I started having back trouble just before our trip to Orlando / Disney. I realized I was going to need some help getting around. First, it was awesome that they would deliver to the resort and pick it up. Second, it was clean and well maintained. I really was impressed with the service and the scooter. I cant say enough about how much this helped me this trip. While I hope not to need another for a long time this was great!

Amazing service and value. Stroller was waiting for us at our resort hotel when we arrived and we were able to leave it there when we Checked outIt was clean and so inexpensive for 12 days. Also I had to add an extra day right before our trip and it was fast and easy and low cost. One quick phone call. Really enjoyed the service and would use again.

My ScooterBug EVC was easy to use and manage. The sunshade is well-worth the extra charge in the Florida sun. I got lots of compliments from strangers on how smart it was to have a sunshade attachment. Also, I never had to recharge my scooter during the day while in the theme parks. The overnight charge lasted all day. Thank you, ScooterBug, for providing quality devices. I rented one for myself and one for my sister. She and I both found that having the use of a scooter saved us from a lot of painful walking through the theme parks and the long standby lines for rides. I will be using your service again on my next trip to Orlando and I recommend that anyone with mobility issues take advantage of your service. I found your prices to be very reasonable compared to some other scooter rental companies.

I decided at the last minute to use a scooter for our trip to WDW. Called ScooterBug because they were recommended by WDW. The process was smooth and professional. I was actually surprised at the low cost for the 7 nights of our trip. Scooter was waiting at bell services at my resort on our arrival and it was super easy to return the day of our departure. It was fully charged and held the charge extremely well. Very happy with my first experience using a mobility device. Will most definitely be using ScooterBug again for future trips. Thank you!!

Excellent!!!.. The scooter was exactly what I needed! Due to a recent injury I was unfortunately unable to walk during our Disney trip, I Rented from scooter bug and the scooter was at my hotel waiting when I arrived, quick and convenient, the scooter was reliable and lasted the entire trip, never had to worry about stopping and recharging!Definitely completely satisfied!

ECV was waiting for me at the resort, charged and ready to go. I didnt have to do anything other than reserve it. Left it with bell services when I left, never worried about a thing. One down thing? Cupholder. It cannot hold a Stanley or Yeti cup full, it just fell out. That was my one & only issue. Highly recommend.

Scooterbug made it incredibly easy to have a stroller during our Disney trip. It was waiting at the hotel when we arrived and when we left we just dropped it off with our hotel staff. They had also attached a piece at the top that included two water bottle holders and multiple pockets for little things we collected throughout the day. Would definitely use again!

What a lifesaver the “Bob” was!!! It was worth every penny and not too many pennies at that, the price is very reasonable and the convenience of it already there for us at the bellhop/resort made tired parents oh so happy.We rented it just in case our 8YO couldnt hang, but our backpacks used it more than her.Hands down we would and will use this company again.Ps. Our family went to Disney and brought my mom. I knew there was no way she could walk all the parks. We rented a scooter from here. When we arrived at the resort it was waiting for us. The battery stayed charged entire day. Scooter looked and worked perfect. Was very clean. You can rent them at the park not as nice for 70 a day, or this for a fraction of the cost. I highly recommend. We were even able to take it on the sky lift. So if youre going to Disney and need to rent one then I definitely would reserve this. Only thing I wish was that we had the sun canopy. However, scooter bug had already reserved all them.

Highly recommend using their service! Was seamless from start to finish! Have recommended to friends and even strangers when I was at Disney. Even if not needed for disability I can see using one again. Scooter was easy to pick up and drop off at the hotel and never failed me once in the two days I had it. Also rates can’t be beat! So much cheaper than at the park and you can take it right to your hotel room every night. So glad I found you!

This was by far one of our trips best investments. we stayed at a Disney Resort and the scooter was there when we arrived. We rented for the week and the price was so affordable. This was our first experience with using one, but it was simple and all modes of transportation were accommodating, My husband has a knee that needs surgery and he was able to keep up with the use of the scooter.

The scooter worked great and was a HUGE help that allowed me to enjoy activities with my friends and family. It was very easy to schedule online, and when I called with questions, they were more than helpful. My scooter was at my hotel prior to arriving, and it was picked up after I left. This transaction was convenient, because it was done with the bell hop. The batter life was great, it never ran out, even after hours of operation. I did plug it in when not in use. It made a world of difference in my vacation, and I will rent again. I felt the pricing was fair.

