They have an amazing assortment of bounce houses and slides with water pools. The bounce we had was amazing and our kids loved it. We also rented chairs and table and were very reliable. This company is absolutely remarkable. I needed to rent a water slide very last minutely the day of my sons birthday party. I contacted many companies and this is the only company that got back to me right away. I told them exactly what I wanted and my budget and they were able to accommodate me. We have been customers of Rent A Jumper FL for over 12 years, and theyve never let us down. This company is friendly and on-time. We like the variety of fun jumpers and with 4 kids, weve tried out the water slides, jump houses and friendly event games, like the joust. All were hits but our favorites are the water slides on a hot day.

HORRIBLE customer service! Owner is very unorganized and honestly just plain aggravating. She lost track of deposit and payments made. She tried to charge me full amount before slide was delivered after I’d already put deposit down. Day of delivery owner sent messages about keeping my dog (labradoodle) away from her slide or I would be responsible for damages. I signed a contract, of course I understand I’m responsible damages while on my property! No need for extra reminders to be sent at 9pm about it. Why on earth would my house dog ruin her slide, but ok. Day of pick up owner messaged me saying unit was VERY dirty from firework display and again I would be responsible for damages. I immediately went to have a look at unit before crew left and workers couldn’t show me anything!! I’m so happy I went to have a look and take pictures because I think they would’ve tried to charge me for damages that didn’t exist! Looking back at all the messages I was sent from owner from the deposit to my dog then fireworks only makes us think she was out to get extra money from us if she could. Do yourself a favor and don’t even bother with the headache from this very unprofessional company.

They are great to work with. Easy to book and super nice at drop off. I rented the 22 foot blue side. It was clean, and in great condition. It was a really fast slide. My son and his friend had a blast. We got lucky and they let us have it for extra time because it wasn’t rented the day before. Other companies are around the same price or more and only give you six hours. This is up to a 24 hour rental which is a big reason we went with them. Definitely renting this slide again.

The slide was delivered early on Saturday and my party was starting at 3pm when try to use the slide it had a hole and was not able to use it. Try calling and texting the owner Ricarda and she won’t answer my calls or text. Had to called the delivery guys and they were able to help. However, they could not fixed it until almost 6pm, lost 3hrs of my party and the owner told me that because my party was Spanish that I didn’t lose anything 🤬. What type of business owner and customer service is this??? Please DO NOT do business with this company or owner.

Contacted them the morning of my event with hopes that they could accommodate and they sure did. Got me a bouncer quickly and picked it up early the next morning quietly before we woke up. Perfect.

We decided to grab an inflatable water slide at the last second for our son’s birthday and the pickings were slim. Fortunately, Rent a Jumper not only had a massive slide available, but they delivered it quickly and set up it shockingly fast and without making a mess or much noise. Even better, when it came time to pick it up, they were just as thorough and careful in removing it from the yard. They’re ninjas.Oh, and the slide was a blast for a child and his parents.

Rented a bounce house for my daughters 3rd birthday party and I was blown away by how easy it was to reserve it. They have amazing customer service and if I had any questions they were answered quickly. The best part is they delivered a day early and picked up on Sunday at no additional charge. I only needed it Saturday but having it here early helped ease set up the day of the party. We will be using Rent a Jumper again in the future.

I needed last minute chairs and tables for a Christmas party my parents were hosting. Contacting the company was super easy. I did it through their website chat room and via text. I paid quickly with PayPal for the items. They require a cash deposit when you arrive. The chairs and tables held up for our party with no issues. A positive experience with no hiccups. I would rent from here in the future. *My dad had his own hitch and trailer, so we transported the items ourselves.

The gentlemen who did the set up even asked where the sprinklers were located so that he did not damage them when anchoring down the slides. This company is very professional. The set up is quick. The slides are in great shape. We have had the Tsunami two years in a row. It’s perfect for older kids (8 and up) bc it’s really tall.
