Beware they use deceptive marketing and share properties. You may think your booking at one and they place you at another. Stay as far from this booking agent as possible. It won’t be long before they close down this logo and file under a new entity. Remain vigilant for any similarity.
This place was a joke on our stay 7/20. Booked a stay at Windham Pagosa Springs Resort in Colorado. Extra Holidays happily charged our credit card early July.We show up... No reservation! Called Extra Holidays, were hung up on a number of times. Finally got someone who wanted to talk to the manager at Pagosa Springs and no resolution.I will happily post the reservation email for proof that we had a reservation. Hope you all can fix this so I do not need to protest the credit card charges!