Reserving a scooter bug scooter for my needs was extremely easy. The instructions are clear and paying was a breeze. The scooter rental was ready when I arrived at the resort. It was clean and sanitized. During my stay we needed to extend our stay and in calling scooterbug for more days was simple and easy. I will say the concept of scooter bug is amazing. Having it delivered and leaving when you depart with your bell hop. But other than that we were pretty displeased with the sit and stand double stroller we rented for our time at Disney.This stroller was on its last leg about to fall apart. You could wobble the whole thing back and forth with one finger. It wouldn’t turn, was extremely hard to push, the wheels were wonky and would be flipping on to the side. Honestly it was a huge piece of junk. Granted we had no other choice but to use it because of our two young kiddos. Luckily my husband is a trooper and pushed the entire time because I could not.

This company is terrible. Try to rent a scooter the day before the earliest they could get it to me at the hotel was at noon the next day. I went ahead and rented it but nobody notified me when it arrived.I took the scooter to Epcot it seem to have a lot of power and a full charge. But after three hours the scooter started dying very quickly. No power uphill at all. So I took two hours of my precious vacation and plug the scooter in for a charge. And nothing did not charge at all. Called the company on hold for over an hour.They said just leave it there, we will bring you another one in the morning. I told him you cannot strand me here at Epcot I wont be able to get home. So the guy said let me get you a manager. 10 minutes later I spoke to a manager. He said I will talk to our driver we will get him out there ASAP with a replacement scooter. I said what if I need to contact you he said I will give you my personal number to call. I asked him to please text it to me because I did not have a pen. I did not hear from him at all. Or the person about getting a replacement scooter. I feel like I wasted most of my day trying to figure out the scooter. Very frustrated.

Having a ScooterBug waiting for me at my Disney Resort made our trip easier and so much more enjoyable. Having health issues with fatigue and severe cramping was not an issue on this trip. Our SB moved about easily and fit comfortably and out of the way in our room. One thing... as soon as you hop on make sure it is on Turtle(slow) and practice for few minutes on turns and moves in different speeds. Thanks for helping our trip to be extra special.

I rented a double stroller from ScooterBug! It was waiting in the hotel lobby when I arrived, it was easy to use and exactly what I needed. It was a lifesaver for our Disney World trip! Our flight was canceled heading home and I called to see if I could rent the stroller an additional day. They had no problem with that! Drop off was super easy in the lobby of our hotel! I will use Scooterbug again when we go back to Disney!!

Very satisfied with price and service from Scooterbug. Drove to Pop Century from home. worst part was had to use rollator to get from parking lot to Guest checkin. Disney had not assigned me a handicap accessible room, so was in a remote parking lot. Luggage service brought around a fairly new EV for me and arranged to have my rollator delivered to room when assigned.Battery was fully charged. Had reserved EV online and didnt order anything fancy like heavy duty or extra wide seats, My reason for scooter rental is due to nerve damage in back not due to overweight issues, so I easily got 7 hours battery usage before recharging and could have gone further if I wanted to. After 3 days dropped off scooter at front desk and had Disney cast member help me back to car with my luggage.Very pleased with Scooterbug service and equipment, wish I had something like this at home.

First scooter picked up Saturday wouldn’t charge and brakes were not great called Sunday morning reset scooter and brakes were a lil better but still not great they stated we would have to wait for a replacement would take 2 hours that was at 10am got the call that replacement was finally here at 2:18pm got the new scooter and went to the bus transport line for Magic Kingdom at 3:10 pm at 3:30 my mil was loading onto the bus the accelerator stuck and the scooter slammed into the front of the bus. My mil has bruises from trying to jump off scooter. The bus driver (Pam) watched whole thing and stated my mil hands were not on the accelerator. Then had to wait another 3 hours for a new scooter that was brought to magic kingdom. My mil is now scared to death to use and was a horrible week for her as her mobility is not the greatest and this scooter was to help her. We lost almost a whole day at magic kingdom and there was a special event so we had level less time there. Today is a week later after multiple calls still waiting to hear from the supervisor/legal team. Will never rent from this company again!

