Nina is fabulous. I did same day drop off service. my clothes came out great and folded with perfection. The laundromat is extremely clean.highly recommend

Used this place past 20 years under different ownerships. Present ownership with 30 washers 14 out of service today. Its the norm now. 26 dryers 12 out of service is also the norm now. $2 washers are now $2.50 last week to $2.75 this week. Other washers have gone up from $4 to $5 in a week. If you need change for the machines bring it, change machine also will not be working if it feels like. So when you enter this place expect to be looking for a working washer and dryer if your lucky.

The manager was super nice- we are from out of town and we went wash our clothes and she was nice enough to stay open 45 extra mins for us to finish washing and drying our clothes! She did it with a great attitude as well! She’s a keeper! Thank you again

Came here to do laundry while staying at a hotel, and Im very happy with the level of service, friendliness of the owner and staff, and quality of the equipment. Im glad to see that most everything seems to be working. They can charge your card to get you cash, and obviously have a coin machine on site. They also have detergents, softeners and dryer sheets in stock for sale at reasonable prices.

Works in a pinch! The pros: it is conveniently located next to the Library. The place is clean; the attendant is nice. The cons: a lot of washing machines are out of order, the ones that work are the more expensive ones, and the dryers give you only 5 mins for a quarter (most places give you 8 mins).

Vacationing and so glad to be able to find a laundromat that is in a quiet location. The facility is well maintained and the owner is very helpful. Great service.

This place has improved a lot in a very short time. From 1 star review they’re 5 star now. I was treated kindly and explained how to use the machines. They are only 5 minutes exactly away from my house. Is not a nightmare anymore doing laundry.Can’t ask for more!

I rarely need to go to the laundromat but for this particular situation I needed an industrial washer to clean my tent. I wasn’t sure if there were even any laundromats still around. I found this company in a google search and was amazed at how clean the facilities were and how helpful the staff was. They answered all my questions and guided me through the process of using their washers. They went above and beyond to help me. This experience was even better than the times When I used to visit the laundromat a long time ago.

The girl that works their is sweet. But out of order signs on everything is annoying. Nothing works.Every other machine says out of order.

Friendly staff! On that they deserve a 100%. However, most of their machines are always out of order. This was my 3rd visit at different times of the day and week, and 20% of washer are out and then 70% dryers are out of order. If their crowd had been to a full force, there wouldnt have been enough machines for everyone!

Have been coming to this laundromat since 2008. After today’s visit I don’t know if I’ll ever return. About 90% of the dryers are out of order. And no big washers are working either. I think two work and were both already being used. Several customers were standing around waiting to use the very few dryers that are available.

This laundromat has recently reopened and is clearly being brought up to top condition with attentive management. Being next door to the Orange County Library is a big plus to help pass the time make more use of a trip there.

Very sketchy place.. The manager assaulted a repair tech! It was a very scary situation. Not a safe place.

She’s so nice to everyone who walks in, treats people like family! That southern hospitality you can’t get anywhere else in this area! I drive by to make sure she is working before I even come to the laundry mat! She’s has personality and a heart at the same time!! Wouldn’t go anywhere else! It’s clean and she is consistently cleaning or helping customers with there laundry or questions!! Go “Blondie”, I think your pretty amazing 😉 and you make my time here so comfortable and fun at the same time! (She deserves a raise or promotion compared to prior experience with the workers she is by far your best one!!)

The word advance should be removed from this laundromat, as the machines have no option to pay with credit/debit. Also make sure to use the hottest setting when drying your clothes, after 30 min my clothes was still moist on the perm press setting... ive used 2 different dryers both with the same result.

This place is awesome. The owner is very nice. They have cheap dry cleaning. The process for doing a load is cheap and quick compared to others. I would definitely come here again

I very dissapoint with the new administratio bcos is 80 degree and that men is in charge with laundry turn off the air condition only bcos for him is good, he can think only in himself bcos is alot people here in this moment and the heat is terrible i dissapoint with this new administration bcos this, i have 1 year ago visited this place and never see somenting like that with the weather in 80 degres.

I am very impressed with this business! The gentleman that is working on Labor Day is very helpful, the patrons using the services are friendly, and the environment is one that is very well kept, clean, and extremely welcoming! There is a reason why this business has a 5 star rating; it is well deserved!

Arrived to find a sign on the door saying laundry is “Closed until May 1st.” This is November 20, 2020. Do they mean May, 2021? Or have they been closed for over 6 months??

