If I could give this company ZERO STARS I WOULD! I have never been treated and spoken to so poorly in my life! I am absolutely STUNNED that these people are in the customer service business! The person from Apple Scooter called to say he was 15 minutes away. We agreed we would meet in the front lobby in 15 minutes because he said he wasn’t allowed to bring the scooter to the back of the property where my room was. I am handicap so I don’t move as quick as others (hence the need for the scooter) and I didn’t realize what a LONG WALK it was from the back of the resort all the way to the front so I didn’t make it in 20 minutes. Apparently I took too long for him so he left. That’s it. No call. No “where are you”? He just left. I couldn’t believe it. When I called him to ask where he was he told me he left. I took too long and he had places to be. Still needing the scooter, I offered to DRIVE TO HIM TO PICK UP MY SCOOTER SO HE DIDN’T HAVE TO COME BACK HERE and my family could start our day and he VERY RUDELY told me he had “other places to be” and was not willing to meet with me to pick up the scooter and wouldn’t be back to me for 3+ hours IF I STILL WANTED IT!! Apparently he was gonna teach me a lesson on what waiting feels like. 🤷🏼‍♀️I mean WHO DOES THIS?!!! When I called to complain to the main office It got WORSE! The person in charge, Stephanie, who was waiting for my call ended up SCREAMING at me telling me she deleted my reservation because I was mad that her guy left! 🤷🏼‍♀️ Again…. What business operates like this? She said “How DARE I KEEP HIM WAITING”? I mean this experience is honestly UNREAL! These people should not be allowed to speak to the general public and are definitely in the WRONG BUSINESS! SAVE YOURSELF THE AGGRAVATION OF DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY!!

Super simple process! waited until the last minute to reserve a scooter (literally the night before we needed it), so i was 100% expecting there to be some type of delay. the scooter was delivered early to the house we rented, and extending the reservation by a day was a breeze as well. it took a few tries to get a hold of someone, but stephanie kept in contact with us and returned every single one of our calls in a timely manner. we will definitely use apple scooter again!

We have used Apple Scooter twice this year on separate visits for Universal Studios and Hollywood Studios. Apple Scooter delivers on time to your hotel and even allowed for a later pickup. They are easy to drive and lasted all day & into the evening. Just booked our 5 day trip in May with them again. Looking forward to being able to get around the resorts and parks with ease.

Great experience with Apple Scooter in Disney. Great service, my scooter was dropped off at my hotel and picked up. I did not have to wait at all, Apple Scooter was at the hotel when we got there and were there when we were ready to leave. Highly recommend. We reserved to pick up my mom’s wheelchair at 11:00pm today. When we got to the store, it was closed. We called them and apparently they are only doing delivery. Then why were we told to pick it up at the store? We called the number and they were very rude. They said they would be at the store within 15 minutes to give us our wheelchair and it has been 40 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous.

I was wary to rent from Apple because of a few bad reviews, but Im glad I did! They were dependable, responsive and the best price comparatively. We needed 2 scooters for 4 days in February. After the 1st day, one of the chargers wasnt working. Apple immediately sent a replacement to our hotel bell station for us to pick up at our convenience. A huge bonus is being a preferred scooter provider at Universal. Picking up and dropping off our scooters at the bell station was flawless and incredibly easy. I highly recommend Apple Scooters!

This was our 2nd time using Apple Scooter and it definitely wont be our last. There customer service is amazing and they definitely have the best price around.We have been extremely happy with them and will continue to use them.If your using them while in Disney, they are definitely the most accommodating with Disneys new policy with wheelchair pick up And drop off. Rented from Apple Scooter for our Disney trip at the beginning of July. We were staying at a Disney resort. I requested the scooter to be dropped off a 8am. Went down to bell services about 7:45am and the scooter was already there and fully charged. Other than one of the fold down arm rests being a bit loose the scooter was in fine shape and operated beautifully. We used for 6 park days and charged every night while we slept. The charger never dropped out of green. We had no issues with power or speed. Apple Scooter delivered a reliable product at a great price. We will definitely be using them for our next trip to Orlando.

We rented 2 Scooters for my parents on our trip to Disney last month. Apple Scooters provides awesome service. The scooters were at the bell desk of the resort just as promised when we arrived. One of the scooters had an issue holding its charge on our first day. We were in Magic Kingdom when we realized. I called Apple Scooter and within 30 minutes they were at Magic Kingdom with a replacement scooter. Great service. We will definitely use them again.

