My experience with FP has been great so far. Theyve been available whenever Ive needed questions answered and whenever they said theyd be here, they have.My water damage required quite a bit of demolition and clean up and here, Ricky and Chris were great. They kept their masks on during the work and at the end of the day left the work area swept and as neat as possible. They were both very accommodating and helpful throughout the whole process.

Cleaners did a very thorough job. No missed areas, no mess, polite and efficient I have no complains.

The Guys at FP Restoration were great, they were here for 7 days, on time, and very thorough. They cleaned every surface in the entire, from floor to ceiling. They cleaned every wall, ceiling fans, and the furniture. Eli Mercado was their Supervisor, he coordinated everything, from duct cleaning, furniture cleaning, to carpet cleaning. He was very professional, and accommodating. The whole crew were great. We appreciate you being here for us.

Beware of this company!! They have very bad communication and they try to charge me for things that I didn’t need like replacing my ceiling and insulation when I didn’t need it replaced. I tried to hire them to fix a water damage on my ceiling caused by solar panels and the gentleman that came to do my estimate didn’t look at the damages properly and just added a lot of things I didn’t need. I was supposed to get my quote 2 days after they inspected the house and I ended up receiving it 7 days later by another gentleman that I didn’t know and was not the same guy that did the estimate.. please be careful with this company, they are not honest..

FP Property Restoration helped me with a flood in a condo unit. They responded quickly and provided a very high quality of service. FP actually had to revisit the property due to some continued leaking - they followed up quickly and are always detailed on their assessment. After one adjuster came out after my roof was severely damaged by winds from a strong storm, he was in and out of my property in 15 minutes and answered zero questions and didnt look at the damage fully. FP Property Restoration sent out Michael Dies to have a look for a second opinion. He was very thorough, patient with my lack of knowledge questions, and even noticed damage neither myself or the previous adjuster even seen! I highly recommend FP and Mr Dies to come out to have a look at your damages. He was nothing but professional and a wealth of knowledge. A+
