Our family had an amazing stay at this home! When we arrived the home was clean and ready an hour early. The game room was a huge plus for the children.The first day, we realized the air hockey table was missing a piece from a leg and was unstable. We reported it and a technician was sent the next day to repair it.Another great perk was access to the Champions Gate Clubhouse where guest can enjoy the pool, lazy river, splash pad, and other free amenities!I was impressed with the quick response to any of our needs or concerns. There are so many good things to be said. I highly recommend this place!!

Our stay here was fabulous! The house is exactly the pictures look. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, fantastic pool area and super clean. Only down side is the gate not working. Just go through the exit like every one else does. I hope the next renters have an enjoyable time as we did. Thanks for giving me and my family a nice place to stay!!

This stay was amazing! It was beautiful and very clean. I had questions for the property management and they responded very quickly and were very accommodating. There was plenty of room for multiple family’s for both privacy and gathering together! The game room was super fun. I would definitely recommend this stay and would stay here again and again.

Just want to start with how horrible communication via phone was! Not one time during our stay did someone answer the phone. I was promised an update regarding fan request and never got an answer, I had to send an email upon my arrival. Carpets were filthy, hair from previous guest on the bathroom floor. The resort pool closed early every day I was there and Hot tub was out of service through out our stay. The unit was nothing like the pictures. I can say the private pool was clean.

My experience in this airbnb was an overall good one. The house was close to stores, grocery stores and more. We had a minor issue but Eddy was very responsive to the situation. Overall it was a great experience. Highly recommend.

We rented a large vacation home for 10 days and One Vacation Home managed the rental. They were amazing!!! The renting process went smoothly. The property was just as described and very clean when we arrived. We even added some extras once we arrived, like pool heat and grill rental and they were very prompt in making those things happen. Would definitely stay again!!!!!

We were extremely happy with our stay! The condo was immaculate and in an excellent location for our Disney vacation. The only improvement I can think of is having some updated cookware and some large serving bowls for preparing salad, but we were able to make due with what was there, as we cooked several meals during our stay. Overall, this place was fantastic and I would not hesitate to recommend it to others and book it again for future trips!!

It was a very spacious home. There were issues in the home that could have been resolved in order for our daughter to enjoy themselves more. The Harry Potter themed room had the LED light that were not working. The pool was dirty, the control had no batteries in them.The cooking pans were very selective.Everything else was good.

The host was very responsive to any questions we had. The house was exactly as pictured and we had a wonderful stay. The beds were comfortable and the house was well stocked with extra beddings, kitchen gear and anything else you might need!

The house is beautiful but with all the rules that came along with it; it wasnt worth it. There was three pages of miscellaneous items that you could be charged for. Such as : towels, pot holders, oven mitts, sheets, covers, if the toilet bags up you could be charged $100, additional pool clean $50 and the list goes on. Although I paid a$265 cleaning fee. I was responsible for making sure all dishes was washed, all sheets were pulled off the beds, all trash cans was empty. There was not a designated area to smoke for smokers. If any sign of smoking on the property there is a $200 fine. Therefore people who smoked were very annoyed because there isnt any area for them to smoke. The house is far from all the attraction. The drive from the airport was about an hour because there is heavy traffic. The toilet in one of the rooms continued to back up. With all the rules and fees we couldnt fully enjoy the house because of all the fees. I was charged a $70 damage waiver fee then as I reached my last payment they added on a $500 deposit in case anything was broken. So I am not sure why they made me purchase insurance for damage. This place has too many hidden fees. I dont recommend staying there. I stayed from July 1 st thru July 5th 2021.

Edy was super helpful and responsive. The only issue I had is that my door code did not initially work, but Edy was able to immediately get us access to the home. The house and pool were in immaculate condition. The clubhouse has a lazy river, water slide, and splash pad that my kids really enjoyed! The towels were fresh, clean, and individually packaged for each guest, which was a nice post COVID touch and very much appreciated. I paid extra for the heat and the pool and spa were ready to go when we arrived. My expectations were exceeded and definitely give a 5 star review!

