I’ve used this service several times to pick up my daughter from work. They are very reliable, very friendly and my daughter felt safe and comfortable with her drivers. I would highly recommend them if you find yourself needing a ride!!

I accidentally booked and agreed on the wrong date to be picked up lol i confused June with July ugh! 🤭So I was waiting at my location waiting to get picked up when it was set at the wrong date lol 😆 So as soon as I texted the taxi driver and told him my mistake and he sent a driver out and I got picked up in less than 15 min 😊.He was very sweet and understanding and got me to my home in great time! I will definitely be using this taxi service again 😁 💞

My family and I used Casblanca Cab Service to travel between Disney World and Universal Studios during our week long vacation. Hal was always on time. He was friendly and polite The cab was clean, both in appearance and smell. His driving made being a passenger a comfortable experience. Very happy with this service! We were traveling with children to Port Canaraven for Disney Cruise. A family friend recommended to contact Hal for easy transportation services. The communications were very easy. Hal picked as up at the airport and took us up to the gate at the port. After the cruise he picked us up at the Disney terminal and took us to the Universal Studios. After our vacation was over, he took us back to the airport. Our family came down in April to Universal Orlando for Spring Break. Hal our driver is so organized and on top of things, he called me two days before our trip to verify our schedule. Im so glad he did as I got busy at home and forgot to call them. He kept in touch with me via texting before our flight left Detroit and again when we landed in Orlando. This is our second time we have used Casablanca and would not hesitate to use their services again.

Our company was attending a trade show in Orlando and we were co-coordinating 13 people with varying itineraries. We were able to supply a schedule for drop off and pick up to and from the airport and show. Hal and his team met all the schedules and even arranged a vehicle to pick-up 8 passengers at once with luggage. The billing was agreed upon and was completed efficiently. Our staff did not have to deal with the transfer of funds or co-coordinating transportation. The communication between both companies also went smoothly. Hal was professional, friendly and courteous during the back-and-forth e-mail and text conversations that occurred before our recent vacation to Orlando, as well as once we arrived in Florida.Once we landed at MCO and my phone was taken off airplane mode, Hal had already sent me a text to welcome me to the Sunshine State and to let me know he would meet me at baggage claim where he patiently waited while I filled out a missing bag claim at US Airways.The drive to and from our hotel was the most comfortable ride Ive ever had on the Florida highways and it seemed so quick! The entire family of four was comfortable while we were safely transported to and from the hotel and airport.I would definitely contact Hal and Casablanca Transportation for future trips to Orlando. It was soooooooo much better than renting a car!

I had scheduled a pick up at 945. The gentleman assured me someone would be at my home by 945. Its now 1030. And theres no driver. No one picks up the phone when you call. I will never use this company or recommend them to anyone. Horrible service.

I travel to Florida every year to vacation with my daughter and at least 3 of her friends. We usually fly into Orlando because its cheaper than Daytona, which is where we stay. My problem is usually that I can only fit either the children or the suitcases into the car. :)I found Casablnca Transportation online while searching for a car and driver.What I didnt expect to find was a friend. No, I didnt know Hal from Casablanca, nor had we ever met. But he was the most helpful person I have ever met . He was always early, always keeping in contact with me, and even assisting me with directions.Thank You, Hal ! I will be letting everyone that I know in Florida about your service.In a day and age where customer service is not always the best, AA++ to you my friend. Job well done.!!

Call here first and skip Uber. Definitely worth it. This car service is simply the best. We used Hal (owner) all week as he provided door to door service from Orlando airport to Disney. We liked it so much we called him for a day trip to Universal Studios as well and then a return trip to the airport today. At Universal, he knew a spot known only to a few and dropped us off right next to the entrance. He provided a booster seat for our youngest child, saving us the hassle of bringing one on our plane trip. All in all, this is the best, most affordable, and friendliest taxi service in the area. We will be calling them up when we head back to Orlando again.

Have used Casablanca Transporation exclusively numerous times for my son, who was attending Full Sail University, to be transported to and from Orlando International Airport when he was coming home to Virginia during holiday breaks. I did my research and found that all reviews of Casablanca were highly recommended and knew this was a company that I could trust. It was such a pleasure to work with Hal and cannot say enough great things about his wonderful customer serviceand professionalism. Will not hesistate to use Casablanca in the future for transporation when and if the need rises.
