Finally! A wonderful pool screen repair company that’s responsive, professional, fast, AND a great price! They did a fantastic job at the last minute when we really needed it for a home inspection and we couldn’t be happier-won’t ever call another company here in central Florida. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Excellent quality work, very professional and costs significantly less than most competitors.I started calling around to get quotes and ended up calling this company as the third on my list. Right off the bat the attitude was completely different and James was very patient and willing to go over options and pricing over the phone while I sent him dimensions. He was able to give me a quote and sent me a mock using my images of what the job would look like completed. The other companies told me I would have to wait 3-6 weeks and you could tell that they didnt care much about my business. One other company came across very cocky and was a huge turnoff. Bella was able to schedule me in within a week.On the day of installation the team contacted me and let me know they were on their way. They were punctual and explained what the process was going to be and confirmed door placement etc. They spent the rest of the day working and finished afternoon. They asked us to come take a look and asked if we had any questions or any concerns. They explained the warranty of 2 years and treated us like family. They were not in a rush and we truly felt like we could have just taken all day and it would not have been an issue. My wife and I inspected all the caulking around everywhere because the little ones are scared of bugs. We found no missed spots and absolutely love the way it came out.I ended up calling James the next day because I wanted to add something to the bottom of the door and he told me what to get and even stopped by to install it for me for free. During that time we were talking about a few things and he even gave me a bit for drilling into concrete without even asking. He is truly a wonderful person and this company is awesome. They are very responsive and I am confident that should I ever need warranty work, they will not screen me like most companies do when you need something fixed at their cost. Bella truly made us feel like family.Ive attached pictures of the before and after and absolutely recommend this company wholeheartedly. Please take a few minutes to have them come over and go over your job for you. I highly recommend them.

Had our patio screened in and what a difference it made! We get a lot of rain coming in from the sides so we used privacy screen on the side and left the larger area with open view. What a transformation it made!! So much more cozy and enjoyable. Bella Screen did an amazing job, great work and amazing customer service at the best price . Would highly recommend to others!

Appointment scheduled for today (15Apr2021) between 1:30pm and 2:00pm. No one had shown up or called by 1:55pm. I called (main number) to check the status after appointment time passed, and was told that I would be called back momentarily. No one returned the phone call after 30 minutes, so I attempted to call back. No one answered the phone.No one returned my phone call, but I did receive a TEXT Message (from a local cell phone number) stating:Good afternoon. Here is from the company Bellas screen, we did a schedule for today, our employee should have gone to your house to do the panel, but unfortunately he did 1 panel in another house that was just estimate. We apologize, but today it will not be possible to do your house and the guys went to another address in Kissimmee. Would you like to reschedule? Sorry about thatI attempted to call the company to reschedule twice (both main line and local cell phone number), and again no one answered (either line).This is completely unprofessional and not the appropriate way to conduct business. I recommend using any other company than this one, based on lack of communication.Update (16Apr2021):After my appointment was cancelled without notification (scheduled appointment time had passed) on Thursday (15Apr2021), via TEXT message (still no returned phone call) my appointment was BEGRUDGINGLY recheduled for Tuesday 20Apr2021.I received another TEXT (Still no phone call) this morning from the main number stating:Good morning just to let you know we are canceling the appointment on Tuesday, please find another company, we had a mistake yesterday to do the screen in your house, and we apologize for that, and we understand your opinion about that, so after all understanding you decided to reschedule it on next Tuesday and after that you left a bad review for us! We also will respond in your message review as well. Just to let people know what happened.Ill let you the reader decide if this is an appropriate business response or course of action...FACT: The review was left IMMEDIATELY after the appointment mistake was made by Bellas Pool Screen, and before the apointment was rescheduled by Bellas Pool Screen.My intent was to update the review once the discrepancy had been corrected.CUSTOMER OPINION: IT SHOULDNT MATTER WHETHER OR NOT IF I LEFT A NEGATIVE REVIEW... IT IS BELLAS POOL SCREEN RESPONSIBILITY TO CORRECT THE MISTAKE AND REGAIN CUSTOMER CONFIDENCE.Instead Im being punished for leaving a critical review, by my appointment being cancelled and the requested service NOT provided.Ive rescheduled with another company and advice others looking for services to go with another company as well.

Unbeatable price for great screen work. Good communication throughout the process. They’ll inform you of what work will be getting done and the materials that will be used. In preparation for putting our home on the market, we hired Bellas to do a total re-screen of our pool enclosure, and a pressure wash of the deck and cage as well. Were extremely pleased with the work! The re-screen looks great, the deck is as clean as Ive ever seen it, and the attention to detail is excellent--they even pruned some plants that were growing over the deck, and replaced all the screen door hardware to make them work like new. Plus the price was reasonable and the work was done timely. I highly recommend these guys!

James did a very thorough and professional job. He did a great job pressure washing my driveway and sidewalk. I was very happy with the outcome of the job. His pricing is very fair and I would definitely recommend Bellas Pool Screen to my friends.

Awesome service, Quick response.I just moved from Miami to Orlando and these Love Bugs were annoying the life out of me.We could not enjoy our patio, and my dog was unable to be outside because he was being harassed.Sent an email inquiry, got a quick response and someone was out the next day, a drawing was made, questions answered and Deposit paid.Supplies were dropped off Monday and on Tuesday 10am the team was already putting everything together.Awesome experience, great service, will definitely recommend to any neighbors