The onevacationhome.com website lists the following in their FAQ:19.) Are credit cards accepted?We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card.They also offer Discover as Payment type when booking, see attached image.I booked the property that we had researched and were excited to stay at, and went through the booking process, paying with Discover. The booking processed successfully and I received a confirmation email. Shortly after, however, I received an email indicating my payment could not be authorized and that `We dont accept Discovery Card` The email also stated Valid payment information must be received within 7 day(s), otherwise your reservation will be canceled. This was late Friday afternoon, I attempted to call the company without an answer and attempted a short time later, however, this time I received a messaging service as it was after 5pm. On Monday I received another email regarding invalid payment stating the same in regards to canceling. Before work allowed me to contact the company on Monday I received a cancellation notice. Once I was finally able to call and speak with someone early Monday afternoon I was informed that the booking could be canceled if another booking request was made for the same dates, there was no mention of this policy in either email I received regarding payment.So first their website is inaccurate, and second they have policies in place that are not mentioned and are in contradiction to statements they make in communication.

At first glance the home is gorgeous and we were thrilled for our stay. We payed an additional $90 for our pool and hot tub to be heated, and the first night it felt great! We then had an issue with our electricity and half of our home didn’t have power, including bedrooms, bathrooms and the laundry room. We immediately reached out via Air BnB and had a very difficult time getting ahold of our host. He was often nonresponsive even though it stated he was typically responding within an hour. We checked the breaker box and one was flipped so we attempted to flip it and got electrocuted. We went the first day and the majority of the second day with this electrical issue. After calling air bnbs customer service multiple times and sending numerous messages to our host we finally got an answer saying that there would be a maintenance tech on his way. We waited nearly two hours and sent out multiple messages asking about their ETA, with again no response. We watched maintenance vehicles circle through the neighborhood the entire time. We finally just left and within 20 mins got a message saying someone went and fixed the entire issue. We still had numerous lights flickering throughout the house and our pool and hot tub were ice cold. We sent out messages for the entire night and next day asking to make sure they had turned on the pool heat, again with no response. We finally called the customer service number listed on the paper on the counter. They connected me to the host, who was the last person I wanted to speak to. He was rude and had an irritated tone with me and answered by asking what the problem was now. He said someone would come check the pool but on their end it said the heat was on. So great, no problem, just happy for an answer. The tech comes and takes a pic of the thermometer he was standing away from the edge of the pool to use, not even close to the water. I ask him what it says the temp is and he responds that it says 89° but the pool is definitely not 89 and he was gonna work on it to try and get it warmer. He went and got some tools and tinkered for a bit then just left without giving us anymore info. We had already asked numerous times just to turn the heat off and refund us the money and we again never got an answer. Then the morning of our check out we got a message saying they sent documentation saying it was 89° and our refund was denied. Okay, whatever, we will eat that. But idk who has a HOT TUB at 89° ever. So beyond all of these issues, I just want to note a couple of additional things. We booked a home that sleeps 16 people and 6 bathrooms, they provided one roll of toilet paper in each room for a 4 day stay, one roll of paper towels and two trash bags. Some of the artwork in the rooms had broken glass in them, luckily we didn’t have children but it was in the children themed rooms with bunk beds. Our light fixtures were CAKED in dust and sticky to the touch. There were ground bees behind our house flying everywhere and a nest growing daily by our front door. Someone also had a package mailed to the home in their name, which was provided to the host, and he had someone come take the package off of our porch and OPENED IT. We reached out about getting it back multiple times and finally had it dropped off all taped back together and dug through. Glad we got a home that looks beautiful in the pictures, but overall extremely disappointed with the customer service of our host, the vacation home customer service and the air bnb customer service. We asked upfront for partial refunds and for the issues to be resolved, or just for the problems to be fixed only to be faced with disrespect. Highly unlikely any of the 10 of us, with families at home, will return to these rentals in the future.

Stayed at one of their homes. Falsely advertised home theatre which did not work. Theres a room with seats and a screen but you cant watch anything! Paid for heated pool and it wasnt heated for first several days until they could get a maintenance guy to come and fix and there were issues with the pool filtration and heater the entire stay. Looks pretty in the pictures but when you get there you will find garbage everywhere!! Disgusting. Edy refused to reimburse us anything for our horrendous experience. These guys are crooks they are THE WORST!!!

