The absolute worst customer service ever!!! The guy that dropped the scooter off was nice enough but he did not explain the full details of the scooter and then the second day I try to use it for one of the universal parks the scooter dies because it did not charge the night before even though I plugged it up. “Fwi if you do not rent a scooter that partners with universal, they will not assist you when your scooter dies regardless of whether you are injured” I did not bring the charger with me to the park which is admittedly my mistake but I was under the impression that it charged. When I called the customer service number on the front of the scooter, twice no one answered, third time I got an answer from an incredibly rude man who was trying to insist that it was my fault that the scooter died even though I was not informed of how to properly charge it and literally said “well I guess you should have brought the charger with you then huh” when I informed him that I was stranded at the very back of universal studios with a broken foot and no way to get it back. I strongly advise that no one use this company!!! And if you are going to universal studios make sure that you rent a scooter from them or one of their affiliate companies otherwise you will be pushing your scooter if something goes wrong with absolutely no assistance from this company or universal.

Put in an order on Sept 8. Says credit card is still processing. We are due to arrive on the 15th. I have called and no one picks up the phone just a machine. I have FB message and no response. How do i contact you all to make sure the Scooter rental is going to happen? Thanks.

Id easily give this place a five star review IF:. The original scooter we ordered didnt leave us stranded in Universal for 3 hours. We rented the scooter from Saturday to Friday. On Sunday about 2 hours into our park trip the key switch literally came out of the scooter. We called the original number, left a message and got no where. My husband called the number on our caller ID to the driver who delivered the scooter. The driver took care of us. He was a friendly man. After waiting in the park (and my husband having to meet the repair man at security) they came to me with a replacement. The replacement was an excellent scooter. Impressed with the battery life. On Friday my husband calls with a friendly disposition to ask for a refund of one day. He was yelled at immediately, and was told I ripped out the key switch and they took care of us by not charging us for parts. It came to us in the loose position ready to fall out. The man yelled at my husband and my husband continually and calmly reassured him he did not call for a fight. Just called to hopefully have scootarama make right on a bad day. Needless to say they did not and we will NOT be using them again on our trip in September or December. Extremely displeased with the customer service of the man answering the phone. The repair man was nice .

Not happy as of now. They were suppose to drop of at 8 am. At 8 we got a text saying they’d be here in 20 minutes. At 40 after we got a message saying 10 more minutes. I called to talk to someone got a voicemail. Called back and the guy said we could cancel and get a full refund. Then hung up on me while I was verifying text messages with my husband Thanks we waited an hour past the time. We have an autistic child who was very upset.

We rented two scooters for different time periods. They dropped off two different times and picked up two different times. They didnt charge for delivery or pick up since we were within 10 miles of Disney World. We paid extra for the sun shade which was 100% worth it. The scooters were easy to assemble and break down and the batteries never even lost any charge all day at the parks.I would definitely recommend Scootarama to anyone who needs to rent a scooter in Orlando.

We rented a scooter for my mum for universal studios and Epcot. Five days. They delivered on time. And its much cheaper than renting at the parks. There was more than enough power in the scooter for each day and charging over night was as easy as charging your phone. Fit on the bus to universal and the trunk of my 2018 Tiguan VW. We will definitely rent from them again. Pick up, I was a little worried for because we had it scheduled for 8am and no one was at the hotel for it. We parked it where they left it for drop off and the key with the front desk at the double tree by hilton. I havent heard anything, so I guess they got it! But thank you for an amazing company.

I am very satisfied with my scooter rental from Scootarama. Delivery was right on time and it was done by a friendly and polite driver by the name of Delbert. The scooter was clean and the batteries lasted the entire day. All in all, I had an awesome experience working with these guys.

I rented a Pride Go Go Sport with a canopy last week and the scooter was delivered to my hotel by Delbert. Delbert had called me one time when he was on his way to deliver and called me again when he arrived at the hotel with his location. When I arrived Delbert was at the entrance to the hotel. He greated me with the scooter and gave me instructions on how to use it etc. I used the scooter for 3 days. the scooter was great! The battery lasted close to 10 hours each day. I would charged it at nightOn the day I was leaving Delbert met me outside the hotel room right on time to picked up the scooter. Delbert and your service is AWESOME. Keep up the good work !!! Next time I plan a trip to Orlando I will definitely be renting another scooter from you.

Scootarama has done it again! I’ve been using this company for ECV rentals in Orlando for over a decade and they never cease to amaze me. My scooter had mechanical difficulties in Disney’s Magic Kingdom, I called Scootarama and they switched out my scooter rental within an hour.Kudos!!!

Needed a scooter rental for New Years Eve at Universal Orlando called Scootarama at the last minute to have one delivered to Cabana Bay. Extremely satisfied with their equipment and service. I will use them again.

We rent from Scootarama every time we visit WDW. My mom has had knee and back surgery so using their ECV makes her trip very enjoyable and comfortable. She is able to enjoy everything with us. Their scooters are reliable and clean and can be taken on the bus, Skyliner, monorail or boat! We just plug them in when we go to sleep and the next morning, we are ready to go! They deliver right to the hotel and communicate well. Scootarama is cheaper in price than Disney’s ECVs and you don’t have to turn them in at the park entrance. We even did HS from 6am-11pm on Thanksgiving day and they lasted the whole time! We plan on renting from them in March and November 2020 again!

I ordered 2 scooters to be delivered to a disney resort. Paul delivered the 2 scooters to my room(i just happened to be there at the time)in a timely manner. the scooters ran perfectly all day without an issue. Paul said if i had any issues at all to contact him. when my vacation was coming to an end all i had to do was call paul, he again came to the room to pick up the scooters. Paul is an outstanding representative of scooterama.i will certainly recommend this company to friends and family and will be using them again in the future. We rented a Pride Go Go Elite from 11/1/2012 - 11/4/2012 and the scooter was delivered at our hotel on the night of 10/30 which was so cool....the scooter was great the battery lasted to close to 8-10 hours.......Awsome Service Guys Keep It up !!!Prateek Dwivedi
