This place had excellent customer service! Not only were they the most affordable from what I had found but they were also very kind and easy to work with. They dropped off the scooter to the first hotel I stayed at and picked up the scooter from the second hotel that we checked out from. The scooter was perfect for me! It was easy for me to load into my mini van with the help of one other person and I was able to see the places that I had wanted to see while I visited Orlando. I went to Seaworld and a huge storm came through. I tried to make my way out of the rain and somehow got into an accident. :( Florida mobility rentals was excellent. They came in and traded my scooter with ease. I was up and running in no time. I also paid the extra $20 for full coverage insurance in the very beginning and so it saved me when this happened!All in all! Id highly recommend their services! I will definitely use them again on my next visit!

Really went out of the way to give us the best price on short notice, and to make sure that we received a scooter that would fit our trunk, since drive a relatively small car. They recommended the more comfortable one, but had a backup scooter ready if that didnt work for us. Highly recommend!

Samantha was so great to work with - helping us figure out what we needed and the logisitics of drop-off/pick-up (twice). Quentin was awesome when he dropped it off and showed me how to use it. Florida Mobility was also a lot less expensive than most of the usual scooter rental companies in the theme park area!

We had to unexpectedly rent a mobility scooter for my mom on a recent trip to Disney. I called at night and they answered and honestly couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. I was so impressed. They made immediate arrangements to drop of a scooter for my mom at the resort we were staying at early the next morning. They were on time and again very friendly. Our return plans changed and again they couldn’t have been easier to work with. If I ever need to rent again they would be my only call. Amazing customer service!

I am a return customer of Florida Mobility Scooters. I recently rented a scooter for my visit to Orlando from November 2 to November 9. I wanted the usual four wheeled scooter but after speaking with them they suggested I try their new three wheel scooter‘s. I’ve always been satisfied with them so I took their suggestion. The new three wheel scooter is easier to maneuver especially in the condo I rented. It was faster also which was good for me. The staff Mark,Caroline, and Sam are always very helpful. After speaking with Mark on my last visit I inquired of him if I could purchase a used three wheel scooter. He had one available which I purchased at a very reasonable price. I now have it at home and am enjoying it very much. I can’t say enough about Florida Mobility Rentals 👍

The rental experience was outstanding. The scooter performed admirably, only losing one green light after 10 hours in any given Disney World park. Drop-off and pick-up were easy and convenient. This experience was well worth the money spent.

I called to rent a scooter and I had no idea what I was searching for. The women helped me so much that they even worked with me when I didn’t have the hotel times or details. The service here is amazing. fast forward to my time with my scooter, WOW!! Did not disappoint - it lasted all day in the parks for me and didn’t hold my family up. Florida Mobility was awesome to deal with. I called them on the day before Halloween at the last minute and they had me a scooter delivered by noon. Professional and accommodating, I needed a last minute scooter rental for my 93YO father in law for Thanksgiving and they delivered. They worked with my scheduled arrival and departure dates and really made our trip stress free. Thank you Caroline, Rafael and Samantha for the follow up.

We were let down by another company, so contacted theses guys, both Caroline & Karen in the office. They were able to figure out exactly what we needed. The delivery guy was superb explaining how to use the scooter. The scooter was clean and in great shape. We will be back in a few months. And have since recommended this company.

Great place to rent from. Universal studios charges 70.00 per day. Had to cancel 2 times because of covid. 3rd time finally made it there. Florida scooter rentals were very accommodating. Came and picked up scooter on leaving day.

Just had to say how great these guys are. We found this little gem of a company on Google as we needed a scooter for my elderly Mother for our 2 week trip to Disney. They were better value than the Disney recommended supplier and they delivered on time to our Villa with gave us a very specific set of instructions on how to keep the scooter charged so not to spoil our special holiday. We followed these to the book and had no problems.Would highly recommend these guys to anyone needing a scooter on their trip to Florida.

