Bonni was very proficient and made the process easy. Our stay was beauty, clean, comfortable and felt like home. Our family will definitely be back, thank you so much for everything!

We recently rented a home in Davenport, FL for a week. This place was pictured as a luxury home, clean and well stocked. It was the exact opposite. There was a list of cleaning issues that were never taken care of, including them “cleaning” the pool twice. Still has dirt caked on the bottom. The place is falling apart. Stains on the couches, the front tree is hanging so far over the front door, you have to duck to get under it. And to top it all off, there were BEDBUGS in one of the bedrooms. They came and “took care” of that. Meaning they changed the sheets. I’m taking extra precautions now that we are home to make sure we didn’t bring them home with us. The communication was great right up until I asked if there would be any compensation for the troubles. Now they won’t return an email. This house was a nightmare. I only wish I could upload photos so other people can see their idea of luxury. And don’t try to explain away the issues, you dropped the ball with this place. Own up to it and take care of your customers.

I liked the location it was close to everything that I wanted to do like theme parks,shopping,close to airport and beaches.The house was clean, spacious and easy to check in and check out and the check in attendant was very nice and professional very efficient.A hassle free vacation, my family and I will definitely come back to stay here.

My family and I (18 people) stayed at Champions Gate during the week of Christmas.This was our 1st holiday in Fla. We had a FANTASTIC time! The accommodations were more than adequate! With 8 young people with us (14-24) there was more than enough room for all of us to be comfortable without feeling crowded! We spent a lot of time just relaxing at the house, visiting the clubhouse, and exploring the grounds. The place is BEAUTIFUL! The property manager, Bonni S answered my calls and emails right away and was very helpful! No question was too trivial! We had a WONDERFUL Christmas holiday complete with our New Orleans dishes and we are definitely looking forward to another stay! My only regret was not getting the pool heated! But next time...…..

I was very pleased with the services received from Bonnie. She displayed great Customer service, and helped me find an awesome rental for vacation. The rental was absolutely gorgeous. My family was very pleased. I definitely recommend coastal palms vacation rentals, if vacationing in Florida.

Had a perfect mini vacation thanks to the friendly staff. They were very mindful about making sure I was comfortable for my stay, and the home itself was spotless! Definitely will choose them for my next trip.

If I could leave a 1 star rating I would. This is a scam. This company has listed my property without my permission and the price they are listing it for is higher than what I charge. Be careful people do your homework. The address in which they are operating from is also a scam. 6013 Island Bay Circle Sanford Fl 32771 is a resident not a business. Take my home off your website or I will sue you.