They worked well, they took us everywhere and I have to commend the Disney transportation personnel for the efficient way they got us on and off buses so that we could visit every theme park. I had to rent a scooter for me since I had been diagnosed with Bursitis. The process was very easy. I also needed to rent a scooter for my wife while we were already on vacation. The staff at scooter bug was friendly and professional and accommodated us with only 24 hour notice. I recommend scooter bug for vacation rentals at Walt Disney World.

Drop off and pick up at bell service at Disney hotels is great. We have always used a different provider with the same privilege in the past but the policy has changed and now Scooter Bug is the only vendor with this ability. That being said both my husband and I feel the scooter is not of same caliber, not as powerful up hills. No bracelet for key to be on so you don’t lose it, and no rain poncho provided to protect the scooter in the event of a sudden rain shower. The soft sided cane holder I requested is just kind of tied on the back instead of being a metal tube as I have been accustomed to. Maybe they could add a couple of these things to make the scooter experience better...

Wow - what a terrible experience. I would hesitate from recommending this rental location to anyone.My friend rented a scooter for two days in Epcot at Disney world.The first day using the scooter we noticed the wheel making a loud rubbing noise plus the tires were literally falling apart. Big chunks of rubber were being dislodged. It wobbled and was just an awful experience to use.We immediately called the customer service number but “no one can help on the weekend” is the response we received on the phone.After several additional phone calls(taking away precious time from our vacation) we finally got a “manager” who suggested we talk with Disney about replacing this scooter and using one of theirs.Disney had no problem getting us one of their scooters - for $70! We had four hours left in the park until closing and dining reservations in two hours.After plenty of back and forth calls and arguments absolutely NOTHING was done to help my friend who ended up using the wobbly unsafe scooter the remainder of the night.ScooterBug DID replace the scooter the NEXT morning and that one was okay. Still not in perfect condition, but they are rentals after all.My friend received a credit for the scooter rental due to the issues she experienced the day before. But NOW just as we returned ScooterBug charged her AGAIN and we are back to square one.So as we thought they were giving a gesture of good will and crediting her for her trouble, that was temporary to satisfy her until we got home.This is why I’m writing this review. Otherwise it would have sounded more positively.I’ve been with someone who has rented scooters in the past and they have never had trouble getting their scooter fixed or replaced but this was utterly ridiculous.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Scooter bug has amazing accommodations with drop off and pick up at your hotel. When I arrived at my hotel my Scooter was waiting for me. I had issues with my Scooter at full charge and full speed power it moved at a snail speed I could walk faster then what the Scooter was going. I told my husband something was wrong I couldnt keep up with him walking so I called Scooter bug and they said they would give me a replacement within 2 to 3 hours. So my family and I went to the pool and after my replacement was waiting for me at the front. The replacement ran great the speed was working and I was very happy. During the week of using the replacement and us charging it every night we did notice it starting to get slower during the week but in the end the speed was fine even if it got alittle slower my family was still trying to keep up with me. I will use scooter bug again.

So we used scooterbug because they deliver to the hotel and can drop with bell service. We were driving in so since we did t know when we would get to the hotel it was important that they could deliver and the stroller would be there when we arrived. The stroller we rented, a “Bobs double” was not there when we arrived. We had to wait to go to the parks as the stroller was not there yet. It was dropped off and we went o bell service to pick it up. The stroller was old and in bad shape, but being determined to make the best out of everything, we decided to try it out. The wheels kept locking, making turning next to impossible and after half a day in magic kingdom, we decided it wasn’t going to work out for us. In addition to being in bad shape and the wheels locking, it did not fold properly which led to an impossible bus ride back. My wife called scooterbug and after a long drawn out conversation, we agreed that they would drop off a different stroller and so we proceeded. The new stroller was in worse shape, and again the wheels repeatedly locked as well. We kept this stroller not wanting to waste any more time and Walt with it for the next 5 days.They may be convenient but their stock is old and in disrepair. I think they have gotten lazy as they are the only ones with a contract to leave at bell service and so they have gotten comfortable.The other issue is they don’t offer rain covers so you have to buy one. Very inconvenient

Reliable place to secure ECV scooter! Used for Hollywood Studios and Magic Kingdom. I did not want to risk going to the parks and there being no electric scooters available. Pick up and drop off was easy and conducted at Sundries Disney Springs. Battery lasted the entire day.