We had a great experience this past August. I’ve used another local company 3 times in the past and each time was progressively worse. This was like a breath of fresh air. The price was right, delivery and pick up we’re exactly on time and the scooter was in great condition. Had a tough time figuring it out because I never remember to put the brake on but customer service was fantastic and giggled along with me. They followed up after we got home and it was such a nice touch. Definitely recommend and would use again.

Update:This is our second time renting a scooter from Apple Scooter, and it has been another fantastic experience! The staff is wonderful to work with and make the whole process very easy. They even went out of their way to accommodate me when my plans changed at the last minute.If you are nervous seeing reviews describing batteries running out and being stranded at Disney, etc. I wanted to point out that has NOT been my experience at all. Even after about 10-12 hours of use daily at all of the Disney Parks, my battery was still full at the end of the day. Same as when I was at Universal a few months back. I did notice that if I turned the speed up to super fast (rabbit speed) one of the battery lights would turn off, so it seems that the faster speed used more battery. For park use, the slower (turtle speed) is more appropriate and makes you go the same speed as the people walking all around you without having to worry about running anyone over. This may be common knowledge, but in case you are someone like me, who doesnt use a scooter regularly, you may find this tip helpful! It is such a breeze getting around the parks and maneuvering the scooter, even in crowds.Original Review:Thank you so much Apple Scooter! You made a difficult time traveling and visiting the parks with a foot injury so much easier! I am not a regular wheelchair or scooter user, and I was very nervous about getting around and knowing how to operate the scooter properly. I made my reservation online. Such a great company! The first year we rented from them, we had to cancel due to weather and they were quick with the refund. I booked with them again this year and they were great. An easy process and the scooter was there at the agreed upon time. The battery was great and, even after riding it around all day, it still had lots of charge. I plan on renting from them again when we travel to Orlando next time.

I rented a scooter for my mother from Apple rentals. When we arrived at the resort, the scooter was already there. It was charged and ready to go. It ran great and never died at all when we were at Sea World all day. we were there 12 hrs and it held the charge. The seat was comfortable and it ran great. They even came to the resort to pick it up as well at no charge. I would rent from them again. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I highly recommend the Apple Scooter store!!! I have rented from this location on numerous occasions in the last five years. The scooters have always handled well and maintain a charge. I have a mobility lift and have picked the scooters up at the store. I have found all of the staff to be very helpful and friendly. I provided a five star rating because the system doesnt allow for a higher rating.

This company Apple delivered me a scooter to Bahama Bay Resort for me to be able to move around and enjoy my vacation. The scooter worked perfectly with no issues or troubles at all. We went to Disney world at 4pm and returned back to our resort at 2:30am and i did Not have to charge the scooter the whole time i was gone. Thank you Apple.

Big Apple Scooter are the best! Ive used them on my last two trips to Disney World and they do not disappoint. Scooter delivered to your hotel and picked up when you leave. The scooters have a great turn radius to make those sharp turns in line or in the stores. The battery lasts all day long. My Disney days would be over if it werent for the availability of scooters. Ive rented a scooter twice from Apple scooter now. The first time wasnt a pleasant experience, but wanting to give them the chance to give better customer service, I just rented again. They didnt deliver at the contract time of 8 to 8:10 pm, they delivered the following day for 8am. They never returned my calls either. Ive learned my lesson and will not use this company again.

We use apple scooters everytime we go to Disney World! The Victory 10 is our choice scooter and we LOVED the NEW Victory 10 scooter (blue). It maintains charge throughout the day and the price to use the scooters are well worth the price. If you have any issues with the scooters they will also come and meet you at the park you are at and switch out the scooter. Apple Scooters is a great and quality service.

When I called to ask a question before reserving my scooter, the staff was very helpful. Making the reservation and paying online was easy. The scooter was delivered to my hotel as requested. My scooter appeared to be somewhat well-used as compared to the one my friend rented and picked up the day before. After using it all day the first day, I plugged it in only to discover that the charger didnt work. Unfortunately, it was after Big Apple Scooters business hours and there is no emergency number. Upon calling the next morning during business hours, a replacement charging apparatus was delivered to the hotel. On the 3rd day of use, I discovered while trying to leave Epcot after the fireworks show that the headlight didnt work so I just dealt with that for the remainder of the trip. I am sure that Big Apple Scooters would have fixed the problem or delivered another scooter but I just didnt want to mess with it. The light on my friends scooter worked. Big Apple Scooter relies on the bellman to give instructions on how to use the scooter. If I return to Disney World in the future, I will rent from them again but will make sure that everything is working before accepting delivery. I also wish that the company provided an emergency number for evenings and Sundays after business hours.

