I called to request service for my brothers wedding and they were completely arrogant people and after reading the reviews I change of mind and look for a different company. definitely I’ll give a negative feedback so don’t bother making business with this people. Read the negative comments first before hire them .

My husband and I utilized Happy Limousine in our travels between Orlando International Airport and Walt Disney World. In both directions, our drivers arrived on time, were very professional, and got us to our destination safely. We were very happy with Happy Limousine and will use them again during our next trip to the Orlando area.

The service is easy to book, the staff is responsive to questions and our driver Mauricio was awesome. He was early to our pickup, and extremely professional. I will be using them in the future for sure.

Wonderful company. Our driver Luis was great. He even played Disney music for the kids. On time, helped with our luggage. Van was very nice. I highly recommend. We used to and from airport. Drop off driver Jorge even gave us a tip on checking our luggage with airline.

My husband request a black limo to pick me up and my wedding party at the resort to take us straight to the church for our weeding. But guess what ? Our limo came a little late plus in white color. NO for what we paid for, and top up that was old limo without AC it was completely hot inside we all was sweating all the way to church. When the chofer put the red carpet outside the limo door. I can’t believe was very little and old. The company makes us to paid in advance the whole thing plus the chofer tip. I told them what happened and they told us. The limo colors is not guaranteed. And I said what about the broken AC, they said nothing and never gave us a least half of what we paid. Ridiculous and really Bad services . Never recommended.

TL:DR Get the Limo Service its worth it, ask for Manny.Good: Manny was perfection and professional with his timely communication, extra care he took arranging the limo to be comfortable and prepared for my childrens birthday, he was early, he drove safely, he looked the part of the polished Chauffeur and he handled my family and our possessions with care. While it poured rain he had us enter the vehicle while he stowed our bags. Absolutely friendly and genuine from the moment we met. Did not ask for a tip, which is why he got a generous one.The company was clear on pricing, when we needed a schedule change they handled it without question or extra fees. Perfect in-office service.Bad: We booked a big van to get us back to the airport at the end of the vacation. Alejandro was 10 minutes late and blamed it on the previous family taking too long and the office not letting me know he was going to be late. OK I can buy that. No care for our bags as he tossed them in the back. So I loaded them faster than he could to make sure the rest were handled well. He was new, told us hed only been with the company for a month after being laid off from his old job. As we departed the hotel he didnt know where he was going I had to direct him, and he pulled out in front of a car that had to lock up its brakes after I said, Watch out for this car coming up. His response, Theres plenty of room.Making our way down I-4 he starts fumbling with a clipboard and a bunch of papers, then pushes it towards me without a word. I start reading over what is basically a receipt that needs me to sign for the ride and add a gratuity. My wife wants to know what it is so I tell her and explain Im tipping on the card. Alejandro says, Oh youre tipping on the card.. well ok.. most drivers want cash because we have to pay taxes on credit card tips. Are you sure you dont have cash?Wow thats embarrassing. My 14 year old son hands me a $10 bill to give the driver and my 13 year old daughter hands me $5 in ones from her birthday money.I gave the money back to my kids, and yes I still tipped the driver who counted it in the drivers seat before driving off. Ouch.Get the limo service, ask for Manny.

Our limo broke down on the way to our wedding reception which made the bridal party really late and left our groomsmen stranded. We are STILL waiting to hear back from this company two weeks later about this issue. Do not do business with them! Customer service is terrible

First ride was fine second ride the driver tried to pressure us for a bigger cash tip. We emailed them with a complaint and received no response. We will not be using them ever again and will let our travel agent know not to recommend them.