My first time renting a scooter and it was a great experience right from the start when Karen helped me pick the perfect scooter for me and giving me a 10% veteran discount and for Drew who was a delight and delivered it to Disney explaining everything I needed to know about the scooter,, the scooter was great running plug it up at night it went all day til late at night without ever having to be plugged up again until bed time I had it set up for Drew to pick it up at 7:30am when I meet him I asked if I could keep it until 10:39 he said sure he would come back to get it This is a wonderful company with great employees I definitely use them next year I recommend them highly

I really enjoyed planning my trip with Florida Mobility Rentals. They were wonderful, friendly people and I found them to be very helpful. They provided great all round service and excellent equipment that was suitable for us.

Its the third year I have used this company and had excellent service every time. I had to change my drop off destination the day before, this was no trouble to them at all. We had to change the stroller we had and the made sure the timings we at our convenience. The scooters are always fully charged when you get them and have long battery life. I would definitely recommend them and I will use them again.

They were amazing. Their service was incredible and the staff was very thorough, accommodating, and pleasant through the entire process. My grandparents were coming in town and we needed some assistance getting them through the theme parks so they could keep up and enjoy visiting with our 1.5 year old. The best part I didnt realize is that they even rented strollers. I didnt need a stroller, but I wouldnt hesitate to rent from them in the future should our current stroller break.Thank you guys for everything. You are awesome!!! I rented two scooters for our Walt Disney World trip last week (we live in Connecticut). I needed a scooter for myself and one for my daughter. They were delivered exactly when promised and even after I had to change the pickup time shortly before we left Florida, they were there when requested and promised. The scooters were great, as were the prices, but I want to tell you what a wonderful company they are to work with. Every question was answered promptly, whether made by email or phone. Everyone was polite, helpful and appreciative of my choosing their company. They offer the quality of customer service you only find with the great companies....Lands End, LL Bean and the like. I could not recommend them more. Thank you, Florida Mobility Rental folks. You truly are the best.

Absolutely the best rental place I have ever used. Highly recommend you try them. They are very customer oriented and bend over backwards to meet your needs. They deliver to your door (hotel or home) and pick up. They take the time to familiarize you with your rental and make sure you are comfortable before they leave. I was very impressed. My dad was having issues with both his scooter and scooter lift. They evaluated what was wrong at no charge. Checked and found our lift was still under warranty. Not only fixed issues but also tightened and greased all other components. At a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them for repairs

Great price, great service! Rented under the name Lets Go Strollers (same address). Had a scheduled drop off time for a stroller at my hotel. Called while on the way to the hotel from the airport and was met shortly after arriving. Left the stroller with hotel guest services for pickup. Could not be happier with how smoothly the whole transaction went. Price was also great, worth every penny.

We had 2 scooters delivered to our hotel. We used them 4 days. We even went the 2 miles from the hotel to Disney Springs on the scooters it was one of the highlights of our trip so fun sidewalks all the way crossed streets at the crosswalks. We said the scooters were worth twice their price. If rented at the parks they are $70 a day and cant leave the park.We had the most expensive scooter and they didnt ever have their battery level go down even a little

I think i had the same scooter as Joseph because we had the same issues with the scooter not holding a charge, the charge indicator did not work properly so the scooter would just stop moving, and the charger said the scooter was fully charged but apparently it wasnt because it would not go as far as we were told even after charging for a full night. Each time we called to discuss the issues we were told we were not charging it correctly or had too much weight on it, and they did try to appear to be concerned however the issues were never resolved and they did finally reimburse some of our money but would not admit the scooter had issues. One resolution was to upgrade again (we did upgrade from the base model when we placed our order to make sure we had a scooter that would meet our needs) but it would have been delivered on friday afternoon and we were leaving sat am! this was the first time we rented a scooter, and probably should have done more research but the person i chatted with was very helpful and seemed to be really focused on customer service . now that i have talked to other renters i will be able to make a better decision the next time we need to rent.