I highly recommend Big Apple Scooter! The scooter was waiting for me when I arrived. It was in perfect condition, easy to use, and maintained a full charge all day long. I charged it overnight and I swear it never went below a full charge. I used it for five days and simply left it for them to pick up after I checked out of the hotel. Most sincere thanks—I could not have gone on vacation without it. I had surgery in September and the scooter made the trip possible.

I broke my ankle 3 days before a Disney World trip! When I called Disney to ask for a room closer to the door they recommended that I rent a scooter. At first I thought I could do without it - boy was I wrong! I called Apple Scooters - they delivered my scooter fully charged and I was ready to go! It was so easy to drive - and to be honest I had worried about that! Also at the end of the trip I just turned it in to the front desk for pick up - how easy can you get! After I got home I told my mother in law how easy the scooter renting and driving was and now she wants to go back to Disney World! Excellent service, the scooter was waiting at the bell service of our hotel even if we had make the reservation only one day prior. We had an issue with the battery keeping its charge in our first day at Animal Kingdom and they came with a new battery within 45 minutes. Nice thing also is that Apple Scooters offers different sizes of scooters; my wife was happy with a small and nimble scooter.

I tried to go it without one of these, but it didnt work out. I went back to the hotel Saturday afternoon and applied on my Droid. they brought a unit straight over fully charged in perfect condition. after using it all day Sunday and well into the evening its only lost two bars out of about 20 on the charge meter.I will definitely use apple in the future.

We have used Apple Scooters for two years now at the recommendation of a friend. We have found the scooters to be great and easy to operate, the pricing good and the customer service exceptional. My husbands scooter had an issue while we were at Disney. We called Apple Scooter from the park and the scooter was replaced right away.The pick up and drop off was easy and we intend to use Apple Scooters again and highly recommend them.

During one of our many trips to Walt Disney World, the battery on the scooter we rented was depleting faster than normal. We called to report it. Not more than an hour later, someone brought me another scooter. The exchange took place right in front of the Its A Small World ride! I didnt even have to leave the park!! Exceptional price and service. We booked a stroller through Big Apple for our visit to the Magic Kingdom. Stroller was at our resort hotel on schedule and was very clean and easy to use. Having the stroller, even though my kids are 5 and 8, was a godsend! Booking couldnt have been easier, the price beats any others down in Orlando, and the pick-up/drop off were insanely easy. I have used Apple Scooter for many years at least once a year and many times twice a year. The service is great and I have never had a problem with the scooters. I have also rented strollers for my grand-kids from them and we were very happy. Honestly I would not be able to go to Disney without this affordable scooter. They have the best prices. I need a scooter for a family member to get around the park. I called in to make my reservation and spoke with Chelsi who was very helpful and informative. The people at Apple Scooter were very accommodating. We were original only staying for 4 days. The scooter was delivered to Cabana Bay Resort on time and in great shape. We decided to stay an extra 3 days, but at a different resort. They delivered another scooter to the new resort. Apple is a great company to deal with.

Scooters were in top notch condition, delivered on time directly to our hotel and when we had mechanical issues with one of the scooters, they immediately dispatched a mechanic to the Disney Park we were in and simply replaced the broken down scooter with a new one!!! I just returned from an 8 day stay at Disney world and just loved my Apple Pride Scooter. It turned on a dime, and more important, stopped on a dime, so I didnt run over any other tourists! I was even complimented on my skills at handling it in the crowds on Halloween! Great machine!

Gave me some tips and tricks from his personal experience at Disney. He was realistic in his recommendations and I didnt feel like I was being up sold like with the two companies I had called prior. I wanted a stroller and ended up getting a stroller and electric wheelchair after our conversation. I HIGHLY recommend booking with Apple Scooter!!!

I have used this company for a few years and great service when we are in Florida. My mom needs a device due to bad knees to get around Disney and this year Universal. Any mechanical issues were dealt with promptly and efficiently.

Was on vacation, scooter was ready for for me at when i got to my hotel. It was charged and ready to go. The scooter ran great. There was a couple of places on the head rest that showed wear and looked like it might be torn. But it was a good scooter.

We use Apple Scooter when we go to Disney World. We always have had great service and have a scooter for the length of our stay. It makes the trip much easier for my husband as he uses braces. The scooter is delivered and picked up from our resort. I cant recommend them highly enough. We always use Apple Scooter.

Scooter worked fine for my father during the trip. Delivery is god awful. 45 minutes late on delivery of the unit and I’m still waiting on pickup (1:30 counting and still no pickup). Good price but you will waste time on your vacation waiting.

