I have been going to this UPS Store for the past six months and they have been very kind and willing to help with my Amazon returns, assistance and advise when it came to mailing my precious valuables. All around services from shredding to office supplies.Just like any business its never truly perfect because we are not Robots so to not expect some human error we are only kidding our selves.Over all I would definitely recommend this UPS store time and time again to people that live near by.

This place is the worst UPS I have visited. First, after calling multiple times on Monday to the store to book an appointment it would go straight to voicemail. I took it upon myself to book an appointment online for notary services instead as no one would pick up the phone at the store. I booked a notary appointment on Monday for today, Saturday and when I showed up they informed me to call the nearest UPS to see if a notary is available as they do not have one in today. I booked this appointment well in advance and this store failed miserably. I will not be returning again and advise others not to.
Came in to drop off an Amazon return, and was immediately greeted. Store was clean and well organized. Came in around noon and there were no lines, so got out pretty quickly.
Location is convenient for me. However, they are way under staffed. Every time I come in there is only 1 person at the counter. The line is usually outside the building. They need to hire more people to handle their demand. Also they do not have a notary, which is a little odd. Every other ups store I’ve been to has a notary.
What a terrible customer service - the girl who works there is very rude. I arrived early in the morning and was waiting outside the store. When she opened the door at 8:30 she didn’t greet me or say good morning but she said “WOW you’re early” and then laughed. What a disrespectful manner and behavior! Absolutely no customer service skills - just rude!Then I had her scan my return codes and she said “your phone screen is too dark!” Like she was very bothered I could tell. Instead of asking me politely to adjust the brightness of the screen. I was shocked but the lack of professionalism. I asked for her name and she said it’s Lisa. I don’t even know if she said the true but just heads up when you go there that she has major attitude problem. Good luck!
Nope. DO NOT DROP OFF AMAZON PACKAGES HERE! Customer service is non-existent. Had to call multiple times and was told they were busy and was hung up on. Drove to the store and it was a ghost town! Just drive farther away to a different store. Apparently since I’m not Hispanic I will get rude customer service from the self proclaimed perfect sales associate who was there, saying he’s never had a complaint. Useless UPS! And when I asked to speak to the manager I got 3 different stores phone numbers, all of which didn’t have her there. I will NEVER SUGGEST THIS STORE OR UPS IN GENERAL! Return through Kohl’s if you can—our amazon packages actually get returned through there.

Never go back to this location. There is a girl with attitute working here. Request a fax that was sent to me and said there is none. The fax machine is not working. Came back next day to ship a package and request another gentelman there and he looked for it. Guess what? The fax was there and I asked if the machine was repaired. Told me there was not issue with the machine. Couldnt believe why UPS hired THIS TYPE OF PEOPLE that dont like to deal with customers. She will work perfectly remotedly because she has no manners at all. I Prefer to drive a little more and go to the UPS in Lake Underhill.

Very unprofessional, there fax machine has been broken for a while they never fixed It and people give there fax number to receive documents there but they never receive them, they shoul at least mention it online or something this is very unprofessional from a big company like UPS I cant believe this
My husband and I went to drop off a last minute package at 6:49pm (closing at this particular location is 7pm). Upon walking through the door a young woman who was working the printer, said “la gente, una falta de respecto.” I’m assuming the young woman didn’t think I spoke spanish when she was throwing attitude about us being there. After saying we were “disrespectful” so to speak, she proceeded to lock the door at 6:51pm, so that no more customers could come in. There were people waiting outside with packages to send out and only made it in because the young woman had to unlock the door to let me out. The customer service from this young woman was extremely disrespectful. When a place sets a closing time the doors shouldn’t be locked until that time, and good customer service should ALWAYS be given.
On May 9, 2020, I sent 4 cameras with the box to California. Five days later I call to verify if the cameras arrived and the person from California told me that the box arrived in Indiana. When I go to the ups store, they tell me that they cant do anything for me when they were the ones who cleared the wrong shipping ticket. They didnt use the one I showed him. And I lost $ 300.
Online description says notary services arrived this evening, and was informed zero notary services.
Walked in the store, 4 employees, 2 assisting customers, other 2 on their phones and eating. Needed to secure a package that had popped open to ship out, needed a piece of tape, refused to give a small piece, wanted to sell whole roll. Went to Publix next door and their customer service told me they received constant negative feedback from the UPS store. Im constantly sending packages, never going back to that store.
Ive had it with this place. first they loose a locket for my daughters wedding - for 5 weeks we had to get a new one made, then a letter that was to simply go USPS, and an express package for a closing in GA that they sent to Miami instead by mistake so it is late. Plus their customer service wont change the shipping to first thing in the morning and save the day, wont refund me. So very disappointed all around and wont be using them anymore though they are right down the street. i do not recommend them, keep driving to the post office
Despite scheduling an appt with this store to have a document notarized and getting multiple reminder of the appt, this store has no notary and wont bother to call you to let you know that. Lousy service, will look elsewhere for ALL shipping and services in the future.
Was not open at posted time of 8:30am. I waited until 8:45 on a Tuesday to get to my mailbox.