Ive used Scooter Bug Twice for Disney World in Orlando this year. Just being able to have the ECV delivered to and from the resort is great. Reserving and making a payment is extremely easy Not to mention the cost is awesome. Renting an ECV at Disney is very expensive and they are super slow and bulky. Scooter Bug vehicles are fast and very easy to navigate in the attraction lines, trust me. Whenever I am in an area where Scooter Bug is available, no doubt about it, they are my preferred rental company.

The wide wheelchair does not fit the ramps on Disney busses. East to reserve and otherwise fine, but my wife had to walk up and down the bus ramp because the chair was about an inch or two wider than the ramp.

Our scooters were waiting for us at the hotel. They were a godsend without them the trip would have been much more painful and exhausting. As it was out group decided to rent additional scooters at Disney World for the last couple days. Next time(If there is a next time) we will get a scooter for most if not all of the group.

I love the convenience of drop off and pick up at the Disney resort. Excellent service! I reserved my scooter at 6 am and the scooter was available for me when I arrived to Disney resort at 10:30 am same day. I am a clean freak there was a sanitized tag on the scooter but the handle had something sticky on it, this is my only complaint. I will definitely be using this company again. Great price, battery stayed charged for the entire day and easy to get off/on buses. Highly recommend!!

Drop off and pick up were great. Sent right to our hotel, perfect. The scooter bug we had was pretty beat up model. They give 2 batteries which is great. One of the batteries didnt hold a charge very well. Would give it a 3.5 rating if allowed. This was our first time renting one for my 78 year old mom and she did a great job with it.If going to Disney or another park, bring the cord for a back up to charge . You honestly get more like 6 hours from a battery not the 12 they say. We actually brought the second battery with us in the park to make the switch during the day.We would use them again - and now knowing a lot more.

Worst customer service and rental company ever. They gave me a old scooter with a hump in the middle of the seal. It caused bad back pain. Tried to exchange it. They charged me a cancel fee plus another delivery fee. Had to wait another day for other scooter. Screwed up entire vacation. Rip off. Do not rent from the company. Will be contacting Disney to get rid if tgem as a scooter provider! Terrible.

The major perk of scooter bug is that you can pick up the stroller from the bell desk. In the end I wish I had gone with Kingdom Strollers. The stroller was pretty beat up and charging extra for the rain cover and a cup holder was a bummer.

Super impressed by their professionalism! i ordered my stroller after being advised by mycousin. I ordered 2 months ago and honestly,completely forgot about it until i got here! it was delivered to my hotel! super easy! just picked it up from the Bell Captain (i stayed at grand floridian) But where they really got me! i messed up on my return date and was a day late - i called and spoke to a wonderful woman named Rosie- i explained my mix up ! she put me on hold for a bit and came back with an update! NO extra hidden fees or drama! Just sent me an updated receipt and asked it be delivered to my Bell Captain before 9am ! I never rented a stroller before - we always brought our own and it takes up SO much space in the car! I actually SAVED scooter bugs number in my phone and will ONLY call them from now on when i am in Disney!

The scooter bug made a lot of sense as one travels through out Disneyworld. It eliminated standing in lines even with handicap assessable on the magic band. Note for inexperienced driver one should practice going backwards and forwards correctly. You may be fine but walker do not pay attention to you!

The scooter we rented was the best investment we made for our vacation. It reliably transported my mother through out each park for 8+ hours a day all week long without ever having a low battery during the day. We charged it overnight each night. The scooter was delivered to our hotel when it said it would be. Pick up and drop off was an extremely easy process. We ended up renting another for my father during this trip as well! ScooterBug Orlando provided a great experience during our recent WDW visit. We did not expect to require a scooter prior to our arrival and, so, didnt make advance arrangements. ScooterBug delivered a scooter to our WDW hotel the next day after we contacted them. It was no fuss, no muss and the scooter was invaluable in getting around the theme parks and WDW property. Overall the service was good. Our stroller arrived at the request time. Easy to pick up from bell services. As well as dropping off for return to bell services.The 1 star rating is because the orginal stroller that was left for us was noticeable bent. The whole stroller leaned to the right-side. We attempted to use it for our first day in animal kingdom it was so hard to push. We had to leave the park by 1 pm because of the stroller being so hard to push. I called and they did send another stroller for the next day. That stroller was better but not great. The front wheels continued to lock which again made it difficult to push. I requested 3 separate times for a manger to contact me. It has now been 6 days with no contact.Booking pick up and return was fine. The stroller fair at best and customers service poor. Would not use them again.

