I find this company deceptive to have a company and not wanting to publicly display their business number that in itself is asking for trouble. Good luck hope you find some desperate customers.
This company is one of the best. Anita and staff were always helpful and everything Ive shipped through them was delivered on time . Their Service is Superb. Happy Holidays!!!!!
I am unable to add.more comments after I submitted the review directly below this one. I am determined to make ppl award of our experience this far that is the reason for this update So my friends father died soon after I wrote the first review and still today the wheelchair, walker and wheatgrass remain missing she got the small box we packed but not these that were packed at the shopping place My dear friend lost alot of money for shipping, her sick dad did not have a chance to use the things. Infact they had her send the.money to me to pay although I had told them its payment on delivery. I dont recall anyone saying we had to pay first then they ship...ppl dont know their own rules. As to where the items got lost I cannot say bcoz I do not know. I havent a clue which shipment company is to blam for this bcoz I dont know who to believe. My sister in law who lives in slu swears the receiving shipping company wyd not do that bcoz her niece boyfriend who is a cop and works security there as a side gig wud know. My friend is saying the shipping.place in Slu tried to locate it and they havent but she has been grieving so I dont know if she is pursuing them proactively. It is just a coincidence that only the stuff I packed made it to her. U am not accusing anyone bcoz like I said I dont know for sure where it went missing. All I am saying is this entire shipment was manhandled and everything should have arrive and delivered. Smh in dismayFirst reviewFirst and last time I deal with these people. They came to pick up my items and packed them. My husband brought everything out and put them on the lift for the guy. They never brought something for me to pack my items or else we wud have ourselves. Never did they give me a total price although I asked. When I asked how much over the phone the very first time I spoke to them they told me a figure under 200. Then they charged 371 and. Told. Me after I demandedbthe cost but the good were at the destination already. Ti make matters worse. They had no record of my items being shipped. I was given told t-ree weeks later that it was sti in their warehouse. When I started threatening with police and lawyer they gave me the info I needed. My shipment got home on 29gh jan and its Feb 10th and we were not told it arrived. I gave them the receiver info. Horrible company. Then they put the entire blame on me like I did everything wrong
The worst customer service ever. How can a company don’t know it’s own policy! Ship a small box since June 25. On August 4, I was told my shipment arrived but the documents were not ready. After calling every week, they finally said it’s ready on August 20th. Due to unseen situations my receiver can’t pick up my shipment. I called the office 2 times last week and inquired about how I can do a name change, was told last week Tuesday August 28th that all I would need is receiver and person picking up ID. Today is September 1 when the Person picking up did what was told by this company representative, is turn away because representatives is not aware of their own policy. Is that fair for a paying customer ? Also it was not cheap shipping with them.. If you want a hassle free shipment, don’t ship with this company.
I am never shipping with this company again.At first it was the best to me I won’t lie.ive shipped very often with them and it would be fine until my last shipment which was my most valuable.i shipped 1 box to the Caribbean and my cargo ended up on another carriers boat and the receiving paper work said that it was two boxes when I shipped 1.so when we opened the box it was already opened and apple watches.ipads, weave, tools and clothes and much more was gone they took almost everything of value. When we contacted them they said we can only get $500 because we didn’t insure it even though they never asked if I wanted to insure it. I told myself I’m not accepting $500 from the thousand I lost shipping with them, instead I’ll never ship with them again which is more than $500 and I want to warn you about the risk of shipping with them.Its a gamble.you might get your stuff or you might not.My box was reopened and stuff was removed and the paper work didn’t match what I had on my end compared to the receiving end. The good:PS Caribbean Freight is located in an okay location. The convinence of being able to pack your groceries is good. The best part of shipping with this company is the older gentleman who assist in the packing area. He is friendly, courteous and very helpful. I always tip him whether he helps me or not just because of his mannerism. At times If I have no cash...I find an ATM and return back to tip him.The TerribleThis company is not cheap to ship with and for the money they charge you... they should be providing the best of service. I have NEVER had a good experience with PS Frieght. From my items being on an unexplained delay to my items being on hold even when I have paid for them upfront and sending me on an emotional wreck when my families names appeared on a manifest in Dominica but the goods were nowhere to be found and later was found still in Miami. And you may ask BUT why did you continue to ship there? because when you are trying to help your family....there is no boundary so you hope that the next time the experience will be better and they would get it right.I have found another company to ship with and once they find my missing box....I will be cutting all ties with them. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!
My experience with this Company is A+, Anita provided excellent service, she even went out of her way to assist me and has kept me updated throughout the entire process. My shipment made it to Trinidad and Tobago without any Issues. I will be using their services in the near future and in many years to come.Thanks Anita for a “Great” job done! On October 24 I made a call inquiring about the cost and when they pick up barrels. I was provided with excellent information about pick up times. I am not normally at home so the pick up hours did not fit in my schedule. I received a text the next morning stating that they will pick up the barrel if I leave it outside and they will also bill me on line. Winner!!!! Not only did they pick up the barrel but they also shipped it to Jamaica while waiting for my payment. Thank you for such great service and I would recommend this company to anyone shipping to the Caribbean.
I am truly sorry to hear about the bad experiences some of you had, but I used this company for my shipping needs and was very pleased. I received my barrels today. They may not be perfect but they got the job done. Thanks PS FREIGHT!
I paid insurance for my items and it was damaged in there care. I still have yet to hear from these people in reference to my items being replaced. Mind you this was in December, we are now in April
Those people do not answer calls.its been 3weeks now since PS Caribbean picked up my barrel to ship to St.Lucia and Eagles Freight is telling me that my barrel is still in miami.call PS Freight and they refusing to answer the phone.this is not the first time i have bad service with PS Caribbean Freight.my sister is so upset with them also.never me again.i need to know where my barrel is.
Very unhappy right now with the service!!! Since i cant get an honest and straight answer from the owner. I figure i will warn the public not the use this company right now. For the past 5 days my relative barrel is sitting in the ship on the warf in Guyana. Guyana is not releasing the barrel so my relative can pick it up. My relative in Guyana was told Anita Singh has to release the barrel. After many phone calls going back and forth Anita is claiming Miami has to release the barrel not her. Yesterday we were told the barrel has been released. However, today Guyana is still claiming the problem has not been resolved hence the barrel cannot be picked up. This is very poor customer service.

They are doing an amazing job, the staff is incredibly pain and helpful.
They increase the prices and is charging excess for shipping barrels,do not use them, they are rip offs
