This UPS store is well managed. From PCs, internet access and printing. William was professional, knowledgeable and highly attentive to the needs of his customers. This UPS store is right next to Starbucks, and Coopers Hawk in which makes the location easy to find. Parking was a pain, but we can blame the Wyndham Hotel for their conventions and parking issues overflowing into the other local businesses.

The staff were nice and welcoming but they made me purchase tape to ship a return. Never have I ever been asked to purchase tape before, and on top of that they do not offer a drop/return receipt. (The lady said to take a picture as proof) There are many strange policies in effect here. The location is great for tourists traveling trying to find a place to ship items, but from my experience be prepared to pay way too much for the simplest of their services. The lady tending to me had a nervous laugh because even she knew how ridiculous she sounded, but I knew she was just following protocol as she kept looking over her shoulder as if her manager was hawking on top/around her. Definitely will not return to do business here and as manager of a near by property I most certainly will not recommend this store to any of my clients. I only gave 2 stars because the staff was very friendly, but otherwise Id give this store a 1 star.
Force you to purchase tape for package, unprofessional employees
Super disappointed with this store. Do not use this location. I used their computers for less than two minutes and was charged $5 to print a packing slip, which is a single sheet of paper. Especially during these times how can you charge someone $5 to use a computer for less than a minute and print a piece of paper. I’ve gone to other UPS stores and this is the first time such thing has ever happened. Unbelievable. Avoid this store!
Hands down the best location ever. There is a Ups store literally across the street from me but I renew this box solely based on the customer service.I have been a customer for little over a year now and I have to say it’s been amazing. As soon as I pull into parking lot they grab my mail and have it waiting on me. Shipping is easy and painless.The staff is amazing. Very personable on a good dayVery clean also. .Definitely recommend this location.
This location is the one to go! Its clean and all employees including manager work totally in sync! William, Oniel and Rossandy (made sure I got all the names) were super helpful - not just to me but all customers that were online before me! They were detail and actually helpful. Their team dynamics was just impressive to watch. Thumbs up UPS!

I am so impressed with the store and service.Very clean well organized, well lit and staffed. Raymond helped me and was fantastic. He was busy and handled multiple customers flawlessly. I had five different large and small items to ship and Raymond showed his expertise by placing everything in the right size boxes then recommending the appropriate insurance for each item. He made sure to protect the items, some of which were high value.I would recommend this franchise store highly. Great service with a smile! Go to another location if you can. Unfortunately, I didnt have time to go to another location, but I wish I could have done so. My fingers are crossed that the two shipments I had them handle will actually arrive at their destination. First of all, the woman who assisted me last Friday morning never made eye contact while speaking to me or listening -- the entire time we interacted (15 minutes) she looked up at the edge of the ceiling. She had enormous difficulty understanding very simple instructions, unsmiling and abrupt to the point of rudeness. This person should not be interacting with customers. Finally, I had shipped one of the boxes from Arizona to Florida and the price including the box at another UPS location was $27. The price for the same contents, and the same routing for its return, without buying the box, was $44. When I asked why, the woman shrugged and said, Each UPS store is its own franchise so our prices vary. By 40%? As I said, I hope that the boxes arrive intact. Since I could not stay to make sure everything was packed up properly and loaded on the UPS truck, I can only trust that it will all work out. All of my other experiences with UPS locations has been extremely positive - this is the first time Ive encountered anything like this.
Today, my law firm and I attempted to ship a large amount of relief to Houston after hurricane Harvey. We were turned away by other shipping companies. However, I called UPS and Raymond was excited to help. Raymond and Rolando helped pack and ship 7 + 100lb boxes in a matter of minutes. They organized and boxes all donations without any issues. They even helped unload the donations from the cars.I really appreciated all of their help! We are glad Raymond, Rolando and UPS were able to help us help Houston!Will definitely use for all my shopping needs!
AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Have traveled lots as contractor and this is by far my favorite PO Box. Staff (and owner) always greet me as I come in, often check my mail for me before can even walk back to the boxes, and have helped carry my amazon boxes out to my car. Always been over the top in service and positive attitude. Been using this location for almost a year and never found an employee in a bad mood. This place spoils me with customer service.
Girls were great!! We walked2 miles to this place to ship some gifts we bought down here. The store refused to accept my ups account ( owners rules) and was going to charge 56.00 for shipping plus 16.00 for a box. Ha went to the hotel next door and printed my own ups slip for $12.00for 2nd day air. Never heard of any store not accepting an account in which they are part of.