I cannot say enough positive things about this company. From the first time I contacted Azia to inquire about a rental, to numerous phone calls with Brandi trying to sort out specifics of our rentals, to their outstanding delivery driver, this company was top notch from start to finish. With each question i had (and there were many), they responded with kindness and understanding. They were responsive to my parents unique needs and listened carefully to all my concerns in attempt to best accommodate my parents with a proper rental. Their delivery service person (whose name I sadly didnt catch) was so professional and courteous. He treated my parents with respect and dignity. Brandi and Azia addressed every concern that came up and provided any and all information I needed to best help my parents with their rentals. Its been a long time since I worked with a company in which every employee I encountered consistently treated customers like they were important and special. Above and way beyond!4 months ago i had a stroke, this is the first time i ever had to look for anything like this.Florida Mobility Rentals made it so easy, and where more accommodating then i have ever seen a company! At first, i thought hesitant; how are they 60-70% less then every site i looked at on the internet, my resort wanted to change $50 a day, Florida Mobility Rentals was less than $ 20. Customer service and the delivery people go 120% every time.. If i ever need it again, I know where Im going!

My young daughter suffered a mishap on day one of vacation and we were struggling to find a wheelchair on an early Sunday morning. I called and arrangements were made to deliver a wheelchair for us within a few hours. We could not of functioned without it, again last minute. Florida Mobility delivered on time and also picked up after we left at front desk. Hoping we would never need to use but great customer service and equipment. They saved our vacation!!!

We had previously rented twice from Apple and never had a problem.This year after talking to Caroline they sounded OK.But, they forgot to tell us that their recently acquired scooters needed to have a switch turned onfor the charger to work properly.Having no clue that this scooter charged differently than the Apple scooter we plugged it into the walloutlet twice a day. On the second it died at the entrance to the MK.We missed out on our three Fast Passes and a BOG ADR, our day was spoiled.It took Florida Mobility over four hours to replace the non-working unit.There has been no apology nor offer for our loss.I cannot recommend these folks.

I was with Charlie Wilcox and agree that scooter was a big problem. Everywhere that we stopped for meals, we found a plug to recharge the scooter, but it seemed like we were the only ones in the park that had to do so. I never saw another scooter plugged in.I did not deal with any of the interactions with the company directly, but I know that it was a big hassle for my mother and father in law. The problems with the scooter defiantly affected the experience of the parks because in the back of our heads we were worried about it dying (which it did multiple days) and had to plan around being able to plug it in, which was not convenient at all.

We rented a scooter this month for a family trip to Universal Studios. I must say that from the moment I called to book the rental to the moment I returned the ECV, I experience excellent customer service. There are many reasons why I would recommend this business to any body looking for a wheelchair or ECV rental:1. I made the reservation over the phone with Caroline who was very nice and patient with all my questions. She helped me pick the perfect rental for my trip. She was knowledgeable and cared about my needs in such a way that I decided to rent from them and stop comparing rates and options on the internet. I believe that a place with such excellent client service deserves my business. Period.2. The ECV was delivered at no extra charge to the my Hotel, on time and in perfect condition. Mark took all the time in the world to explain to me all the features of the scooter and gave me a lot of tips in order to get the best from the machine.3. The ECV worked perfectly in the Parks. The ECV was in great condition. You could tell that it was one of the latest models. The battery lasted more than enough every day.4. I really appreciate that they dont make the scooter look like a walking advertisement like other companies do. I noticed around the park a lot of ECVs rented from other companies that were full of business names and phone numbers that were not discreet at all, I would say even embarrassing. The ECV that I rented from Florida Mobility Rentals only had a small, discreet number at the back.5. Even though I did not needed any assistance during my rental I had peace of knowing that the business was available for any questions or rescue in case of malfunction.6. The ECV was picked up from my hotel at the end of the rental period by Mark, a very corteous gentleman, at the time an place it was promised.Overall, I am extremely please, I would recommend this company to any body looking for a ECV/scooter rental in Florida and I will definitively rent ( or buy) from them the next time I visit Florida.
