Regus at 1800 Pembrook Drive, Suite 300, Orlando has far surpassed my expectations. As a CPA it is important to have clients feel comfortable, welcome and be impressed by the design and feel of the office space. Yvonne and her staff have been highly responsive and helpful. My clients are uniformly impressed with the premises and reception (and ease of traveling to and locating the building).

I was a customer at Regus HQ for years, from an in-office customer to virtual, having them continue answer my phones. I had negotiated a great deal because I found a vendor who would answer my calls cheaper than they would, and they kept me on at the competitors rate. All was well until Kevin Johnston, the new center manager, sent me an email more than tripling my rate. Never called, only sent me a renewal at triple the rate. Really nice, I thought. Years of business, thousands and thousands of dollars. I would have paid more, too, if the situation had been handled more professional and the rate wasnt tripled. Also, they kept the phone number I had and wouldnt let me take it, which was another nice farewell present. So, naturally, I went to a competitor. This company has been nickel and diming people for a long time, and I wouldnt ever utilize them for any kind of office, virtual or otherwise!!!