This is my second time renting from Scooterbug in Orlando. Both were easy. The scooter arrived at my hotel at the correct time, and I was able to pick it up from the lobby. We rented a scooter for my dad while visiting Disney World. As promised, the scooter was ready by the scheduled start date/time. My dad was able to easily drive it around and maneuver it in tight spaces (some lines at DW can be a little tricky). The scooter had NO issues with performance and was very reliable. As our trip was ending, my mom mentioned that the scooter was a life saver for my dad since he cant walk long distances without having to take multiple breaks. Our Scooterbug scooter was great. We rented the Resort plus. It was at the Hilton hotel when we got there. My wife had questions about the battery life I told her it will be fine. We visited Animal Kingdom in WDW spent all day riding around there and went to Disney Springs riding around for hours. I rented this because of a foot and knee issue, and wanted to experience Epcot without the pain involved. Most scooters I am familiar with, the battery pack is removable for easier transporting. The scooter sent to me did not have this feature, the batteries were attached to the frame. Being by myself, it was almost impossible to load this into the bed of my truck (It wasnt easy, but after a lot of straining, I managed to do it). This is something that should be part of the listing when renting. Other than that, the scooter was a life saver, battery lasted all day and still showed full.

I noticed other competitors scooters didnt look as good but were higher priced when I was searching for scooter companies prior to trip. Very pleased with ScooterBug decision.

The first one I received did not stay charged but you met me at Animal Kingdom to exchange it. The second one I had was smaller and much easier to handle with an extended battery. It survived the rest of my trip just fine at every park. I am a larger person and I was in the parks from open to close. Will definitely rent again.

I originally rented a motorized scooter but there was a torrential storm at DisneyWorld within two days of arriving! ScooterBug was going to replace it with a new scooter but I downgraded to a manual chair because of the possibility of it happening againGreat customer service and even refunded me the difference between the scooter and the chair

7 day scooter rental wasn’t there on day 2, after being told by woman in phone it was (Dolphin resort was great and looked everywhere, even their sister resorts with no luck). So I had to make other arrangements at the park. Then they dropped off a replacement days late and said they’d only charge me for 5 days after I told them to cancel and refund my money. Never again.

We are renting 2 scooters. About the most we can get out of a scooter (using both of its batteries) is 4-5 hours. I just headed to Epcot this evening at 7:15. At 9:38, my battery died. I’m charging again. I don’t have a problem with the service but don’t plan on a scooter going hard all day. You’ll need to charge it for a few hours.

The scooter was great for this gal with a broken ankle. Pretty easy to learn how to operate. It takes a while to fine tune use of the ‘accelerator.’ Once you do, you can control the speed better. Reverse was challenging especially in tight spaces. Keep it charging when not in use!

Amazing experience from the booking to delivery and drop off. Called them at 10pm and my scooter was at my Disney resort the next morning before 9! Sturdy and comfortable battery was fully charged and lasted all day at resort and easy charging right in my room. Drop off right there at resort also. Super friendly staff. Highly recommend this company if you need a scooter at Disney! And price is amazing also !

Scooter bug has the worst equipment we are at Disney right now and we have had to turn out Im in my third scooter and my mother will be in her third one here in a minute the equipment doesnt stay charged they put battery packs dont work and they just they dont answer their technical phones they dont they customer service youre on hold forever I think that Disney needs to stop contracting with them and start contracting with apple scooter where they have excellent customer service also gold mobility excellent customer service scooter bug would not recommend them to anybody

