Beyond satisfied, we Called for a bounce house with only 2 day notice. They were able to bring and set up the bounce house on early Sunday morning. Our kids loved the basketball hoop and obstacle course inside. I highly recommend this company. After all the kids happiness is priceless.

They did a fantastic job with the bounce house. They set up and took down very quickly.They were also very easy to work with. We had originally planned on getting a bounce house with the water slide. However; the day before we had to change it to the medium sized bounce house due to the tent we rented being larger than expected for our baby’s first birthday party.Bouncehouse was very accommodating. Additionally, they still were able to put the Mickey banner and it looked great.

Rented the 5 in 1 bounce house from Bounce House Orlando and very happy I did! They contacted me a week before my party to confirm the day/time. The day of the party they arrived around 9am and set everything up and picked it up around 6pm that evening. Wonderful customer service, they were very friendly. The bounce house itself was clean, and exactly what was pictured on their website and for a great price. I highly recommend Bounce House Orlando! We will be using them again. Thank you!

The bounce house was wonderful and dropped off before the original time. That was great but on the flip side it was picked up the day after it was suppose to. All in all my kids were able to jump longer, but the communication wasn’t professional.

Very unprofessional! I spoke with a gentleman on Monday afternoon and reserved a Dinosaur Bounce and Slide and he said I was good to go. Then at 10 PM that night I receive a text message from a DIFFERENT number with their company informing me that now only the bounce house/slide is available but the dinosaur banner is not. First and foremost, they should not be texting clients at 10:00 PM at NIGHT! Secondly, they should most definitely check there inventory before approving of reservations. I would not recommend them whatsoever!!!

Buyer beware!! Please be aware that the bounce house needs someone to be around all the time and it has a manual adjustment to be made after around 3 hours as the source of gas needs to be diverted.These are things that the sales person doesnt bother to explain to you as you are making the reservation and catches you by surprise on the day of the event.We almost had an accident due to this lack of communication.Thankfully nobody got injured.
