Innova was incredibly professional, responsive and thorough in completing their job on my bathroom remediation. They took great strides to accommodate a construction deadline I had, and they did a good job remediating my master bathroom. I now have peace of mind that there is no more hidden mold from an old plumbing leak. Their workers were very polite, cleaned the area each day so it was neat and tidy, and they even mopped the floor of my house to remove any shoe tracks going in and out of the house. Very pleased with their service and professionalism.

One day we came home to an unexpected flood where the upstairs bathroom over flowed and came down to the first floor through the ceiling. Once we managed to stop the over flow from upstairs then came the worry of finding a reliable company that can come in and help you with the restoration of drying out your ceiling and ensuring its done professionally and affordable. A friend recommended Innova Restoration and we decided to give them a call and within hours they showed up, assessed the damages and provided a quote that immediately gave the sense that they were very reasonable and in time of need did not felt they were taking advantage of the situation. They worked neat and clean and very diligent. I was extremely pleased and happy with the final outcome.
