I was in need of a better bicycle. Mine was falling apart and only had one gear. I travel 10 to 20 miles a day on it. They donate a very capable 21 speed bicycle. Praise the lord. God bless them.

For a Christian help center, you didnt show Christianity or help. You do not help anyone on a fixed income? Really? You turned away children while we sat there. I am disappointed and disgusted. We will be turning you over to the city and the state reps. You wont get away with your behavior. You give Christians a very bad name. I do pray you are enlightened and your heart softens. That God comes to you and shows you the error in your ways.

I walked 10 miles to get there only to be told I wouldnt be able to get help.Im a care taker for a disabled woman who cant walk. We are both currently homeless. I called 211 and was given the information for this place. I tried calling them like 30 times all day and no answer. I walked all the way there and was told they couldnt help me with clothes because they only do so for people recently out of prison. Theres a thrift stores upstairs and I cant get help because Im not a convict. Real Christian like. I wasnt even able to get food assistance Because I dont have an address. Im homeless and really hungry and get turned away but convicts with houses get all the help they need. This organization should be ashamed of its self. How much further are you going to stray from the lords path. When he comes knocking on the door are you going to turn him away because hes a homeless man whos never committed a crime?!

Nice food pantry, but have to feed lots of people so line can be long. Very nice people.

As another review stated, nobody answers the phone, messages get ignored, e-mails go unanswered. And you call yourself Christians. Try to get help and they turn their back on you. Shame on you!

I am in ministry. This place has, and helps to supply, several resources to the community, those in need, ETC. By the way, IF youre in the Coalition For The Homeless, your Case Manager THIS IS one of the places he/she can provide you with a referral for FREE clothes, shoes, ETC. Its conveniently located on LYNXs FREE BUS LYMMO-GRAPEFRUIT line. RIGHT NEXT DOOR to the soccer stadium on Parramore Ave & Central Blvd

Ive called 5 times today and no one answered the phone since supposly they go by appointments I called to make on especially whats going on now

The people here are very humble, and very polite. when I needed help they were there for me. I was so overwhelmed by their kindness

The worst place the called themselves Christian after they told me they were going to help me . And they give their back worst place

They never answer the phone, and they do not return phone calls.

Good food pantry they help once a year but they give more food than any other pantry does and enough meat to fill a freezer on a refrigerator completely full plus a lot of breakfast sandwiches from wawa

Really nice people but it was a bit pointless to have gone there to seek for help. You had to give out yours and everyone else in your households social security num to receive help. I did not like that. I didnt fit the five requirements (two of which, I have to be unemployed, one of five required me to have a broken car and immobile, and another required me to have missed significant amount of work due to serious illness...) to receive temporary rent or monetary help. They are funded by some relief organization that made this rule but it is ridiculous. So, I still have full time job...how horrible of me. smh. I got the food pantry help in about 6 bags mixed of sell by expired frozen meat (spicy sausage and frost bitten chicken) and dented can goods and broken boxes of hot chocolate and fruit and peanut snacks. I had to give away most of them.

Offers services for indigent and low income individuals and families. They really DO help. A great asset to the community.

Only reason why Im not giving 5 stars is because they were helpful. I went to use the food bank twice even though they only help once which is sad. The other thing is they give expired food. I understand if you have no money and no way to get good food you gotta eat, but I dont want food thats past the expired date. My girlfriend got sick and we had to end up tossing most of it out. Basically getting stuff stores cant sell or dont want. Beggers cant be choosers, but we human and deserve to at least eat decent food.

Said they couldnt help my family because my special needs duaghter is on a fixed income. Horrible they said you can only get help if you have a full time job and not getting anytype of disability. Why would they treat people like that. People on disability really need help sometimes oh and this was my first time ever there and thats how they treated my family.

It was heartbreaking to the point I was in tears I was there first and the Spanish family was 3 people back in line she spoke to them in Spanish and took there info..I asked if they had a appt or to just drop off paperwork she said no why and proceeded to help them the entire intake office is Spanish very rude and unhelpful..then in the intake process she was so rude and talked down to me as if I were an animal then she states in a very nasty undertone from what I see u do not qualify n bluntly said just call 211 not knowing my reasoning for being there nothing never will go there again unless I wake up a Spanish person