We used Apple Scooter when a last minute medical issue arose in our family! Apple was an excellent company to work with from start to finish. Reservation process was easy. Excellent customer service. Our scooter was delivered to our resort as promised. Our scooter worked great the whole week and saved our vacation. Knowing the scooter was insured allowed us the freedom to enjoy our time without constant worry of it being stolen or damaged. We followed Apples suggestions on proper use and it worked great!I would highly recommend this company and will use them again if we find ourselves in a similar situation in the future!

I used their scooter for a conference in a different hotel than where I was staying. It was wonderful! The scooter arrived on time and was clean. It had an adjustable speed and a headlight. I was very happy and impressed with the company. They even called to check on me after the rental was over.

Rental was easy and seamless. They give a 10% discount for AAA or Military.Their prices are cheaper then the other authorized Disney scooter rental companies in the area that we have used before.The scooter was waiting for us at the Disney resort.Very friendly service!

Apple Scooters was a blessing for my mom. She would never have been able to enjoy the Disney parks without a scooter. Apple delivered the scooter to our hotel and picked it up when we were done. The scooter was in perfect shape and so easy for my mom to use. The battery lasted all day with constant use in the parks and we only had to charge it at night. The scooter we rented broke down into pieces for easy transportation in the trunk of a car. Apple delivered on time. The scooter was virtually new and in very good shape with only a couple paint scuffs which was much better than some of the other rental units we saw at Disney. Also the battery never went more than one light down on its battery level indicator despite one of the grandkids always riding with grandma. All in all a very good experience.

I recently had a knee replacement and knew I would be unable to keep up with my 3, 6 & 8 year old grandchildren at Disney. I looked at the different companies offering scooters and settled on Apple based on what I read about it on line. The scooter was delivered the evening before my rental began and I used it for 7 days. It was wonderful. It was fully charged and never lost any noticeable power. I only recharged it twice during the week. I read that scooters dont do well in the rain but this one was great -- that is because Apple took the initiative to send me information on what to do in case of rain (simply cover the area where the key is located). I would rent from Apple again without hesitation.

We stayed at a Disney Resort. The scooter was available when the company said it would be. The price was much cheaper than Disney charges. The scooter had a number of scratches but it was well worth the price. Somehow I had intercommunicated the day I was leaving. I called the company and was given the additional day for free. I would recommend them to anyone!

I rented a scooter for my mother-in-law on our recent trip to Orlando. It was delivered on time and it was brand new. The battery life was much longer than they even said it would be and everyone is so pleasant to deal with. I even received a phone call after to ask how our trip was and if we were 100% satisfied. We go to Orlando often and we have seen some of the other rentals and they are old, very clunky and not as sturdy. Ours was clean, very smooth and my mother-in-law found it easier to maneuver than ones we have rented in the past from other companies. They will definitely have repeat business from us.

I had knee surgery a week ago and wasnt sure if i would need a scooter but it was the best decision I could have made. The battery for the pride 10 scooter was long lasting and got me around for the whole day at animal kingdom. Customer service was also amazing very quick and easy, a guy named Andy took care of me and was very helpful. Overall, an awesome service!

I recently rented a scooter for my Mom because we were walking around Disney and she accidentally fell and broke her leg. The doctor gave us crutches but I decided to rent a scooter for her because it would be horrible to walk around with crutches. The phone people were amazing at doing their job. They were very calm and know how to do their job. When it was dropped off at my hotel which was Disney’s Polynesian resort was amazing they dropped it off at the Bell captain.The prices were very good and cheap in my opinion compared to the other companies. It’s so fabulous that they deliver straight to the hotels and not always have to pick it up in the office. I would totally rent from them again if something else happens next time.

We were in Disney and I got a horrible upper respiratory and walking in the hazy, hot and humid sun was not an option. We called a few places and not one of them could help us. We ended up getting a referral to Apple Scooter and THANK GOD we did because they saved us!! Not only did they have the scooters sent to us the same day, they were so polite and reassuring. The scooters were great the entire week we needed them. Never went below 2 or 3 lines of charge. Had the perfect amount of storage space including a cup holder. I will definitely be using Apple Scooter in the future!!

I have used Apple Scooter while at Walt Disney World for years. Their prices are great, the scooter is comfortable and reliable. It was delivered to the bell captain at our resort and was waiting for us when we arrived. I would highly recommend Apple Scooter. We have never had a problem with it.

My wife and I celebrated our 42nd wedding anniversary with a trip to Disney World. And thanks to the great scooter we had a really good time. She was moving so fast I had to get one my self. We will return to Apple scooter again!

