We used North American Van Lines for moving my Moms home from Florida to California to be closer to family. Through the whole process, they were responsive to my questions and concerns. The actual cost of the move was close to the estimate they provided. The actual loading and delivery of our household items went smoothly and efficiently. They were very conscious about taking good care of our items. I was pleased with their service especially in a cross country move. We recommend them for your moving needs.

We hired the Beltmann Group for our move in early 2021 from Florida to CHI. We worked with Kimberly and Ray who were both excellent -- communicative, helpful, knowledgeable. We were provided correct estimates, timelines and instructions were clear and we generally felt in very good hands (all after having a horrific/traumatizing moving experience with another company).The move (pickup & delivery) was also smooth. Our moves Chris and Mike came on time and handled our items with very great care. We never felt concerned about any of them.All in all, this team has been excellent to work with and I would highly recommend them to anybody looking for trustworthy, good movers.

Great customer service and fast

I recently worked with Beltmann moving company and had a fantastic experience! Everyone from the salesman who estimated my move to the office staff who scheduled everything to the actual moving crew the day of were very responsive and easy to work with. The crew was very careful with all furniture and did not damage anything. I would honestly recommend this company!

We recently used Beltmann for a long distance residential household move across the country. From the first call to the final paperwork everyone we interacted with were friendly, professional and reliable. Even with COVID going on they were still able to get things done quickly and easily. They may not be the cheapest option for moving, however you get what you pay for and none of our stuff went missing or was damaged in the moving process. We highly recommend using them.

Top notch company. We had a small load, first picked up and last delivered which was no problem. They treated us like we were just as important as a large load/ full house. Lou, our driver couldnt have been nicer. I also had contact with Kim and Richard, they put this first time mover at ease and answered all of my questions. Would absolutely recommend them.

Couldnt be happier with the estimator, the crews on either end, and the driver. We moved from NE Florida to the Tucson area, and everything was on schedule, the crews were friendly and worked their butts off, and took extra care with stuff that we, frankly, hadnt wrapped as well as we should have.Our 12-year accumulation of stuff--about 10,000 pounds--arrived intact, on schedule, and placed carefully in a two-story house.Moving aint easy, but this was a pleasure!

The whole experience was top notch. Richard Hartley came and walked through our house, Kim Daugherty could not have been more helpful. Our driver Nick White was incredible. 100% efficient, on time picking up and dropping off. The Beltmann Group rates an A+++ in my book. The price quoted was the price paid. We are so happy we had them move our furniture from The Villages in Florida to our forever home in NH.

There is no doubt about it- moving is stressful! I have used moving companies 4 times in my life and Beltmann Moving and Storage were top notch all the way. Our salesperson Ray was thorough when evaluating our possessions and was ALWAYS accessible if we had questions along the way. Kim, the moving coordinator was not only personable-she checked up periodically to ensure our timeline would be met. Finally our driver Chris and his team were outstanding in handling our possessions- not one thing was broken. The team was so careful and yet super efficient. I cannot say enough about this organization. I interviewed three companies before deciding to go with the Beltmann team and I can honestly say that they were awesome from beginning to end!!

The crew was very professional and friendly. They showed up on time, wrapped up everything in moving blankets to avoid any kind of damage. They took applicable furniture pieces apart and assembled them back up in the new place without any problems. The finished the move in the estimated time (no extra charges) and did I mention that out of 5 quotes I requested they offered me the best price. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a smooth moving process, at the best price and with the most professional and friendly crew!

I am very shocked with their costumer service. There is a person named Kimberly Daugherty that is the rudest and disrespectful person working there. She has hung up on me two time, the two times we spoke on the phone regarding my move. She has a terrible attitude and wont give me any answers on when am I going to get all my furniture.Since day one she has been rude. I have been waiting for her or Scott Bugielski from SIRVA con contact me and tell me when are the movers coming back to uncrade the last of my things so I can have all of my furniture inside my home. Scott just says he doesnt know because its up to Kimberly and that he is going to call me back and never has. This has been going on since last week and again today.I am trying to get a hold of the owner and tell him everything that has happened and that it is still happening so that he can help up but had no luck.I regret hiring this moving company. The movers were not carefull when loading down my other furniture, broke a piece of my dining table and scratch some of my walls.