I need to print one copy in color and use the paper cutter. Copy machines were down and customers are not allowed to use the paper cutter. I’m sure they’re great at shipping packages. Not so much on the printing side.
Employee was polite enough, but my package didnt leave on a truck for 26 hours. It would have been faster for me to fly with it home and then ship from my own UPS store. Store is poorly serviced by its trucks.
I am very happy with the service I got here today. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. There was no wait at all. I was able to ship two packages in a flash without standing in line. I trust them with my packages and will continue to do business with them.

I purchased a set of drums online and this store took care of the packing and shipping. Anna and Raymond took care of the paperwork, packaging and shipping. Both were very helpful, professional and provided excellent customer service. I received my drums with no issues whatsoever. The drums were very well wrapped and packed and kept safe. I recommend this store and staff for all your packing and shipping needs.
My experience with Ray and the UPS team was over and beyond exceptional customer service. While in town for a convention I needed business cards ASAP. I googled this store close to my hotel and they quoted a fraction of the cost as the FedEx Express in the convention center. Ray said to email the cards and pick them up in three hours. He was so kind and helpful and I know he went out of his way to get them done for me. The store was clean, nice, and all employees were very professional. I would highly reccomend using them for your shipping, printing, and business needs.

Consistently Awesome!I go to this UPS store because its right down the road from my work. But, I have a feeling that even if it wasnt the closest its still the one I would prefer to go to.Sometimes I need to do things for my work and sometimes I need to mail personal items, but no matter why I go in there, the staff is always professional and courteous.More than once Ive left laughing rather than frustrated, like Ive left other UPS Stores before. Went to ship a package during my lunch yesterday. And I was very unhappy. Woman at the front kept telling me that the mobile shipping label isn’t going to scan several times. Yet she didn’t even try to scan it! And then she proceeded to help the customers behind me. So I waited for a manager, he then said oh just scan it, and of course he scanned it and it worked! The woman then replies oh it works! Well duh. The frustration could have been avoid if she just did her job, and didn’t waste my time and making have to wait for a manager.
Poor customer service and very rude employee. Employee was getting a thrill out of tell people all the things she couldnt do instead of doing her job. She took my package but would not give me a receipt. Then she told me to take a picture because she wasnt giving me a receipt. All of this was because I wouldnt buy anything out of the store. Word to the wise.......How you treat people goes a long way.

A typical business in a touristy location gouging tourists with services that all other UPS stores do for free. $5 fee for taping up a UPS label to the box? After reading a previous review, seems like the owner/manager loves to quote a $5 fee for anything that is beyond dropping off a package. I could see he stated the $5 fee for putting on a label as an improvisation, jumping in when I was talking to another employee, a sure sign that the fee was though up on the spot. I even saw the look of surprise on the employee I was talking to. Took it to another UPS store that is not located in a tourist section and no charge at all. Corporate has been informed.
Not open according to signs posted at location. Been sitting here for 15 minutes before opening and no one is even in the store. No posted signage for closure.Edit: no one ever came. We waited for another 15 minutes after opening before driving to a different UPS located in a hotel.
Ive only ever used this store to drop off packages that Ive prepared at home.However, Ill still say the staff is always so friendly, and they ask if I would like a receipt for whatever I happen to be dropping off; I dont need receipts as I have them online but its much better to be offered one than not to be. And with this being the prime location I use, Ive never had a problem with a single drop-off here. These guys are certainly on point!

Shipped 2 packages, one to my home, the other to my sister. They added signature delivery without my knowledge or consent. Neither of us are home during their delivery hours and UPS says they cant remove that option because the store added it. Now we both have to drive 30 miles to the respective pickup locations. Do yourself a favor and ship with USPS... UPS shipping rates are ridiculous. $75 for 2 ground packages.

