Been waiting on a freight package from California, on the tracking it says it will be delivered. By chance we call and they say that nothing is being delivered and that an appointment has to be made. So we ask to pick it up from the terminal. The lady claims that she can’t release it until the shipper authorizes it. So we go through that process and I call back and speak to somebody new that now tells me they have to take an additional 2-3 hours to the 2-3 hours we have already been dealing with this. That they can’t stage the package. The guy says “do you expect me to drop everything and get your freight off the trailer”. I asked him why the original person didn’t mention an additional process. To which he claims that’s not his problem and continues to hang up on me. Super professional

Worst customer service ever. Managers don’t care about drop off customers and do not attend anyone in a timely manner. I was waiting outside for a an hour I’m 95 degree and the attitude from the lady in the front desk was very unprofessional. Last time I will ever visit this location…..

Fast unloading they said give them 4 hours to unload and they were done in 2.thank you fedex

One of the most dangerous facilities Ive ever been at! These people know nothing of safety in those line haul trucks! Service was great! but they need to tame these drivers down before someone gets killed! Im an over the road truck driver who was delivering a load there, I almost got run over almost got hit and every time I tried to back my loaded trailer into a hole, these guys would come ripping around the corners at high rates of speed! Cutting me off and not allowing me to back into the spot until I move completely out of the way to let them by!! By far what these guys are called professional in those trucks are not professionals ! The ones that I seen there were totally some of the worst drivers I have seen in a long time! The management needs to do something about this before someone gets hurt or killed!

All the other fright carriers that ship from Orlando to Longwood have not problem getting there shipments to me except FedEx Freight last shipment took 3 days and it was not even FedEx that delivered it was a independent contractor

As a professional OTR truck driver that particular facility has only 1 major safety issue, for professional line haul drivers I have got to say that they are one of the most dangerous facilities that Ive been in at for FedEx, someones going to get killed at that particular facility. Any OTR drivers going there Please please watch yourself because they do not watch where they going. There 10 mph is just a suggestion they do 30 to 40 mph around there ripping around corners not knowing whats around the corner!!!!!!!!!! We almost got crashed into three times trying to drop a load of trailer

Pretty good and easy to work with. Had to pickup of my bathtub cause i was on a renovation time crunch. Good friendly staff.

My company has been looking for better ways to ship items across the country for some time now. We came across an advertisement for the fedex freight box and it seemed like it was going to be perfect for our shipping needs. Weve called and sent emails, created an account, spoke with different people in customer service for over a month now with absolutely no response from anyone from the fedex freight box department. It seems like a great idea but it doesnt do anyone any good if your customer service reps dont have a way to put you in touch with someone from that service! We are completely dissatisfied with this issue and will take our business elsewhere since fedex doesnt want our business..

I went to pick up some freight there and the people inside were super nice! I waited like 15 minutes for the guy to bring my stuff but he explained that he had to fine the long forks so that is why he took so long. I didnt think it was long at all but it was nice of him to say something. He was also very nice and was extremely careful with putting my freight into my truck. He even offered to hop in and strap it to the wall for me. I did it but was nice of him to offer. And he didnt do it for a tip. Its not that type of place. I guess FedEx train their employees to be courteous to their customers. I will continue to use them. O, the guard at the gate was nice as well and gave a smile.

Not bad but you got to go to a holding area after you check in with guard and call then someone will come in a folk truck get you when ever their ready bol on hand needed

I am traveling a lot and have used the FedEx freight service many times thru the last three years. The service that I received from scott withfield at the Orlando facility was the worst from all the location I have been in the US and I have been in more than 20 locations. It is too bad that people like him ruining the reputation of FedEx ground since usually they have great service

Organized chaos haha. I have been to fedex yards all across the country. And many of them are beehives of activity. This one however, was a but more chaotic. The need a little more room here for the amount of work/loads that they handle here. We inadvertently parked in the way by some docks, and a yard dog driver stopped, got out and talked with us to walk us step by step on what time do to get in and out asap. We checked in, where assigned a dock quickly. Docked our trailer, dropped in, drove over the the drop lot, grabbed an empty and rolled out. But when walking around, make sure to pay close attention, especially at night, because there are a group of drivers, who dont follow the speed limits. Will definitely be back. Fedex loads are always a quick way to make easy money

Schedule a pick up 2 days ago and they didnt show. customer service Sandra told me they can show up because they send my truck to other place and they dont guarantee pick ups... today i received a email from my broker stating that Carrier states that they attempted this pickup yesterday but they were advised that the freight was not ready for pickup per Jackie what a nerve!!!!

Got my package two days early!

Still waiting for a pallet that should have arrived two days ago. Millie at customer service first blamed me, saying a call was placed. If so, where is the call log? Where is their voicemail. Lies. Then she blamed the BOL, saying it was not legible. That doesnt justify the two-day delay, nor has anything to do with it. Thats what bar codes are for. When I asked to deliver today, she said no, tomorrow. When I requested morning delivery, she said they cannot guarantee it. Really? Not one single apology for the delay or offer made to make amends for them dropping the ball. No attempt made to find out why the shipment was delayed. A take or leave it attitude will lead to me leaving it. So long, Fedex; Ill be using your competitors from now on. 1,300 lb is too hefty a bill to delegate to a carrier who screws up and washes their hands of any guarantee