I made arrangements for a limo for my grand daughters 12 th pbirthday as it will be the last one that I will be here for. I had made the arrangements approximately a week previouslyso as to have special refreshments etc. I had requested the white limo but was told the black was new and much nicer when the contract was written up a different address was put in asthe P/u point I called them and corrected it. I was reassured it had been fixed on the night of birthday I received a call from the driver who was at the wrong address making us late for d enougher reservations I made sure to reserve time to return home via international boulevard but the driver was not aware of that request. So when he went the wrong way it was hard to communicate for him to take international boulevard as he did not speak English. Subsequently they arrived home approximately 30 minutes early. So they had him take them to the park instead. Which was not the agreed upon arrangement also upon arriving the limo driver had not turned on the air conditioner so it was very hot it had not been cleaned from the night before so it smelt bad and the ice bucket was full of dirty water instead of ice leaving no ice available. There was no attempt by the driver to make any extra efforts to even say happy birthday to my granddaughter but at approximately 11:00 at night I received a phone call from Steve wanting to know why the driver did not receive a bigger tip then the twenty dollars but there was an $80 gratuity put on the bill. As I was not there I called my daughter this morning and she informed me that she did not feel like a tip more than $100 was appropriate for the service received in the condition of the limo I highly recommend you continue looking if youre wanting any type of service or a clean limo I was very disappointed and felt like I did not receive $500 worth of service for 4 hours of a taxi driver. Needless to say I was very disappointed as I really wanted it to be special for my granddaughters 12th birthday the last gift that I would be able to give her. So if you are getting a limo for a special occasion and not just a ride I would go with a different company

After doing extensive research, I decided to book a limo from Happy that could hold myself and 12+ of my friends. Upon arrival, ALL of the lights in the limo were turned off. We get a few blocks to a gas station to pick up ice, and it was at this time I got out and asked the driver to please turn them on, as I had seen plenty of pictures of what the interior was SUPPOSED to look like.He just shrugs and shoves his touchpad at me as if to imply I need to figure this out on my own. Of course, I walk back to the cabin, and we rode the rest of the trip in what could only be described as a pitch black tunnel. He was tipped well to not know how to operate his own vehicle.Afterwards, I called management to politely discuss the matter. After speaking with Dean, I was told an employee would call me later on that day to make an incident report. No such call came. The most disappointing part was Dean explained that the lights could have been turned on from the back of the limo. We were not aware of this, and this could have been averted had the driver simply told me to when I walked to the driver side window.Overall, because management did not seem to particularly care to follow up on this matter, I have to give this a one star review. Had they gotten back to me, we most likely would have come to a compromise and the overall experience here wouldve been much smoother.TLDR: Unprofessional driver who didnt know how the limo operated. User error could have been prevented had we been given the right information. Management never followed up and the incident went unresolved. Consider other companies first before booking here.

We used Happy Limousine to service one of our clients. For a company that has Happy in their name, it sure doesnt feel like an experience that represents what they are claiming. I worked with Happy for a job that we sent them only to find out that they were late to the service and the chauffeur tried poaching our business. Not professional!

I would like to thank you for the best service I received by my driver name Marck. I book this limo on Fri., July 28th at 6p.m. It was our last day in Orlando and I wanted to do something special for my family. so I surprise them with a Limo and dinner. Marck was real nice and friendly, he was on time for pick up. The drive there at Senor Frog was great. when it was time to go home I still had an hour left, i text him what time to pick us up and he was on time. He drove us to see places and gave us a full information about certain places. when we return back I will diffidently call Happy Limo and hope I can get the same driver. I and my family of 5 were very please with our experience with your service.

This is a different review than all the rest, because I would like people to know what HAPPY LIMO means to me. I had the utmost pleasure in working for Happy Limo, and I will say that this is a top notch company. As chauffeurs take the responsibility into their hands to get clientele safe to their destinations, proper tipping is imperative. Orlando- and central FL alike can be difficult to get around, but Happy Limo does it like no other. I personally never had a client that was ever disappointed in Happy Limo, and most have been using the companys services for many many years. Theres alot to say about reputation, and Happy Limo is second to none. My departure with the company was merely to go back home, to Arizona. But I will always have great things to say about everyone at Happy Limo.

We used Happy Limo to get from Sanford/Orlando airport to a resort near Universal Studios. Amelia, our driver, texted us before we took off to confirm and was in contact with us when we landed. She was there waiting for us with a nice Lincoln SUV and delivered us safely at our hotel. It was great not to have to deal with driving in an unfamiliar area, in the dark after we arrived at the airport. Amelia was very friendly and courteous.