All the staff were very helpful; even stayed open 10 minutes late because we got lost on pick-up. (BTW - they are located in the strip mall behind the McDonalds; the GPS lied and said they were further down the street) The scooter was awesome! Handled all the Disney parks and Universal and barely used any of the battery life. Will definitely use again on our next trip!

My family and I recently visited Disney. I have a herniated disc that limits the length of time that I can be in my feet, so I needed to rent a scooter. we stayed at Disneys Fort Wilderness Campground and it was delivered by the time I had reserved it and it was easy to return. The battery stayed charged well and its was easy to maneuver on all of Disney transportation. The only complaint I have is that the light on the front of the scooter did not work. That would have been nice to have at night when returning from a long day at the park. I would definitely recommend Apple scooter to anyone needing to rent an ECV for Walt Disney World.

Loved, loved, loved having your scooter to move around Disney. We went multiple days because of the ease of having your scooter. Best vacation I’ve ever had.

This scooter made life so much easier for us. We rented for our grandma and we had a heck of a time keeping up with her. She loved it. It was her first time using this as we would usually walk the park. Not anymore with grandma with us. We will be running after her.

Great service!! These guys at Apple took care of my mother. Scooter was at resort waiting before the time I arrived. The scooter looked brand new and I charged it every night but I never saw the gauge really go down and we were there for 8+ hours everyday! And on the last day I needed the scooter for an extra 2 hours and they said just let them now when it was returned so they could send a driver. We will use again in the spring!

Great Service. Fantastic detailed oriented service with delivery of my choosing. My mother had a breakdown and they happily replaced it with the smile on their face. Communication they had with me or coordinating the drop-off and the new scooter was absolutely fantastic and un heard of in this day and age

Long time renter of Apple scooters, first with my mom, now with me. Price is better than the other Disney authorized scooter rental agencies and the customer service is outstanding! The few times I experienced issues (with probably close to 10-12 rentals), a quick call to Apple had the problem solved with no interruption to our vacation or needs. They even met me inside Magic Kingdom within 2 hours with a new scooter when the battery on my rental couldnt hold a charge for the full day. I expected the battery to just be replaced, not a replacement scooter and definitely not within 2 hrs within a park. They stand behind their products and treat customers with dignity and respect. I will be renting from them again next summer.

For the second year in a row, the Apple Scooter was ready for me at my hotel concierge. Fully charged, simple to operate. Kept a charge for a very long time. I charged it only once or twice all week, and it was only down one or two notches at that. Then, just dropped it off on my last day back at concierge. Will use Apple again in the future!

I had a minor set back w my scooter and I had to call Apple Scooter back for another one. An employee named Gee (2nd shift) came out and he was extremely helpful. He explained everything in detail and waited with me to make sure I knew exactly how to work the newer model. No complaints to be given. Awesome company, workers and scooters.

Had a Great experience using this company. My mother was able to enjoy every moment with the whole family didn’t have to feel like a drag or be left behind. Will use them again in our trip in October. We picked up the scooter at their store, it was perfect right next to Disney springs and the staff was more than helpful to make my mother feel comfortable.

I was very happy to see my scooter waiting for me at the hotel. What a nice feature. When we went to Dallas we had to pick it up ourselves and haul it to our hotel. Thanks for the great service, the nice scooter and making our vacation so enjoyable. We will be back this fall.

Apple Scooters are the BEST scooters to rent in the Orlando area. Their customer service staff is always there when you need them. Especially Doug, who is one of the best customer service people in the business. There are no questions he cannot answer and no problem he cannot resolve. This company takes pride on giving you the finest scooters and customer service that others should use as example.

My mother used a scooter from apple over the 4th of July holiday and she had a wonderful time. Scooter was fairly new and worked perfect for the week. Having it dropped off and picked up from the Grand Floridian it was there when arrived and dropped on our way out. Will use again for our New Years trip.

We were on vacation at Disney World and I developed really bad blisters that caused me not to be able to walk as far as normal. I found apple scooters online and the process of ordering the scooter was very easy and it was delivered to our reaort within less than 2 hrs of me ordering it. All I had to do is pick my scooter up at bell services and when we were ready to leave to go home I left it with bell services. They are very reasonably priced and called to check to be sure I was satisfied with my scooter. I will definitely use them if we go back.

Apple Scooter has been great to work with, I have rented from them several times and I one issue with a scooter and they fixed it right away. I love them so much I am renting in June and September for Disney. Andy was great to work with on my last transaction.

I have used Apple Scooters 10 times now and have always had wonderful service from them. There were 2 occasions when there was a problem with the scooter, I called them and they immediately came to the park with a new scooter and met me where I was and switched them out. I especially appreciate the discount for being a repeat customer. I highly recommend this company.
