I am glad I went with Fence and Porch to install the fence in my backyard! They did an incredible job measuring everything out to make sure I maximized my yard space. They leveled out the fence so it looked great all around. They even wiped the entire fence down to make it nice and shiny afterwards which I thought was a nice touch! The install was quick and painless, getting the whole thing finished in a matter of a few hours. I would highly recommend them and would definitely do business with them again in the future.

It is hard to describe the feeling to walk outside my back door and see the level of quality that Fence and Porch provide. The entire staff made the process very smooth.Initially we visited the office to finalize the product details and discuss every aspect of project. Mind you that we walked in 15 minutes before closing. They took the time to show us the warehouse and explain the way they do business and treated us with sincere hospitality. It brought us great confidence in their services and we had a good experience from start to finish. I have to say the completed job was above and beyond my expectations. Ive used this company since I bought my first house 5 years ago. They installed my fence and it was perfect. Started out ok but then downhill from there! No way would I recommend this company to anyone, follow up no good. Sent countless emails and nothing! Still waiting for more repairs that already some done but not complete. Just a headache that a customer has to go though this and chase them down to do anything. Rarely they pick up the phone. A bad experience. Wish I had gone with another company. Not happy.

Stay away from this fence company! After providing the salesperson Peter all the details, write-ups and photos of what was required by the Home Owners Association to have the fence comply with HOA standards they still screwed it up. The installers damaged our lawn beyond repair on the sides of our house, in addition, the owner Javier wanted additional money to correct the mistake they made with our fence and to bring it up to the HOA requirements/standards, we did not give in to paying additional money and a half ass fix was made which Im not totally happy with. It took only 5 months after the installation to find out after Irma came through that the installers did not put enough cement/rock on the fence posts. All the fence posts are wobbly and some of the inserts came off. I have called them multiple times and I have been told they would call back and Im still waiting. I have lost hope of them fixing their horrible install. I do not recommend this fence company to anyone, please get a more reputable and knowledgeable company to install your fence!!

The work was pretty good, but they damaged a valve in one of the water sprinklers when they broke a pipe that was fixed after 4hrs they threw water because they did not know how to turn off the stopcock and trying to close it they damaged a valve and did not They fixed it properly and I had to take care of the problem.

Very bad experience, after having paid the second part of the money to start the installation, and having sent us a message via text that yesterday 7/9/20 they were going to install the fence at 9:00 am, they did not arrive, either They called, when my husband calls to see what has happened it turns out that they do not have the complete materials, they cheated on us because we paid the second part of the money that was for them to start the installation, if they did not have the materials because they charged us for the money and because we They sent a message knowingly that they did not have the materials in breach of the contract themselves, my husband asked for the money back and they do not return it, nor do they believe that the fence may be installed by next week. Irresponsible, lack of respect. I always read the reviews but I dont write but this time it is worth giving my experience. -3 star.

This company is the WORST there can be. They made a mess of my property, they sent the wrong permits on purpose and then stole my money. I had to be behind them to come fix the problem they got me into with the HOA in my community. After Hurricane Irma, the entire gate was bent and twisted as they did not put in enough concrete.DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! IT WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND YOU WILL NOT DO YOUR WORK WELL. Check the Better Business Bureau, they have claims for thieves and are not accredited by them.
