Very poor customer service. Scheduled service and was given a time frame. The day before was asked to confirm appointment via phone or text. Was done with text and aknowledged the following day. Then was called and told technicians couldn’t get in the neighborhood Also said that I didn’t reply to confirm appointment which was done. They said couldn’t send anyone out because of scheduling . What about the guys who were supposed to fix my screen? Not very good service. I would use somebody elseThe owner did call back and make things right the next day which is a step in the right direction!
We are still up in the air. when my spouse came home and seen the job, she cried. the loose top frame was now separating from the new screen install. they didnt add a screw here and there as in contract, at all. the bottom track is pulling up for the same reason and it looks like it should have been replaced, we didnt know...but they said nothing. The included pressure washing didnt make anything look better. every bottom panel that i could see had a knife cut inside the screen. i called and they sent the same guy back and he looked furious and fixed two of the screens and left quickly without saying a word. this installer originally worked very hard and got it done in less than a day. he wanted the check quick and made me feel like I was asking too much to even look at it. He made a point to keep my pin twice and did, which is no big deal except I didnt have another one handy all day and needed it back. Most of the spline was thrown into the deep end of the pool. . I dont want to deal with the installer anymore as he seems to hate you the whole time before you even talk to him... ..but hey, hes paid to install and can hate me if he wants, my agreement was never with him, I wasnt happy about having to babysit the job. I was patient on scheduling and got mistreated and run over when I missed work to accommodate them, several times now. I am not satisfied and feel fair to say something. I would suggest paying with a credit card so you have some recourse. its worth their extra charge. I may post all the pictures soon if no recourse.
Mike gave me a quick and most importantly, honest quote. Rather than trying to talk me into a bunch of unnecessary repairs, he quickly identified what was needed and provided my price quote. Eventually I will need more repairs, and A-Screen will have my business then too... Thats how you build customer loyalty!

Workers didn’t show up with proper tools for the job, required multiple trips back to my home to finish the job (over the course of 4 months b/c they “forgot” to install what we had already paid for)Also refused to stand by their warranty
