Had a great two weeks in Florida. The house was everything and beyond our expectations. We booked Disney tickets too and had them delivered within an hour to our villa - absolutely brilliant! Could not believe that the property managers had champagne and chocolates awaiting our arrival when we had mentioned months before that we were celebrating our wedding anniversary - that was so unexpected and really made our day. Would highly recommend this company and would definitely book again. Thank you Kathy and staff you were great!

We had a wonderful week in Florida staying on the Sunset Lakes complex. The house was beautiful, just what we needed to come home to after busy days having fun at the parks. The rooms were large and comfortable, equipped with all that you would need, we felt very at home there. The children (and adults!) loved the pool and spacious outdoor seating area and the view of the lake was perfect. We felt very safe there with the gated access. We loved the welcome basket of essential food goodies and treats for the children. We would definitely return for a visit and would highly recommend. We have had many a happy family vacation in a Florida but none quite as good as those through Florida Leisure. Their homes are second to none. The welcome basket upon arrival was just fantastic, the kids were elated! And we were very grateful for the English tea bags! Super Disney experts on hand for advice and tickets too! Will definitely be back soon

My family and I have recently returned from a fantastic 2 week Florida holiday. We stayed in a fabulous villa, in a great location and experienced second to none service from the wonderful team at Florida Leisure Vacation Homes. We look forward to planning our next trip to make more very happy memories!

If I could give them ten stars I would!!! I previously had another management company managing our vacation home in Kissimmee. I knew I wanted to switch for a while after several visits to my home where I didnt feel it was up to par. The fees were much higher than FLVH and the fees were also higher. I interviewed many companies but there was something special about Kathryn and David Filliponi. They are a smaller company the keeps them very hands on. They wanted to come to the house and meet with me. They genuinely cared from the moment I met them. There was no pressure and seeing that there were no rentals in from the previous management company I decided to make the jump. I used to dread coming to the house because I would always have to do so much work. FLVH updated my house on a very modest budget with the mindset that we can always continue to upgrade as rentals come in. We are now in 5 months and I couldnt be happier with my choice. In four months they have brought in more rentals (quality rentals), than the previous management company did in the entire past year. But because they are quality people, they bring quality guests. They check on the guests while they are here and funny enough the guests are booking repeatedly (that has never happened previously). If you own a vacation home, I would suggest you maximize your home and rentals with FLVH. I am so happy I made this decision, they have proven to be the best choice for management partners. I actually enjoy coming to our vacation house again, its the type of place I would want to stay at while Im on vacation.

Florida Leisure Vacation homes are 100% honest, professional and reliable property managers. There are not many out there whose professionalism and care of the properties is as important as ensuring the guests have a fabulous stay.

Very poor communication and lack of confidence that this was a legitimate company also no secure method of payment, so felt no other option other than to cancel my booking which resulted in losing our deposit
