am in town I plan to have CAM make my hands beautiful. THANKS TO YOU ALL!!!

I had a pedicure today from a woman named Mindy. It was the best pedicure I’ve had since I have been in Tucson. We’ve lived here just five years and I get pedicures regularly. She was very in tune with what I wanted and exact in her work. I’ve had my nails done in this salon for many years and they’re always wonderful, but this pedicure was exceptional today.

I am new to Tucson coming from San Francisco and having my nails done for over 30 years. I have been looking for a good nail shop, with four failures... And allowing for my nails to grow in between each of those horrible visits... This place did a full set and made them look spot-on. I didnt even provide a picture! I highly recommend this nail shop

I came here for ombre nails I told them when I walked in that I wanted ombré nails. The girl asked me wait I wanted I told her ombre . Before she started painting them I told to make she it’s ombre she painted it on solid color it was not ombre never coming back here

My daughter and I just moved here from Tennessee and have tried a few places looking for our new nail salon. We have found it. The pedicures we received from Tina & Emily were amazing. Ive never had one better! We did not feel rushed, the quality was amazing and all the extras were not expected. The same goes for our nails (dip). Michael & Mia both did a fantastic job. I always do French and my daughter does custom 4-5 colors. They both turned out wonderful. We look forward to coming back.

I really hate to write this review. They do wonderful nails here. I was always treated politely and given great service. Unfortunately yesterday I made an appointment for a fill. Walked in right on time, and had to wait, no big deal, a couple minutes turned into the 30. Someone finally came over to me and told me I needed to wait until someone could take me. When I mentioned that I did have an appointment, and that they were already 30 minutes over, Kelley brushed me off and went to do someone else’s nails. My appointment was scheduled with Kelly also. They didn’t even offer to let me pick out a color. And no on acknowledged how long I had been waiting. I felt so disrespected I got up and left. Time to find a new salon.

This is probably the best pedicure I’ve ever received! Yes, it’s a bit pricey, I picked the $45 dollar pedicure but it’s totally worth it! It’s very clean and all the people here are very professional, helpful, and super friendly! I will definitely be coming back here anytime I want a manicure or pedicure while in Tucson!

I drove 40 minutes to this salon because the reviews were great.I was not disappointed, The woman who did my eyebrow wax was precise and took her time. I had a pedicure and it was one of the best pedicures I’ve ever had definitely the best in Tucson. My nails look beautiful and I have received compliments on them and the gentleman who did my nails was patient and thorough. I will definitely be driving 40 minutes to come back to the salon and I highly recommend them. I also enjoyed the fact they spoke English and my people spoke to me. That is one thing I miss about salons is having people speak to me while they do my feet or hands.I’m very appreciative of their service and I enjoy their company so I’m glad this salon will talk to you instead of talking in another language amongst themselves.

I decided to book appointments for my 3 sisters, mom and dad last minute the night before for 9 am. We got here and we’re serviced right away, 3 gel mani’s and 6 pedicures later and we LOVED IT! i personally had Michael and he did such an amazing job. A high quality classic pedicure which included the callus remover and a foot massage, by far the best pedi I’ve had in a long time. He did my gel manicure as well and his attention to detail was so precise. I can’t wait to book my next appointment!

I started going here about 6 months ago and am highly satisfied. They are efficient in their organization of clients appointments vs walk ins. I have done both and had no issues. Mi is really good. My nails never looked better. Great customer service too!

Paid $35 for gel that lasted five days. Don’t waste your money, go somewhere else!My gel manicure lasted 5 days before it started peeling. Went back on day 7 thinking they would fix it. I went in saying I just need my peeling nails fixed- the lady got very aggressive right away and said she didn’t do my nails. Then she said I was in “a really long time ago” so I pulled up my text with the date and time. (They make you check in with a phone number when you come in so pulled up my receipt).As that lady is yelling in another language (while helping a customer) the the owner/manager guy said he would fix two nails- when clearly there were more peeling. She continued to yell and I told them I just wanted the gel taken off- I would go somewhere else to get them fixed.Paid $35 for gel that lasted five days. Don’t waste your money, go somewhere else!

This is the best nail salon I have ever visited. Yesterday while I was drying, the lady across from me and I talked about why we keep coming back. First of all, youll never get a better manicure. The shop is also clean and pleasant with quiet relaxing music. When you sit down, you are handed a bottle of water. And if you like to talk, you can have a real conversation with your technician. They focus on you. They are helpful to disabled people like me. All this and only $ 14.00 for a basic manicure. Highly recommended.

Absolutely amazing! I went in to have my acrylics fixed after a horrible job at another salon and the techs were so understanding and patient. They fixed the acrylics already on so I wouldn’t have to have a completely new set and made sure to ask if I was happy with how they were looking throughout the process. Will absolutely be going to them regularly.

This is a small place with too many employees working in tight quarters. I had good service for my mani-pedi but felt like I had lucked out to get the one nice lady. The manager tried to take the tip I held for the nice lady before I put it in her hand. I told him No. This is for her. He insulted me in Vietnamese and walked away. Bad vibes that day.

When I was here I got the deluxe spa manicure. I really liked the treatments but the application of the polish which was normal instead of gel or acrylic was just ok.

Lu is the best ever!!! Everyone should go to him. He does my build a gel nails and long perfect pedicures. He dreams up the coolest nail designs and is always experimenting with the latest technology in gel nail. The last time I went I got 3D flowers sealed with clear gel. So beautiful!!!!
