The ServPro team helped our family after an incorrectly installed roof leaked and destroyed our home. Over the course of 4 weeks, Jose Silva and his team completed a full scale remediation of the water damage. They took great care during the project to ensure that all water damaged items were treated and that any mold was eliminated. The work effort was extensive. 50 hour+ weeks and complete removal of all items from the house. They also generously moved us into temporary living arrangements, including helping us unpack, organize and reassemble our furniture. The team was always on time, worked so hard every day, and cared for our home like it was their own. I couldnt recommend ServPro strongly enough and if you are fortunate to work with Jose, you will be in the hands of a caring, component professional who is among the, if not the, best at what he does.

The Orlando ServPro was amazing. Unfortunately my house had mold both inside and outside. I was going to get find $75.00 a day if the outside wasnt restored. The crew that arrived were timely, professional and courteous. The Manager Adam provided so much knowledge about how the mold developed and their resolution as well as prevention. Adam Walker was one of the nicest, most professional persons I have ever met. He quickly diagnosed the issue and was able to dry the wall and floor completely. His knowledge of how to fix the original problem was right on the mark! I would like to add that he took the time to explain everything that he would do, and make sure we understood the process and cost ahead of time. He is truly a valuable asset to your company. Most people only take time to complain, but I believe in praising those who go above and beyond. If it were up to me, I would give him a raise and a promotion.

When our home was flooded by an upstairs broken pipe, we called Servpro South Orlando. They quickly responded and very professionally set to work. It was a massive water mitigation project, not something we had ever experienced in our years of home owning. The best part of a terrible situation was that Adam Walker was a calming presence as he and his crew tackled the mess. All of the workers were extremely polite and helpful. Adams competence was apparent as he led the team through two weeks of drying the house in preparation for restoring our home to its former condition. They were careful when handling our furniture, and helpful in moving our possessions out of harms way.No, of course we never want to have an emergency like this again, but YES, we would certainly call Servpro South Orlando when and if needed.

Erik and Adam both came out after I had a pipe burst. Erik was amazing from the first phone call explained everything in detail. The equipment was great at drying everything up and the process of picking up the equipment was easy and painless. Definitely reccomend using them.

Our hot water tank had a break at the seam and water was pouring out. We called SERVPRO. They were quick to show up!