The overall cleanliness of the townhome was less than ideal. When we arrived the floors were dirty (dust and crumbs visible and there was a massive amount of stuff under the couch), the area rug was filthy, the bathrooms were visibly dirty, the fridge was dirty, dishes were put away in cupboards dirty, and one of the beds smelled terribly of urine.The area rug is rolling up on the corners and was a trip hazard, it needs replacing. The tack strips on several of the stairs are exposed and poked our kids all week long, several bleeding toes. The pool had a dirty sock stuck in the skimmer which was affecting the pump and the water level was low.There were no dish towels, very few kitchen utensils and no stopper for the kitchen sink. There were no wash cloths and not enough towels for the number of people.The grill is not included which seems crazy.The QR code did not work for the gate entrance near our place so we always had to wait for someone to exit the resort so we could enter.We had friends staying in other townhomes in the same resort and they all had way better experiences.

We have rented homes at the Oasis of Champions Gate several times, from several rental/management companies. Please know that this home was solid. The layout was great, the proximity to the clubhouse was great. There were some logistics however that could most certainly be improved upon. Our rental home was for 12 people and it was advertised as being family friendly. The price we paid was great - but that is not what is now being offered. I am not sure I would pay what they are asking now, unless some updates were made.Overall House Information:I have never shown up to a home without a binder of information. This house had nothing.Cleanliness:The house was very clean. However, there were several stains in the carpets, walls, on the lamps. Also, some broken items, including tile behind the sink, blinds, trim. There were NO remote control covers over the batteries - frustrating as we now had to not only keep the kids from hiding remotes, but batteries as well.Trash:I emailed on Friday about trash procedures, as in the past Champions Gate was very strict [you could only use a certain color bag and it had to be outside by a particular time.] I never got a response, but we were able to chat with neighbor nearby who showed us what their management company had left them.Heating/Cooling:The house was set at 74 degrees and we did not have the ability to change it. During the day it was okay, but felt warm on those 88 degree days - glad it wasnt warmer! At night - it got HOT. I had my baby monitors in 2 rooms and they were consistently 79 or 80 degrees at night. The house does not have any ceiling fans for circulation. There was 1 box fan in the warmest bedroom, but it wasnt helping.Kitchen:Prior to our trip I emailed asking specifically for a list of what was in the kitchen, their response was, the kitchen is fully loaded. Nope.There was a 2 slot toaster, coffee pot, and blender on the counters. As for cookware --- bring your own. The pots/pans were dollar store quality and not large enough to cook for even our party of 8. No bakeware for inside the oven. We had to wrap tin foil around the baking rack to make a few items. Dishes/glasses to eat with/on were all breakable and heavy. No way would I let my kids use them. We ended up buying paper plates, solo cups, and plastic cutlery. I have never been in a home with so little in the kitchen.Dining Table:The floral decoration on the table is pretty from a distance, but the florals have a ton of food/beverage spills on them causing them to be very unsightly. The arrangement is so large you can not move it. There are also an abundance of ant eggs inside of it. [We never saw ants inside the house though, so I am assuming they are old.]Furniture:Overall, the seating around the inside of the house was good. No complaints except that the coffee table and end tables are not family friendly. They are very pointy glass top corners.Outside/Pool:The table/chairs outside were fine. The loungers however had cushions on them with mold that smelled. We could not use the loungers due to this. The furniture with cushions was okay as it is under the covered porch area - but could use an upgrade soon. We paid for heat - which we got, but it was very hot [mid 90s] for the first few days and the water was green-ish. I emailed our first day [Friday] and they did come fix it on Tuesday. The walls were also not scrubbed down well and the water was well below the skimmer --- so I dont think the filtration system was working to keep the water clean. [We have a pool at home, but did not have access to anything but a net, so we couldnt help out.]TVs:There are a plethora of TVs, but if you do not have your own subscriptions to streaming platforms [Netflix, Disney +, ect.], you dont have access to watch anything. The smart TVs are only so smart, and cable was not offered.Mattresses/Beds:Only 3 beds were halfway comfortable. They are very cheap, thin, and uncomfortable beds. I would love to see the owner/company upgrade these soon.