The guy working there is a tool, terrible customer service. There is a staples around the corner that has a ups - I recommend going there
ITS QUITE EVIDENT, BASED ON THEIR PREVIOUS HORRIBLE REVIEWS, THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ATROCIOUS!!! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! OVER A SINGLE PIECE OF PAPER, THEY LOST MY BUSINESS!!! YUP, THATS EXACTLY RIGHT, OVER A SINGLE PIECE OF PAPER!!! I BROUGHT IN A 53LB CRATE TO RETURN AND WHEN I REALIZED I FORGOT TO PRINT OUT MY SHIPPING LABEL AT HOME, ROLAND THE CLERK REFUSED TO PRINT 1 SINGLE PIECE OF PAPER FOR ME, SO I HAD TO DRIVE ALL THE WAY BACK HOME TO PRINT IT AND RETURN TO SHIP MY 53LB CRATE BACK! HORRIBLE AND ATROCIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
I dont appreciate this stores sense of professionalism. I had come to this store to return my laptop and not only did I get a semi lecture about services they offered, but the lady watched me looking confused and waited until I had opened up packing material to then state that they had better options. So in the end when I could of saved, I spent 59 dollars and all she could say is I can give you a small discount but now you know next time before you grab a whole bunch of stuff going crazy, let us service you first. I was at the counter in front of her opening things and she watched me grab everything. I was at the counter with her opening everything and she still didnt say anything until I was already doing everything. Never again will I come to UPS for anything. Ill stick with USPS or FEDEX.
Wonderful, pleasant little UPS store! Literally smells so nice inside, well laid out interior, super friendly and helpful staff. Got all my shipping and Amazon returns done and they spent extra time making sure my international package was packed well, processed correctly, & sent the most economical way. Really appreciated their service & definitely recommend it!
Jasmine rocked my world today at UPS. I walked a mile to get there and Jasmine made me feel welcomed. Plus my envelope to ship was complimentary which made my day even more! :) Also, they way she handled another customers concern about a return item was splendid. Shes patient and deserves a raise! #GreatService
Poor customer service. They ship things and do not know what they are doing cost me way more money than it should have. Management does not explain the process or ask the right questions to confirm shipping internationally. UPS corporate informed me the paperwork was done wrong and getting it changed no one could figure it out. Cost me as much as the items were worth almost for shipping and duties because of their lack of knowledge. I will never use this office again
I am a frequent customer for my print and shipping needs. The staff is very helpful, in fact, they just printed 4 trade show banners for my company. Great store and great team!!
Horrible, I got there at 1035 Am, and you guys are still closed? I understand it’s Easter weekend but no notification on the door or anything?? Little courtesy would be appreciated.
The store is nice and the lady that helped me out was ok, too. However, it was very upsetting to drive all the way over there to be told that I had to buy tape in order for my box to be sealed and shipped out. I did not see this on their website, and the guy at my go to UPS store in Jax would always seal my boxes and never charged me for tape. I didn’t have time to come back and needed this box to go out before my flight. So with a bunch of errands pending, I had to pay $4.50 for a SMALL roll of tape, not even the bigger size! It’s just so over priced. Moral of the story, tape your own boxes up.
I shop at this store frequently and I have a mailbox. The staff is great, particularly Rudy. When I walk in the store, they have my mail waiting for me. I just started printing products for my business, again, great product.Thank you.
What a great customer service, kudos. I had a terrible experience at the one located by Chickasaw and Lake Underhill so I went to this one and what a difference. The clerk Rudy was so polite, funny and very pleasant, top of the line.
Update your website. If the store doesnt open until 10:00AM dont post that you are open at 9am.
The staff is very friendly. They truly care about their customers and always have tried to find the best solutions for me. The store is very clean, unlike other UPS stores I have been too. I would highly recommend checking them out.
If I could put zero stars I would! I sent a $500 dollar generator from this store, spent another $500 shipping it and it never arrived! Supposedly it was damaged so they threw it away! Turns out the stupid manager filled out my insurance papers wrong and they sent me a check for a measly $300. We appealed it with cooperate THREE times and were denied! Next step is small claims court. Don’t go to this store and if you avoid using UPS then do it!
