Good time to be here is early morning or late night.

All of the other laundry mats their big dryers is 50 cents to start and 5 minutes per extra 25 cents but this one is 75 cents to start and 3 minutes per extra 25 cents what a rip off of a money hungry owner will never visit again

Half of the smaller machines not working during my last visit.Staff tries very hard to keep this place clean.

This place is pretty cost efficient, but is in dire need of some new laundry carts and possibly updated machines. Two different dryers have left marks on my clothes and bed sheets during two separate visits. The edge of the inside of the dryer doors kept pinching the fabrics, and as they got stuck, gray lines were left on the areas. Most of the carts have rust, and the wheels are sort of detached, which makes it nearly impossible to move them. When they at least get new working carts, they will earn another star from me.

Last wash states at 9:30pm but the doors are locked before 9:20pm. No integrity to honor the posted times and not professional. They will also lock the doors at 7:00pm if they deem the facility too busy. This happened on February 3rd and possibly other times. The owner needs to look into employee behavior. Most are great, but there is a man named George who will get loud and forcefully close the doors without thought and can harm people. This was a great place as a back up when my washer wasnt working but no longer.

I spent about 20 mins driving to this location only to find a posted sign Last wash 9:30😠. That kind of info should be posted online. I wont be back.

Its clean and its never full of people everyone wears a mask at times..

My favorite place to wash clothes. that one lady wit the grayish black hair. slim woman she is the best. she been working there for years. n knows her job. she always keeps everything in order.

Nice and clean, but always packed! It is the last standing laundry mat in SW Orlando that still have $1 washers! Save your hard earned money and come here! The only complaint I have is the one bathroom they have is always out of order. The past 7 months there has been an out of order sign on the door. I know the owner is making money so their is no excuse for that. You have to either hold it or go next door to the gas station. I would have given 5 stars but they slacking on the restroom situation.

Is there a worst laundry mat? the moment you step inside you enter a 3rd world country

The worst of the worst. There are 2 signs posted on the door that says a store hours Monday through Sunday 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. and I have come to this location at this business at 6:30 and 645 multiple occasions. There is one laundry attendant that is never on time and opens the doors a lot later than 7 a.m. she always has a crowd waiting at the door of the laundromat just so that you can wash at the hours that this business has posted is open. The hours on Google are wrong it is not 9 a.m. it clearly states 7 a.m. the customer service at this location is horrible. And I would not recommend it to anyone.

I like!!!! only issue is machines are broken alot u have to wait for washers and dryers when each trash ass up in there got 20 loads each. Like who does that o nasty ass mf...

Very clean, very affordable, and the staff is very efficient.

Its always busy up there but one thing I can say is that they do keep their shells stocked up and that i do noticed that once their machines are broken they do try to get it fixed ASAP.
