VIP Transportation Group was wonderful! Barbara was fantastic, very informative and she gave the bottom line quickly. Our driver Gelion was there on time (early even) very professional and friendly! The Mini Bus was clean and comfortable. Great experience and reasonable pricing!

My husband and I did not want to worry about transportation back to our cottage after our wedding. After some research, we went with VIP transportation group. It was an incredible experience and a great decision. Communication leading up to our wedding was great. Our driver was there on time and ready and waiting for us as we came out from our wedding. He was great and incredibly safe as we drove about 20 minutes back to our cottage. We would absolutely use again if the opportunity arose.

Transportation is something I went back and forth on for my wedding, because it’s just yet another added expense. In the end, I decided to hire VIP Transportation to transport our bridal party the night of the rehearsal dinner as well as the morning of the wedding. Thank goodness I did! They made it SO easy! The drivers were not only on time, but early, and were always exactly where we needed them to be when we needed them. I’m honestly still surprised it worked out so well. The vehicles were spotless and the drivers were friendly. The communication throughout the entire booking process was seamless — I would definitely use this company again!

We booked VIP Transportation for our Christmas Holidays to Disney World, and we had excellent service. Our stretch limo driver was very helpful, and he even played a movie in the limo for our kids to enjoy. Our Disney vacation was everything we expected and we had VIP return us to the airport. From the minute I contacted Galen for transportation for our wedding, he was responsive and the set up for our big day was easy. Galen helped arrange charter bus transportation for my guests staying at our hotel block to the wedding venue and back to the hotel at the end of the reception. This company had the best rates for a point to point transfer of all companies that I researched. Driver arrived on time, was courteous and drove safely. No complaints. Thank you!

Everything was great up until the date of my wedding. I was standing outside with all of my bridesmaids and the limo showed up 15 minutes late. The dispatcher said they were at the incorrect hotel. In the initial contract I provided the wrong address, but with ample time to change it before the wedding, I notified the company it needed to be updated. The limo driver showed have mapped out the location prior to ensure he was on time. So not only was the driver late, but it also was not the vehicle I ordered in my contract. I could understand if the contract just specified a stretch SUV, but it said Cadillac and I got a GMC. Before I wanted to write this review, I emailed the same email address I had been communicating with throughout the booking process to try to rectify the situation, but I received no response. Its one thing to make a mistake and own up to it, but its another thing if you cant own up to it and at least provide an apology.

Our driver Robert was awesome. We chartered minibus for 10 hours, he was on time, flexible, and great personality.Bus was very clean and exactly it was mentioned. Big windows are big plus especially for sight seeing.

Excellent Service. We used VIP Transportation for our vacation to Disney World and used their suv service to get us to and from our hotel.