Car was on time and up front communication good. Driver essentially forced 20% to from the start of the ride which was unacceptable... he said 20% required before we get in car. This made me not want to tip 20%. Along with some sudden stops and mediocre driving I felt 10% or $20 on our 200 dollar fair for a 1 hour 20 minute ride was more than reasonable. Handed driver a 20 and he said 20% was required or we could give $0. Gave him extra $20, which I regret but on with my vacation now so moving on. I have called happy limo and they started that is not normal, but I had to get off phone before completing conversation. Hoping my drive home is better with them.

I used Happy Limo on Saturday, December 9, 2017 for transport from my Disney hotel to the airport. Driver Mo picked me up one-half hour earlier than scheduled, at my request, because I was notified at approximately 10:00 pm the evening before my flight, that it would be an earlier departure. Mo met me promptly as requested via text. Mos vehicle was clean and very comfortable. He is very personable and accommodating. This was my first use of Happy Limo, but it wont be my last. Ill also request Mo on any future travels.

I booked their service online for pickup and drop-off both ways from airport to hotel. The airport pickup was at 8:30 pm. Very polite driver showed up on time. For the return trip, they called us to confirm the pickup time a day ahead. The driver was ready at 7:45 am and took us to the airport from Disney Springs on time. Very happy with Happy Limo

My family and I travel to Orlando once a year to spend a few days at a hotel and then take a cruise from Port Canaveral. Weve used other limo companies in the past and have been disappointed with either the cars (not being as promised) or the service. Happy Limo is different, and exceeded all of our expectations. Our driver Gary was on-time, professional and even helped retrieve my daughters cell phone that was left behind when we got on our cruise ship. We will definitely use Happy Limo in the future.

Two weeks ago I was going to WDW for a night and in the morning I was going to drive to Port Canaveral for a cruise. Due to an accident (on Thanksgiving) could not drive the rental I had arranged. I didnt think about this until I landed at MCO. I cancelled my rental and remembered many people commenting on how great Happy Limo Company was. I called them and they were able to arrange a car for the morning 😁 I had the greatest driver. He was prompt, pleasant and made the hour drive seem like minutes. From now on no more rentals. I will be using Happy Limo!!! Thank you for accommodating at the very last minute!

I recently booked Happy Limousine to take my family from Port Canaveral to Orlando International airport after a cruise. As we were waiting for our driver, Luis, he called and informed us he was having issues and would not be there at the scheduled time. He stated maybe he could be there within the hour. I tried to call Happy Limo but got the answering machine. I asked him if someone else would be picking us up as we had a flight to catch and we would miss it. I specifically booked Happy Limo as I read good reviews, however, I was not a happy customer. They left my family and I stranded at the port. We booked personal transportation so we could avoid having any issues. Happy Limo left us stressed out and we will never use them or recommend them. Its sad as no one from the company even apologized. This is definetly not a way to run a business.

Our driver “couldn’t find us”. He said they gave him incorrect airline information. When he finally did find us, we had to wait for him to go get his car. His driving was so erratic that we thought he had to be on drugs. He would go as fast as 90mph and then slam on the brakes for almost the entire trip. He was insisting we stop at a grocery store when I finally had to yell at him that I just wanted to be taken to our hotel. When I think back to it, I should have called the police while in the car.Upon return from our cruise, I called happy limo 4-5 times and they would not do anything about this problem. They just said the driver no longer worked for them. I kept calling and calling. I was livid. By about the 7th time, and a weeks or so later they finally decided to refund the money. Never again. Should be called “sad limo”.

Had a performance issue with Happy Limo and a client today. When contacting that company it took nearly 45-minutes to get someone to pick up the phone. Staff seemed disinterested in the concerns and more of a it is what it is approach. Weve been placing our clients with the company for several years, but will not be using them again.

