Pierre gives great service and friendly. SUV is clean and beautifully kept.Would recommend to anyone traveling to the orlando area!

To call this a car service is doing it more justice than it deserves. The staff neglects to answer and respond to phone calls and voicemails. Our driver was supposed to pick us up at the airport and he was not there at the agreed upon time. When we called the company the morning of our flight, the manager said that he couldnt send anyone out until hours later, which would make us late to our cruise. We decided to cancel our services with them, but the manager refused to give us our money back. The manager was incredibly and unnecessarily rude and lied to us. It seems like this business is run out of someones basement. Completely unprofessional and I would never recommend this company to ANYONE.