We recently moved from our house in Palm Bay Florida to Palm Springs California, the sales guy was ok I’m not gonna lie he hook us up with some one to move our cars to California and I am happy with them .... now most Important and the real reason I’m even doing this review the men who came to our home in Florida where amazing!!! A nice European gentleman’s day two other gentlemen that are based outta brevard super nice guys got us packed up real quick where on time and super friendly, fast forward 6 to 7 days later the gentlemen meets my wife in our new apartment in Cali same great service my wife asked for certain things done a certain type no problem they knock it out . In my Wife’s career we tend to move a lot and a few times it didn’t go our way, but I will say this we have nothing but amazing feelings for the driver and both sets of helpers !!!!! Thank you guys amazing folks that helped us

I was in the process of moving from Florida to Ohio. The only process that was nice was the sales process (go figure). During the sales process I explained and hammered down that I needed to be out my apartment by a specific date since my lease was up. I verified with my move coordinator a week before the schedule move date and we were good to go. 4pm of the move date, NO MOVERS. I called my move coordinator and she informed me the movers weren’t coming. They didn’t call me, I had to call them. I had to pay additional money to my apartment to stay beyond my move out date and had to pay a change flight fee. I filed a claim with the Beltmann Group and was told my claim was denied because my move wasn’t over 3500 pounds. And I had a host of other issues when my items were delivered. PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!My motorcycle was shipped from Pennsylvania to Florida using MotorcycleShippers.com and arrived at The Beltmann Groups terminal in Orlando, Florida on 5/12/2020. My motorcycle arrived extensively damaged yet The Beltmann Group NEVER notified me. I called to find out delivery date SIX DAYS AFTER it arrived at their terminal and was told about the damage then.Now, they are REFUSING to send me pictures of the damage and are no longer responding to my calls or voicemail.If you value your possessions STAY AWAY FROM THE BELTMANN GROUP!!

Cant recommend them enough! The entire team was amazing. This was our first experience with a moving company and despite all my doubts, it went very smoothly. I would definitely use them again. I especially appreciated the attention and concern shown by Kimberly Daugherty. She was incredibly responsive and was constantly following up. Not one negative during the entire experience.

I was impressed with the person who came to my house to give us an estimate. He was very professional and knowledgeable. The actual move was good except they forgot to put the wardrobe boxes we ordered on the truck. Mover had to put them in regular boxes and said he would put our clothes in the wardrobe boxes before putting in storage. I had a hard time getting someone to call me to confirm that they were put in the wardrobe boxes. Finally got confirmation

We moved furniture from our Florida home to our Maine home. The move was managed very professionally and the move was hassle free. Unloading in Maine was not an easily accessible driveway and the crew did it perfectly. Alfonso, the driver, was outstanding. We have moved multiple times, and this was, without doubt, the best service we have had.

This was the poorest excuse for service I have ever experienced. From the movers being several days late, to not having enough space on the moving truck to fit our belongings, to having broken items returned back, I highly recommend you search elsewhere for your moving needs.

Terrible customer service. My in-home estimate was scheduled for 8am and the estimator put it on his schedule for 10am. We were both sent an email with the 8am confirmation so this was an error on his part. When I called to try to reschedule my calls were never returned. Kimberly in the office needs to learn some customer service skills. It isnt professional to not acknowledge receiving an email. If my business isnt important enough to respond to repeated calls/emails then I doubt yours will be either.

Move from Arizona to Florida was coordinated fine. Packing crew at Arizona didnt have all the packing equipment (Id requested bubble wrap for my fragile items). I received my shipment through FedEx rather than having a moving crew unload it for me as I was assured of and expecting. Ended up with a few fragile items cracked. It was quite difficult to track the shipment as the office staff werent responsive after my shipment was picked up and the online tool was erroneous.

I recently moved from the Daytona Beach area to Denver, Colorado and Mike and the Beltmann Relocation Group were excellent and made my move very smooth. The total team was extremely professional and caring and made my move much easier. I totally recommend the team. Good luck in your move -- youll need it, if you dont use the Beltmann Group.

I researched several moving companies before selecting Beltmann and North American Van Lines. We have moved over 20 times in our married life, so we have a better than typical feel for the process and pitfalls. Gary came to the house and did a complete inventory, including the things we werent taking, then gave us a binding price. Upon agreeing to move with Beltmann, Kim, our Move Coordinator, contacted us to set up dates, times and specific needs. Our needs included getting a third party to disassemble and reassemble our bed and our strong desire that our things not go into storage, even for a day. Kim was able to meet both of those, despite the fact we were moving during the industrys busy season. Everything came off as agreed. Kim was is continuous contact with us to be sure everything was handled to our satisfaction. The North American Van Lines driver was wonderful to work with also. We had no damage, loss or unexpected charges for this move. It could not have gone better. Beltmann and NAVL were fantastic to work with. We can highly recommend Beltmann and NAVL for your move. You could not be in better hands.