My very large family of 17 recently used Happy Limo for an airport run to and from our hotel. Our driver Z was awesome !! He was punctual, professional and super fun !! He made a great impression for his company and truly made us feel like he loved his job. With 17 people it was a little hard getting everyone together on schedules - - having Z there on time, ready for us was the perfect way for us to start our vacation. Our driver was more than generous with time for our grocery stop and he provided very useful and interesting information not only about the surrounding Orlando area but about WDW as well. My family of 8 used Happy Limo in Orlando from the airport to our hotel, then later in the week from our hotel to Port Canaveral for a cruise and back to the Orlando airport after the cruise. We had requested 2 car seats and they were in the car ready for us to install for all three legs of our trip. Our drivers were Marck, Kat, and Jorge and each one was Extremely Nice and Very Punctual. They each texted or called me before each trip to confirm where to meet and the time. Jorge even made a stop by a store to pick up Tylenol for our children!! We were So Very Pleased with all three of the drivers and would highly recommend Happy Limo Service to anyone in the Orlando area. Writing to inform you of our wonderful experience with your company and specifically our ride from the Orlando airport to our Disney hotel with our driver, Donald. He fully acted the part with impressions of Donald Duck and my children, including a very skeptical 5 year old, truly believe Mickey made Donald human just to make our ride to the hotel so special! I have numerous videos of my children’s belly laughs as Donald talked to them- and it really was a highlight of our vacation! He was very generous with his time stopping at the grocery store (and even allowing us New Englanders get our Dunkin fix). He is a great employee and knows customer service and I can’t thank him enough for providing my kids the ride of their life!

I am a former happy customer of Happy Limo but my latest experience has caused me to not only not use them again, but pass the warning on to others.I received a quote via email for round trip transportation and was told to reference the quote when I made the booking. They sent confirmations for each leg of my trip that confirmed the correct times and made no mention that they were planning on charging me the quoted amount each way even though it stated round trip.I was given a quote for round trip, then charged that amount for each direction. When I reached out to them they said the quote was a mistake and they would not refund the difference.I have disputed the charge with my credit card and will be happy to provide copies of the quotes and subsequent confirmations if anyone would like to review them before booking. Quoting one amount and charging another is unacceptable.

Awful. The driver showed up agitated, didn’t help with luggage, or open the door. She started an argument because she couldn’t find the Carnival terminal and then stopped the car in the middle of the road, got out for 15-20 minutes and then got back in and just sat at the steering wheel. She was very unprofessional and scary. We ended up getting out to find a taxi, to no avail. Needless to say, missed our flight. If Julie still works there do not book a driver from Happy. No idea why they even hired a driver so unprofessional and unreliable.

Happy Limo gets 5 stars for on time service and nice limos (aka mini van).The driver and professionalism gets 2-3 starts. We actually really liked our driver until he dropped us off and acted unprofessionally after the conclusion of our ride, with this text Not 20%.Accidently handed him the left over bills, instead of the tip. I felt it was unprofessional to A. text a client like that B. Its tacky for a driver to beg for money. C. Saying he would come pick us up after our cruise to collect the remainder to make our first fare tip 20%.If you are heading on a Disney Cruise out of Florida, I would just pay the Disney Cruise line bus fare. It might cost more, but they dont guilt trip you into giving them a bigger tip.

Been using for years without issue.Yesterday was no showed at MCO airport .Reservation was prepayed.Called 7 times yesterday and got voice mail.Never a return call.Took Uber from airport.Called today was told my reservation disappeared for some reason and that they never got messages .

Gary was our handsome driver. He reached out and communicated way in advance during the day of our pick up. He made sure to answer any question I had about the service. We celebrated my mothers bachelorette and we were more than impressed! Before opening the door for all 13 of us, he gladly took all our photos and even took a selfie with us! Gary also provided Bluetooth info and waited till I was connected that way we could jam out to our favorite girly hits (as loud as we wanted) The Limo was very clean and looked liked it was fresh out the detail shop, inside was beautiful and everything you want for your mother on her special day, the limo also had polished Champagne glasses, fresh ice and bottles of water. The name says it all Happy Limo to make its guest very much happy! Stay handsome Gary and thank you to everyone on this team, even Michael on the phone was very kind and polite. Great job guys!

Had an awful experience with this company, the driver was rude and had an attitude from the beginning. The driver acted as though we had inconvenienced him the entire time, when in actuality we were the customers, providing him with a job. The limo itself was poorly stocked, having barely any ice at all.
