Company failed to inform us that there was a $7 charge for using a credit card for the deposit. Asked them about the charge and they told us that the charge was for tax. Then they told us 3 different instances to be home at a certain time so they can deliver our glass order. Needless to say, they did not show up at the time they told us nor did they call us stating that they were not going to make it. Eventually, I said that we were going to cancel the order if they didnt show up. They finally showed up and even then they showed up an hour after the time they promised. Very unprofessional.
