I usually dont give anyone a bad review, my experience with this vendor was beyond unbelievable; In March 2021 I contact this company and ordered and paid the entire amount for 36 Gold Round Back chairs and a Thrown Chair for my Daughter/Neice 30th birthday celebration. On Tuesday, May 25, the receptions called to set up a delivery time which was between 10 & 11am. On Saturday, May 29 I woke up 7am starting loading my truck to go an decorate the facility, while loading and unloading, Tierra called my phone around 8am, I missed the call because I was busy and didnt hear it. After 1pm and the chairs had not been delivered I called her, thats when she said she called me that morning, making a long story short, she said they will deliver the chairs by 4pm. Well 4pm NO CHAIRS, I called her over and over with no answer. Now it is 7pm, NO CHAIRS. Thats right NO CHAIRS WERE NEVER DELIVERED!!! I Called her on the next day and she gave an excuse!! This was unacceptable! Thank God the facility had chairs and I had my own chair covers. Yes, she did apologize and refunded my money which she should have! I am an event planner and I would have never ever done anyone like the way this company treated a customer.It was never told to me that you was in a car crash, matter of fact you stated that your driver came to the building, which one is it! However, you are right All things that you do will return back to YOU!

Tiera Exquisite Collection has thee most beautiful event rentals that I have ever seen. They have so many choices of tables, chairs, and table decor to choose from. The process of ordering my rentals for my wedding, and the delivery day of my wedding went smooth! I appreciated being able to communicate with this vendor throughout my experience for any additional questions I had, and I will definitely be on the look out for the new rentals they have on hand for my future events.

Really really bad customer service I paid for some chairs weeks ago I have my receipt and everything the day of the event after I set up and everything she canceled the rental on me the day of the event my client cursed me out ask me for a full refund that’s so unprofessional. I keep calling never got an answer that’s not professional and still didn’t get my refund. They don’t even deserve a star.

On 6/18/2019 I booked and paid Tiera Knowles $690.10 as a deposit for party planning services and party rentals for an event for 2/8/2020. The total amount was $1675 including travel 100 miles for a party of 100 guests. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the party was postponed for a later date. I contacted Tiera via telephone on 7/27/2020 and booked a birthday dinner for 20 guests for 10/24/2020 and was advised that the price would remain the same. She proceeded to increase the price after we had a verbal agreement by almost $1,000! she refused to budge even after removing items. 9/25/2020 I advised I wouldnt be moving forward and she refuses to refund my monies paid thus far. We do not have a contract nor did she ever tell me the deposit was non refundable. I wouldnt recommend doing business with Tiera as she was very rude and disrespectful after I didnt agree to pay. She even called me poor minded and stated I was trying to get items for free. I would never wish my worst enemy to do business with this woman, pathetic.

From planning to ordering and finally receiving my products and services, I received superb services from this company.Let me start by saying the products were unlike anything I had seen in my area. The quality of products were very astonishing! It was very satisfying to have received so many compliments from my guest about my event at the end of that evening. It was worth it to have hired a company who was professional and knowledgeable in their products, services and also in the event industry. They recommended items that ultimately made a huge statement at my event! I cant thank them enough for ensuring my day was more than what I couldve ever dreamed of. I am super impressed with this company . We needed some chair rentals since our venue was cancelled due to COVID and had to make last minute changes of hosting my niece Babyshower in my home .
