Always have good experiences when I go here. Even when I just need a quick sharpening of my lawn mower blade at the last minute, they always tell me over the phone when I call about it to come on in. Its convenient and right round the corner from my house when I need their services.

This is an amazing gem in the city of Orlando. In addition to your typical rentals for events or projects requiring special equipment, they can also sharpen chainsaw blades and tighten the blade back on the bar for an absolutely amazing price of only $10...Not only are the prices right the staff is amazing!!

I just Returned A 20 foot Extension Ladder I Rented 4Days ago on Fri 10-11-19 / Since they are closed on Sat & Sun I Got To use the Ladder an extra 2 days at no extra cost / I had finished my use of the Ladder On Sun and Was Ready to return it on Mon / Things Came Up and I got distracted and simply forgot to return the Ladder / so I had resigned to accept the fact I would have to pay another 31.78 for an extra day - Business is Business and the Counter Lady Named BECKY Would have been within her right to simply charge me the extra day / but out of the KINDNESS and FAIRNESS Of Her Heart She Declined To charge me the extra day - she Said no one requested To Rent the Ladder that extra day so she didn’t Lose Any Money and waived the extra days charge -THANK YOU ! Great company to rent all kinds of tools and equipment! The only downside was one time I went to return a tool, and despite that it was during their normal operating hours, I was unable to do so because theyd hung a cardboard sign on the door saying theyd be closing early to go to a football game. They hadnt left a message on the phone or website stating theyd be closing early, so it was a bit of a wasted drive. (I cant say I blame them, it was a playoff game, but.... it was an unnecessary trip.)The redeeming part of the story was that they waived the late fee I was supposed to pay since they hadnt posted anything in advance or on their website saying theyd be closing early. I continue to rent tools from them and will be doing business with them in the future.

Needed some chairs last minute for my sons birthday party and we were able to be in and out within 15 minutes. the nice lady that picked up the phone already had them out for us. Will do business with them again.

The entire process was as easy as could be. The staff was very helpful and informative. The Stump Grinder that I rented worked great and made the job much easier. Overall it was a great experience and I will be back to rent from them again!

I took my generator to get fixed this summer before school started and it is still there not fixed I keep getting the same run around about them only having one guy there that fixes thing and he has a whole garage full or equipment that he hasnt got to fixing yet hes backed up thats not the customers fault .my question is why do you all only have one person doing repairs and why take in more repair orders if your backed up the right thing to do is tell the customer that your not able to except any more repair orders because you are already backed up in repairs its ridiculous to have someone elses property for so long just sitting there!!!!!!!! I will never use them again my experience with them is horrible I wish they would of never switched owners it was running perfect before .if I could I would give zero stars.

The worst place ever!! I waited a month to have my mower belt changed and still they havent done it. I called numerous times to see whats up and finally they told me is ready so I went and picked up and thankfully I wanted to see the new belt underneath the mower and guess what it was not changed, WASTED my TIME and GAS for the 3 trips I made there and false service I paid my $20 not refundable bs and the remaining balance I tried to get a refund for my waste of time and gas but i they can keep it maybe they will become rich. NEVER going there I rather pay Home Depot double the price and I did went there and left my mower, 3 days they told me and it will get fixed. I am calling BBB to file a report on their bs business.

My Grandfather has went here for years. This is the only reason I chose this place to do business with. First they gave me the wrong table covers (Square instead of round) for my event then when I tried to call and see if they had any others available the very old lady that they have at the front desk acted as if it was my fault that they gave me the wrong items. Not only that but when I came back the folllowing day to return them the younger girl at the front desk interogatted me accusing me of still using the tableclothes and almost refused to give me back my money. We werent even able to use them. How are you supposed to use square tablecloths for rounds tables ?!? This place has very mediocre customer service and even more merdiocre products. They are cheapest but you would be better off going to a name brand company who will take responsilbility for their mistakes. I understand that you have to protect your company but you can not to it at the expense of your honest customers integrity. I would never us this company again.

I was sent to them by ryobi warrenty work I was recieved by real nasty mechanic before even looking and any test he said he knows i didnot put oil in the machine and when i told him i check oil before each use he didnot like my answer and start calling me a lier over and over very nasty and confrotational then manager came and said we will talk to ryobi and will let me know as i was walking away he said we will not charge or do anything till ryobi ok it but 10 days later i called they said no warenty work now accused me again so went to pick it up they charged me 22.00 for nothing whole business is a sham and they lie and cheat to make a buc1st i thought just mechanic was rude but whohe place smels like fish walk away from trap asap i have my reciept to prove it whole house is a setup trust your 1st instinct and walk away, sorry Run.......away
