I recently rented tables, chairs, a lattice bi-fold divider, a pipe and drape, linen and sashes for chairs from this business. Everything was in great condition and customer’s service was superb! We needed to rent several items for a holiday party. As my guest list grew, my needs changed (almost daily for a week). Orlando Party Rentals was patient and always accommodated every change (sometimes more than once a day). When the time came to pick up the items, everything was ready and waiting for me and their staff quickly loaded everything for me - I didnt have to lift a finger. Same with unloading. I strongly recommend them - they were first class, their items are great and reasonably priced and the service was impeccable.

I used their weekend package (pick up only) very good price had it from friday afternoon until Monday(drop off by 3pm). I would definitely recommend this company to anyone with a budget especially a last minute plarty plan.

We had a school event that needed stanchions with less than a 48 hour notice. The crew at Orlando Party Rentals responded to my request immediately and was able to supply my needs in an extremely short timeframe! The equipment was top notch. Dont look anywhere else. This should be your last stop.

In beginning pleased with company/guest service. We rented tables and chairs for 40 ppl. As we started setting up chairs, 30 had rusted legs and chair backs. I was so disgusted and embarrassed. Called company, after being suggested that it was because they were in the back of pickup, owner refunded all money for chairs. I dont want to say they are a bad company, just verify all that you rent.

I have used them for my table and chair rentals for my engagement party, a work meeting, and now a 4th of July party. Quick efficent service

Of all the party rental places you could find in a google maps search for the Orlando area, Orlando Party Rentals responded promptly to both email and phone calls. This was so important because I was planning the wedding from Philly. He worked with me up until the day prior to get me what I needed. They were EXTREMELY flexible and accommodating. Every other rental place either didnt return my calls/emails or didnt get me the information I needed. This was very frustrating because I needed pictures and clarifications because I couldnt travel to the sites since I was in Philly. This rental place had all the pictures and descriptions online with pricing! Perfect.

Complete turn off!!! I wanted to order some chairs for my daughters first birthday party. I called a few days before and left a message and they never called me back. I finally called back to get someone on the phone who sounded like he wasnt interested in talking to me. He insisted that I order his weekend special and when I told him I wasnt interested (I didnt want long tables I wanted round ones) he told me he couldnt talk right now and would have to call me back. Really??

My boyfriend and I planned to host our first Thanksgiving dinner and decided to rent a table and chairs because we do not have a fully furnished house yet. We arranged to pick up the supplies on Wednesday, the day before Thanksgiving, between noon and 5. When I got there at 3, the door was locked and there were two other gentleman waiting outside that said they also had arranged to pick up that day and had been waiting for 30 minutes. The sign on the doors stated that they were open. We all tried calling to see why no one was at the store but kept getting voicemail. After waiting around for 20 minutes I left. Ruined my Thanksgiving plans. Extremely disappointed and poor customer service!! Do NOT rely on this business!!