I have been holding back from writing a review for a while because I have been trying to tolerate this laundromat but today is my last straw. I have been coming to this laundromat for years but now I have decided never to go back here again. Half of the machines dont work and the staff is very rude. I work 50-60 hrs a week and always get there between 7:00 and 7:10 and the staff usually lets me wash because they are aware of my work schedule and I only wash anyway because my dryer at home works. Today the lady who was working today was very rude and very disrespectful and didnt care that I got off work, went home, and then came to wash my clothes so I was rushing to get there. Even when I said Ill never come back here again she ddnt care. So, I thought why even argue with her Ill just write a bad review to warn people about this business. There is another laundromat down the street where all the machines work and the staff is very friendly and they are open later. Family Laundry Center!

Online it says they close at 9pm i saw a review where the owner commented saying the last dry is at 8pm like that they can close on time ok fine but what about the clothes that were already there drying, because my clothes where drying since 7 i came at 8:12 to pick it up and surprise the laundromat is close .. Aweful service

Would totally recommend. I came 2 years ago while on a trip and had a great experience there so naturally I showed up to this laundry as I came back to Orlando and it was tidy and clean, I found the prices pretty attractive, not to mention the staff thats really both helpful and polite. I noticed they had a drop off & pick up service, which on a trip (or any times actually) can be handy so I stopped by again during the week to have my clothes washed and it turned out to also be perfect, I had my clothes taken care of and was very satisfied with the result. They also provide the customers with an internet connection and have both foods and drinks at your disposal.

Perfect place! Pleasant welcome, clean, very good prices for all types of clothes from socks to bed sheets. And you also can let your clothes for a few dollars and come back later:I love it!

I came there at 6:50 to wash my bedding thinking the place close at 9pm as advertised. However when I walked up to the door the man shut the door on my face and said no more washing. He said it is rain outside so no more washing. Super rude to close the door on me with my arms full of bedding obviously not light. This place says it closes at 9 and I was there well before closing time at 6:50 pm. Not sure if this man understands that this is Florida and it rains outside everyday in the summertime. So if it rains do they close early everynight. Rude to close the door on my face. I was so upset. I took my business to family laundry up the road by Walmart and Publix who were open inspite of the rain and had movies to watch while I waited. I will never go here againg and hope others follow and give their business to family laundry cleaner place and nice staff. Done with advance coin laundry!

Once I pulled up to the store guy comes running outside yelling at me telling me theres no time for anything I had one load didnt even need the dryer!!! Its 8:15pm closes at 9pm! If he knew anything about a business thats one thing you dont do to a customer! Dont waste your time nor gas going to this uneducated business owner

0 starts for this place, Never goin back, they need to change the staff (white blonde lady only)She accuses my autism son of knocking out a trash can on the bathroom when I never leave him by himself, I know the things he is actually capable of doing and throwing things around is not he’s thing, he would pick up trash from the floor if that’s the case but not throw it. We felt discriminated the lady started screaming at my 11 year old just cus she was trying to explain to her that he was autistic and he needed to use the bathroom which the lady didn’t want my Autism son to use it cus according to her the last time he was in that place he throw the trash in the floor. We only been in that place twice and the second time she wasn’t even there to say that about my son. She need to be educated or the owner of this place need to step up before something major happens with that girl, she need manner customer service and to learn how to do her job instead of complaint when an accident happens (I bought a detergent and she was already telling me not to drop it cus she don’t want to be cleaning up peoples messes) you have one job is not that hard to do. You don’t like your job just leave but don’t give your customer a bad experience every time.

Dont ever leave your clothes here. A girl that works there stole my clothes when i dropped them off to get them wash and never got them back. I spoke to the managers/owners never did anything. And the girl had the audacity to post on facebook with my clothes lol If she was in such need she couldve asked instead!!

While Laundry is not my favorite pasttime this choir is made longer and more excruciating when the person in charge of this laundromatI find to be both discriminatory and argumentative.How is it that its the boss whose quality of customer service has the majority of complaints given to other staff members and is the reason this negative review is being written?Today before going I called ahead. I have been pushed to the point of avoidance of this individual and possibly the business all together.

Conveniently located and plenty of parking right in front of the building. Upon entering, I was pleasantly surprised that there were machines ranging in size from the smallest to the largest capable of handling King sized comforters. The prices were extremely fair and are based upon size of the washer. Very Fair prices! This was my first trip to a Laundromat in over twenty years and I was surprised that the prices seemed to be frozen in time. Dont be taken back by first impressions when you walk in. As other reviewers have stated, its not a fancy looking place but it is well maintained with all of the machines in working order the day I was there, the bathrooms were clean and the owner, Jean Luc even showed me which size machines to use to help save me money. The dryers are all extremely large and operate on a quarter. You heard me, 25 cents!. My largest load of towels only took a dollar to dry in about 25 minutes. Impressive. They also have wash and fold service and sell supplies. The place is well air conditioned and they even have FREE Wi-Fi so bring your tablet!