The driver and his crew did an outstanding job. The move-out was on time and the move-in was on time with no damage. By far the best move we have experienced.

Beltmann helped me with my recent move from Orlando to Houston, TX. I could not have made it here with out their help! The crew was professional and took great care with packing my belongings. If I ever find myself needing to move out of Orlando, they will be my first call!

Office staff will not respond after signing the quote. It was extremely hard to get in contact with anyone for questions and issues with the quote price. I had to call the number off the Betlmann website to have someone from WI to contact the Orlando office for someone to actually finally call us. Now that we have an issue it is almost impossible for anyone to respond to my husband and I. The delivery driver was great and the packers ok, but 2 stars for office professionalism and management. I would not recommend them for any move.

Horrible experience. Have not been able to reach anyone nor have they returned any phone calls. Currently have no idea where my household goods are. Have till the end of this month to file a damage report and can not reach anyone to start the process. Beltmann website states this office is open 9am-7pm Sat and Sun. Currently outside the office and they are closed. Extremely frustrated and disappointed with this office and company.

My wife and I have moved several times over the last 25 years and have become quite knowledgeable in knowing where to anticipate problems. As we prepared for our last move, which was in August 2015, we interviewed several movers and decided to go with the Beltman Relocation Group, which turned out to be a terrific decision. Without a doubt, this move was the best we have ever experienced! The driver and his crew exceeded our expectations on multiple dimensions of the move. They carefully prepared the houses at both ends of the move so that there would be no damage; they packed EVERYTHING with care and labeled the boxes so that they could be clearly understood and directed to the appropriate space; they were courteous and efficient; and most of all, the crew went out of their way to make sure that everything about the move went well keeping us informed of what they were doing and they offered to take care of many small tasks that we would never expect the movers to complete. Moving is always a difficult and stressful time, but this moving crew made it a great experience unlike we ever expected. Our sincere thank you to the Beltman Group for their professionalism.

Horrible service! The helpers showed up dirty and unprofessional! It looked like the helpers were picked up from the streets or bus stop. I really doubt the helpers have a background screening.. I would suggest keeping your eyes on all your belongings.

My name is Staci Baer Mase and I do not have a gmail account so posting on my sisters. PLEASE READ MY REVIEW AND CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED! It all started with a smooth talker named Ian Robbins who came into our home and assured me that our things would be handled with the white glove treatment. I should have known when the movers knocked a hole in the wall of our Atlanta home and left without mentioning it that there would be trouble on the back end of the move. We had to put our things in the Beltmann Groups storage center on Lewis Drive in Stone Mountain. DO NOT DO THIS OR KISS YOUR THINGS GOODBYE! Fast forward 4 months to delivery day. I am greeted by the mover with, Mrs. Mase, dont be upset, but half your things arent in the truck and the other half is damaged. NO ONE from the Beltmann group called ahead and told us of the problem. They just let the guy on the truck fill me in. HALF OF OUR HOUSEHOLD ITEMS ARE MISSING! Just to name a few: OUR BEDS, 2 SOFAS, A KINGSIZED MATTRESS AND HUGE SEAGRASS HEADBOARD, MY USAF FIGHTER PILOT HUSBANDS CLOTHES! WE RECEIVED A BOX OF HANGERS AND 3 BELTS, MY DINING ROOM ANTIQUE TABLE TOP, MY DAUGHTERS BED RAILS AND MATTRESSES, OUR BEDDING. THE LIST GOES ON AND ON. SEE FOR YOURSELF THE DAMAGED ITEMS WE DID RECEIVE BELOW. So save yourself the heartbreak I am going through. My deceased fathers oil painting to me GONE. My Grandmothers rocking chair DESTROYED! Money can never replace these things. Please do not consider using the Beltmann Group/ North American Van Lines. If this scares off one potential customer then I have done my job. BRAVO IAN ROBBINS! I HOPE YOU SLEEP WELL AT NIGHT BECAUSE WE DONT HAVE BEDS TO SLEEP IN!!!

I had a really bad experience with this company! They delivered my stuff almost a week after I was promised! Once you sign paperwork you are in their hands and deliver when they want! Plus we got broken beds and ceramic pieces and a missing box!