I rented a scooter to be used in the parks while visiting Disney World. You need to be aware of the possibility that you will be left stranded and without help if something goes wrong with the scooter. On day 2 it started acting up and on Day 3 in Animal Kingdom it was done. I needed to push it back to the buses and take it to the resort. I was promised a new scooter would be delivered to the resort bell stand. Operator 232 would not give me his name. He could not transfer to a supervisor and couldn’t get me a new scooter until the next day. It is quite literally a quarter mile walk to my room in the Kidani villas. Not acceptable to have to wait until the following day to have a replacement. Asked for a refund for the last 4 days of the rental and was offered 37.50. Not acceptable either. Be aware. I will also report to Disney as Scooter bug is their preferred vendor.Buena Vista maybe a better option to rent from.Update: I called again the following day to find out if a replacement was left. Was told there was one at the bell stand. When I arrived that afternoon no scooter. Called again and was left on hold for 45 minutes I called on another phone and finally spoke with Scott Larson. He was kind, understanding and helpful. He took the information, investigated and actually called me back. Thank you Scott you were very helpful and kind.As you can see from other reviews if the scooter works it’s a good experience, but if there are technical issues that I understand will happen when using rental equipment the customer service needs help. No one has called or attempted to contact me about the situation.

I ordered a ECV for my husband to use while we were on vacation in Disney World. ScooterBug delivered it to our resort and it was ready for us when we arrived. The vehicle was super clean and fully charged. It performed flawlessly at the parks and we were especially impressed with the turning radius. We rented a scooter for an affordable price for 4 days while in Disney. We picked it up at Disney Springs with no hassle and had no problems with it all 4 days. It was fairly easy to dissemble to put in the trunk of the car and we never had any issues charging or operating the scooter. Drop off was also at Disney Springs and was incredibly easy.

I rented from your company before and was very happy. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars was the scooter was large. Last time I had a smaller scooter. I am not a very big person and I found this one harder to handle. Maybe if your website was clearer on the sizes, it would have been easier to get a scooter that was easier for me to handle.

I broke my leg about 4 days before my Disney trip. Getting a scooter was the best decision I made. It was so easy. I rented it online and they delivered it to my hotel before I even arrived. I do wish I would have read the reviews before my trip. I started having an issue in my last day with it saying the battery was full but it was only going the turtle pace when I had the speed turned up. If I would have known they may bring me a replacement I would have called. It did not damper my trip in the slightest I would recommend them to anyone looking for scooter or wheelchair options. They took all the worry out of the process and it was amazing.

Pick up was so simple! The scooter was ready at my resort when I arrived. It was easy to use, which is a huge plus as I had no experience using one. The speed was great for keeping up with my family. It also stayed charged for our whole trip. The indicators always showed full charge, but we made sure to plug it in each night. Disney transport made it simple for me to travel to all 4 parks and Disney Springs. I was worried that my ankle injury was going to ruin our whole trip, but Scooterbug saved us and at a lower cost than other suppliers online! Thank you!!

This is a high and low, for an average. The scooter we rented for 8 days at WDW was nice and ran well...after they replaced a malfunctioning one with no brakes.The low is on an 8 day rental, it comes to about $23/day. On the first day of the rental, the scooter kept rolling after releasing the acceleration lever, so they came to replace it. In the meantime, we went to the park where we had to rent a Disney World scooter at $50 a day. We called 3 times to get a refund equivalent to the difference we paid at WDW vs. their cost, which old have been about $27. Each time we were told a manager would contact us. No manager ever did and after the 3rd call, we got a refund of a one day rental from them, $23, vs what the difference was from WDW, WHICH WAS $50-23=$27. They took the low road. Wont use them again.

Resort ECV, when fully charged, lasts all day, if you remember to turn key off. The unit I received, had a broken arm rest on the right side, but didnt seem bother me too much. Unit was delivered by time agreed upon but not fully charged. Good scooter and the price was also good.

Scooter was provided on time, fully charged and in wonderful clean condition. Easy Peasy!Rented for a 3 day Disney trip and battery stayed in the green. I did charge at night when we got back to hotel. I had the larger 3 wheel Scooter and fit nicely in room and on the Disney buses. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Our double stroller was okay. The single stroller that we had rented was broken & we had to have tow replacements dropped off to us. The customer service was nice but using a broken stroller in the parks & having to wait for a replacement was a pain. The strollers were not very clean either.

Rented one for the week. It was sent to my hotel I was staying at. I did have an issue with my first one uncomfortable, backrest was positioned at a bad angle. I could have fixed it if myself if had tools with me, but since I was on vacation I didnt have any with me. I called the store and they had a new one delivered to me in the park. Seat was comfortable on the second one. The scooter kept its charge every day and had plenty of power. They are way faster than the ones you can rent inside Disney parks.
