Weve been a customer of Lewis Cobb for nearly 20 years. Never had a problem until now. House is full of bugs 2 months before annual service is due and a technician cannot be scheduled when we are available. Lewis Cobb previously provided excellent customer service and always willing to accommodate their clients. Now that Arrow has taken over...Not so much. We will not be renewing our service this August.

We had their service for a year. I was very hesitant to sign a year contract for fear I would not get quality service. My fears were correct. My main concern were ants. As soon as they sprayed for one type within a couple weeks I would have ants again. They would tell me each time they were different types, but I just couldnt understand why they couldnt treat the problem. Once we had plametto bugs and when I called to describe it the woman she kept insisting we had roaches. Not to mention the scheduling receptionist was rude on multiple occasions to both me and my husband. A few times the technician made some prejudice comments, but I didnt want to report in fear they would stop servicing my house. I plan to go back to the major competitor.

We live near a pond and never see bugs in our house. Lewis Cobb is excellent. Our technician, Bert, is great. He gives a lot of great advice and easy-to-do prevention techniques. He always says that if we ever see a single bug, we can call and hell be right out.

We have used Lewis Cobb for annual pest control for several years. We have never had an issue. It is always a pleasant experience to call and make an appointment. Our technician, Bert, is amazing. He is very friendly, professional and honest. He does his job with a smile on his face. If there are any bug issues between services we just call and he is out immediately and will stay on the issue until it is resolved. We highly recommend Lewis Cobb.

We have had nothing but amazing service from Lewis Cobb and we almost always have Bert as our technician. It is so nice & comforting seeing a familiar face at the door. Bert is always in a pleasant mood, asks if weve had any issues, and even remembers past issues to make sure they are still resolved. We contacted Stark ( formally Lewis Codd Pest Control ) to apply the Product which is required prior to pouring the slab to our new Screen Patio enclosure . Mike, Derek & Chris arrived on time and were so enjoyable to work with. Lewis Cobb is quick, efficient, and courteous. We always have a nice chat with Bert when he comes out to treat our home and nothing but good things to say to others about this pest control company.

I don’t recommend Lewis Cobb. I’ve had them working on my property for a little more than 6 months and they’re lackadaisical when it comes to customer complaints, satisfaction and overall quality of work. My lawn looks worse for the “service” I’ve paid for. I wrote them with my concerns and I had to write again to see if the supervisor of yards was on top of it - he did not bother to reach out personally to discuss my concerns. Additionally, On two occasions I’ve inquired where the service guy was and was told he’s already come by - yet there aren’t Lewis Cobb signs in the yard or on the front door (as there is with each service). Sure enough, neither time had he come out despite being told otherwise. So they aren’t ever terribly sure where their service people are. God, the first time this happened it was a Friday, so they had to have the guy come out Monday since inexplicably he didn’t actually show up despite the office’s belief. For numerous reasons including my lawn looking worse and for no one reaching out when I had concerns, I fired them today.

I would like to take a moment to thank Sean of Lewis Cobb pest control for taking the time to speak with me on the phone about pest control and identification of a pest in question. Even when I left a voicemail he returned my call. His assistance has allowed me to identify and take steps towards a pest I have encountered during work hours and take appropriate steps towards elimination. Even though I was not ordering service, he still took his time to help me. For this I am grateful. I will be requesting service in the future. This is truly a company that cares.

Have used Lewis Cobb for years. Everything from tenting our new (1950s) house because of a termite issue to annual maintenance to keep the termites and other critters away. Always helpful and friendly and awesome with scheduling times that work around my schedule. Thanks!

Although I did not use Lewis Cobb Pest Controls termite services, I can tell you they are an honest company. I have a really weird situation on my property. I wont bore you with the details, but I will say that their technician diagnosed and explained the problem. He referred me to a company that would be able to help. I really appreciated the honesty and the free evaluation, and I would highly recommend this company to any friends or neighbors who asked about a good pest control company in the Orlando area.

Absolutely horrendous employee behind the wheel of the company car. Reckless speeding, cutting off multiple vehicles on Aloma/426, and intentional slamming on brakes to cause accidents. I would never trust this company with anything I value, much less my home. I recommend the company improve its public image and let go whoever turned behind the publix on aloma/lakemont today Thursday 11am 4/25/19. You drive a company car for a reason dummy.

We just moved into our new house and Lewis Cobb came out to check the bait stations I guess because the previous owners had termite protection. When we inform them we would not be continuing service with them both the technician and the customer service representative got very aggressive with us. The technician then began ripping up the termite bait stations and messing up our lawn and ornamentals in the process. When we then asked him to leave because we did not feel comfortable with him ripping up our lawn he ended up getting in a screaming match with us until we threaten to call the police. Then he finally left. I don’t know how their service is, but their customer Service is terrible. And now half of the bait stations are just sitting on the grass for us to dispose of.

Great service. Moved out of a house with wood termites, and was able to have our furniture fumigated at their secure vault, preventing a new termite infestation from taking over our new home. Highly recommend!

Bert and his team at Lewis Cobb are true professionals. They have worked around my schedule time and time again, even though its not the easiest to work around. Have been a customer of theirs for a little over two years and expect to continue using their services for many more years to come.
