We used this service from an Orlando Resort hotel to Port Canaveral. The driver was both polite and informative which was perfect for our needs.There were water bottles on ice for us, however the TV did not work.The driver was on time to pick us up and we arrived at the exact time he had predicted.A phone was left in the limo and although the driver was already 25 minutes away, he returned with the phone...which was appreciated.I would rate it higher because of the driver, except the interior was just too tired and the TV wasnt working.Lastly, the cost of the limo was actually less that 5 tickets for the bus service.I will use this service again.

There was no experience to describe, my event in which i booked them got changed and i no longer need there services so i called to request a refund in plenty of time from my event and the manager refused to take my calls r call me back to this day he has not called me back r taken any of my calls i was even willing to work out something but he didnt know that because he refused to take any calls from me, i work just like he does and i cannot just give away $400, I WANT A REFUND!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!!!
