I never write reviews for anything but Ive never felt so mistreated by a companys service in my life. The offices and services are ok but when you get any kind of issue with you account do not count on their help. It took me over 6 months to get my retainer back, in which I had to constantly be contacting them about it through phone and email. They also charged me for email forwarding since the beginning of my contract (a service that I opted-out from the beginning) and now refuse to give me a refund because my contract already ended. If youre a client now, I suggest youre very careful about your statements with Regus since they wont have your back whenever you find an issue, even if theyre in the wrong. Thats called stealing, Regus.

Great place if you need a work area. You can rent out rooms and make them yours for as long as you need. It’s just like renting an apt instead this is a rental for an office.