The place was big and very nice. It was located near everything. The only downside of this property was the hot tub was cold when we arrive even after paying $25 a day for the hot tub to be hot it still was warm. The TV downstairs in the bedroom did not work. The pans need to be updated because they were very rusty. Their was mold on the seats outside on the chairs. Had to go get my own wash cloths those were not provided. Other than that great property and the kids had a blast in the pool and game room. At the end that is all that matter.

We loved the house, loved having the pool in the backyard, and it offered so much space for our family while we stayed for the week. It was definitely a convenient location with a quick drive anywhere we needed to go. We loved taking walks each morning along the paths along the pond and it was an overall quiet neighborhood on the resort. We SO appreciated them allowing us late check-out on our last day when our flight was delayed until the evening. It let us enjoy the pool a day longer and hangout at the house, rather than having to find a way to entertain the kids somewhere prior to our flight. When we arrived, there was some cleaning we had to do ourselves. We had to re-wash bedding on two of the beds because they were not clean and also had to do vacumming throughout in many places as they had not been cleaned very well. However, after that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We rented a house from Edy for the week of the 19th in February 2021. When we arrived at the house in Storey Book subdivision the house was beautiful. The decor was very well done, the pool was heated upon our arrival and the house was spotless. Everything was great. Later that evening two issues unfortunately arose. The compressor on the AC unit went out on the 1st floor and the freezer in the fridge stopped freezing. With the house only being 8 months old this was not a situation where these items were neglected. They simply stopped working and for us a bit of bad luck having not only one but both happen out first night.So if you are reading this review, you may be asking yourself how can I give Edy and his team a 5 star review? Well, and this may be a bit dramatic, you see ones true professionalism when things go wrong. When a pilot has an engine failure how do they perform after that failure? When a DR opens you up for a procedure and it’s not at all what they thought, what does that DR do then. These are the times one sees a true professional and how they deal with the unexpected. This is what we experienced with Edy.When we became aware of the AC unit and freezer Edy had a service tech out to the house within an hour. It was in the evening on a Friday and the tech said the compressor would have to be special ordered. As a result the AC unit would not be operable for at least 3 days. Edy gave us his cell number and worked directly with us instead of going thru the after hours answering service. That was incredibly helpful in coming up with a viable solution for both parties.The next morning, after discussing with the 3 families in the home, Edy offered to move us into a different home. Not only did he do so but he did so, so expeditiously, our trip didn’t skip a beat. He gave us the address and directions and codes to get in the new home within 30 mins and we were on our way within an hour. Having that access to Edy was tremendous in getting that done. They house he put us in was just as beautiful as the first. Spotless, very well decorated and the pool heater was even turned on before we arrived. That’s the sign, in my opinion, of a true professional. He “saved” our vacation and did so with seemingly ease. In addition, we had a package delivered to the 1st home before we left. Once it arrived at the home Edy had that package delivered personally to us at the new home. He didn’t have to do that but again Edy and his team again went above and beyond.I would highly recommend any home from One Vacation Home. We look forward to renting from Edy and his team again and truly appreciate him working with us and making a seemingly bad situation great.

The house was beautiful! It was comfortable and very clean compared to other rental homes. There were only a few minor issues that One Vacation took care of in a very timely fashion. For instance, there was not a vacuum cleaner in the house. After email exchanges, they dropped off a brand new vacuum cleaner. You could tell that they care for their property as well as their renters.

Perfect house for our visit to Disney. House easily accommodate us with 5 adults and 1 child. The community pool and house pool were clean and a big hit. A little trouble getting into the gated area but we usually figured it out. I have already recommended it to friends.

Great well appointed house with a lot of nice touches for kids. The only things that werent so great were the lack of privacy in the pool area with all the houses and Townhomes looking right into the pool and the small pool. Also housekeeping showed up at 10 AM sharp and told us check out was at 10 even though we had contacted the management and they agreed that we could check out at 11 AM.

The house needs work things were broken on arrival. The pool was green and couldnt use it until the third day of staying there. I called and complained and was credited one night. The house needs to be expected before renting. Stains were left on bed sheets and pillows. I will not do business with them again.

The house I liked the location too but the cleaning of the house leaves much to be desired, they should clean the kitchen well, the bathrooms need a lot of cleaning that is what I can say about my experience that they pay attention to the people who are in charge of cleaning that they do their job well
