Hi had an amazing experience! I am from out of town (homestead) and my husband phone screen went black.. so I called up a couple people that quoted me 3hrs wait time when I called these amazing people they quoted me a 20min wait time. When I got to the store staff we extremely friendly and store front was welcoming. They did great and had great a reasonable pricing. I will definitely be back or recommend anyone in town that needs a phone repair

I had amazing experience with these guys.While visiting Orlando I cracked my screen in Disney on a Suturday night.I came at 10 pm and by 10:15 my phone was like new again.Great customer service and inexpensive.I will highly recommend if you looking to fix your phone in a short amount of time.

Disgraceful service. I will never deal with these scammers again. Gave my phone back with the same problem I gave it in with and noticed some dodgy parts were replaced in it and the good parts taken out. Never again, stay away!

Scammed ... $255 for botched job. Repaired using cheap part not Samsung as promised. Also promised 3 months warranty....Phone lasted a week ... refusing to refund or answer emails..We were on holidays and they assume well go away, however I am in the emergency services and my colleagues in Orlando will assist me in the coming days as they hate seeing one of their brothers scammed.WATCH THE SPACE.... further reviews will follow

The prices was better the expected. Managed to fix both phones in under an hour. One phone was completely dead until they guy worked his magic.

This place is great! They guy finished the screen repair in about 20 minutes compared to the 3 hours wait at the Apple store (with an appointment). He is very kind and has the utmost care when providing services! Aside from that, great conversationalist! Will continue to go back! I highly recommend getting iPhone screen repairs from here.

Scammed my friend out of $255 by saying they’d repaired his phone with genuine Samsung parts which they didn’t. Repair job only lasted a week. Friend was on holiday and the shop refuse to refund or even reply to e mails. Took advantage of my friend being on holiday and hoping they’d hear nothing further. Very unprofessional. Steer clear of this place.

Went here to get my screen fixed. The screen itself took about 15mins and was done. However, when I started to use my phone I noticed that the screen was dimmer. Took it back only for the guy to be incredibly rude. Unfortunately his English wasn’t good. Basically he told me that Apple design it so that no one but them can fix screens so the software dims the background light... I wasn’t informed of this before the fix. He then changed his mind and told me that my screen was dim before he fixed it which is also a lie. He then told me that it was due to my battery being low (76% which isn’t low) absolute fraud. Paid $90 plus tax for my phone not to be returned as it was given to him. Not sure what the truth is as he’s clearly incapable of telling the truth. Not happy at all.

This is the second time I use this company, my wife broke her tablet and we decided to come back. Service was as good as last time, quick repair, excellent price, quality parts and we even got a discount on the repair :). Just so you know they talk English,Spanish and Portuguese, dont be afraid to bring your device, you wont regret it.

Got my iPhone 7 screen repaired but a few days later the screen went completely black although the touch still worked. I returned and they made a speedy replacement however I got back from my vacation and thus impossible for me to return, but yet again the screen is no longer working. The bottom half of the screen the touch does not work! As soon as it happened I contacted them via form on their website. Several days later I received a reply telling me to perform a hard reset...I had already performed that and yet again the screen didnt work. I then replied to the email but, I am yet to receive a response back.I have gotten my screen replaced yet again by a local company at home. They said there was a problem with the screen that was replaced. Yet, I was told by fix my phone the problem was an internal issue caused by the first hit and that for two screens to be replaced would be impossible for there to be a problem with the screen replaced by fix my phone.Very disappointed. Especially since I am now out of Orlando. $90+ tax has been completely wasted...a scale it seems. Especially to tourists

Quick fix for iPhone 6s screen and tempered glass for 138$ and some change. Guy was friendly and professional. I’m constantly breaking my screen and having a place open until 11pm really helped out!