While at magic convention in Orlando we had to ship items back to CT and went to UPS store #6428. Rebecca was alone in the store as 5 customers came in and the phone rang twice. She was amazing! They have antiquated printing technology and will charge you 5 dollars to insert a usb drive to the house computer. Update your stuff ups. Nice people, but scam tourist location.
I use this store frequently and I feel compelled to reply to a recent customer comment.UPS Stores do not have access to customers personal UPS Shipping accounts. They have no way to look up an individuals accomt information or any way to charge the account. It you want to ship on your UPS account, bring a preprinted label.I do this all the time in this store and the team accepts my shipment and provides a receipt.This is a well run store but they too have policy they must follow.

My usps package was lost at the store. Manager told, contact with USPS which my package never made it to USPS store.. It seems like, it happens there before, manager was asking me If I called before ... Be aware do not leave your shipment to the store.

Went to get a manual bound like I do every single week at all of the other UPS locations. Come to this one and spend 25 minutes to get it PRINTED because they “don’t bind anything” because their equipment isn’t set up for it! So set it up! You’re a print shop that’s supposed to handle these types of requests! A simple 2 minute request at every other ups store turned into a 25 minute hassle here. Just ended up asking for the document to be printed in color and the employee couldn’t figure out how to do that either. What kind of a business is this???

They are always quick and friendly when I pick up packages and mail from the store, and they have even helped me print professional-looking color itineraries. After reading other peoples review I wonder how this store can get away with this type of service. I dropped 2 boxes at this location and only one made it to its destination. I spoke with Manager Jeremy, a case was open and the resolution was to contact corporate. Corporate was unable to locate package because it was never scanned. I spend about 45 days going back and forth from store to corporate and no one was able to resolve issue. Long story short: I dropped two boxes and one disappear. Please see picture with receipt and if someone care please ask Jeremy to contact me as he has my phone number. Thanks

I cant emphasise enough how strongly I recommend avoiding this dreadful location. We attempted to send some boxes here and were told that if we wished to print address labels there was a $5 charge per sheet to use a USB stick, and it was not allowed to access email to print directly, not was the computer allowed to access internet of any variety for any reason because of a bad experience which was not explained.Luckily there was an extremely helpful nearby PostNet location on 7557 Sand Lake Rd (less than 2 minutes away). The gentleman working there was more than happy to assist us (without any charge). They also have access to more than just UPS so you have the advantage of price comparisons. In stark contrast to this UPS store, the PostNet worker was polite and friendly.I must question the positive reviews of this location. (note how few reviews the only positive reviewers have left)

I had a mailbox here for a little over a year. Over that time I was continually impressed by the service at this UPS Store. All of the staff is friendly and super helpful often going to check my box as soon as I came into the store without me even having to ask.My box went out at the start of April and I decided not to renew it since I was moving. A few months earlier I had mailed a package from a local post office to a friend in Italy only to have it come back to my old UPS address more than two and a half months later. Even though my po box had gone out two weeks ago the manager Raymond tracked down my new phone number, which I had failed to update at the store, to let me know they had my package and would hold it for me even though I had signed the box closure agreement allowing the store to throw out anything that came to that address. I cannot thank Raymond enough for holding onto the package! This is a store that really cares about its customers, thank you so much for all of your help over the past year!
Nasty woman leaves me a message they are not a storage center & would be sending my 3 SMALL packages back UNLESS I was there within the hour.I had just found out they were sent there instead of Conroy rd location I requested. ( at that point I called, spoke to a sweet girl, explained my sitcuation, & said Id be there within the next couple of days! She told me all was good, no worries they wouldnt send them back. The next day the nasty woman ( prob a mgr., left me that message. ) by the time I got the message they were closed. I lost a special order item I had waited for & its gone now. As I said it was 3 or 4 SMALL BOXES.Never stepped foot in there AND NEVER WILL.LOVELY CUSTOMER SERVICE!Will ONLY deal with the Conroy Td location. Its farther for me but the ONLY UPS store where ALL employees are very nice, cordial, make exceptions & understand things come up!!! They get 5 plus stars from me. The UPS locations at Intl Drive, the UPS store at Marketplace in r Phillips & The UPS store in LBV on 535 NEED to take how to treat customers & run a good business lessons from the Conroy location!!!! Really too bad. I guess these terrible service stores dont need peoples business. I know they wont get mine!!!!!!!
This place is the pits they charge for tape!!! Tape!! I merely had a drop off and this place refused to help me secure the box! I have been to several UPS stores and they actually help the customer!! I sure hope they stay in buisness- not sure they will when the staff is very unfriendly and not willing to help their patrons!
