Store itself is good and staff is friendly. The bathroom is completely unusable - the eco friendly light switch is smashed in and will only illuminate the room for around 10 seconds. You have to use your phone flashlight to use the restroom here.

Some staff are either tired, or Sassy af. Other than that most staff are super happy to help! 😁

An A-OK visit. We were here a few weeks back looking for some items for our daughters upcoming birthday. They didnt have anything that matched our specific theme, but the store was clean and well stocked with items.We did get a coloring book for our daughter as it was only a dollar for their books, which was a good price and she loves Minnie Mouse, so it was a good buy.The cashier was working on another thing when we walked up and it took a moment for her to come over, but no biggie, the store was super quiet overall.Overall: BA-OK visit. Didnt have what we came in for, but we did leave with a cute coloring book and they have plenty of regular stock items.

Rude customer service. Tried to return an item and was told it was opened when it never was. The lady insisted it was opened when it never was and it was untouched too so; and it came to a point where she was just being rude. Horrible experience.

Went in specifically for balloons. Theyve got a huge selection (literally a whole wall full) in various shapes, colors, and themes.The staff were friendly and helpful.Balloon prices were reasonable, and included the helium.Apparently they do a lot of balloons, so make sure you go in with plenty of time as you may have to wait 15 minutes or so for your balloons to be inflated and bagged.

A nice cleanly store though organization and finding exactly what you’re looking for is a daunting task.

Great selection of everything you may need for your event, however their customer service is the worst, nothing like the service in their other stores. Management needs to train their staff on customer service skills they’re extremely rude.

Terrible costumer service. I want to return a table fitters, in the original packaging, unused, with the original ticket and before 30 days, but the manager of the store Michael, refused to do it. I have no idea why . Here is a picture of the table fitters

I purchased a disco light 4 days ago, came back to the store to return it, was told by the manager that they have 24 hours return policy... why dont they let costumers known before purchasing?? She first told me that info was on the receipt when i looked it actually says 90 days then she stated thats the policy...How come you are not satisfied with something and you only have 24 hours to return ? Everything still in box and bag unused!Bad business, very disappointed!!Partycity never again.Dont recommend, stay away or check theirs return policy before as they should have a different one for every item.

Came here to pick up balloons for the little one...but one helium balloon was leaking already when I got to my vehicle. I had to go back in, she replaced with another balloon (a little larger) because they didnt have anymore of what I chose, but I was happy with the replacement. Always a fun visit here especially during the holiday months. Would recommend for all your party supply/ costumes etc.🤡🎈👍

Called in to ask some questions about balloon arrangements for an upcoming dance at the K-8 charter school I work at. I spoke with Andrea who was extremely helpful, even sharing that they are having a special on latex balloons 12 for $12. She answered my questions with a friendly attitude, was right to the point, and clear. I appreciate that she took the time to help me, we look forward to working with this location in the future because of Andrea!

Kind of blah experience for me. Employees were quietly going about their business. They were helpful when asked, but nobody was stepping up to go out of their way. They had a basic costume, but none of the accessories that are sold separately. They also had a very limited selection of slime kits and several of those boxes were torn open, flattened, or twisted.

Party City on Narcoosee Road in Orlando is the best one. I buy all my birthday and event supplies like I possibly can here. Melody, Assistant Manager, always provides the best customer service and works to make every experience positive. Personalized party banners are excellently designed and created.

I don’t know why I torture myself. Without a doubt there are always 4-5 employees walking around and only 1 at the register. I’m here now in a line of 7 people and only one working. Another employee just commented about how she just finished her food shopping list. Oh, can’t forget the one gentleman walking around asking how everyone’s doing. How about helping me purchase my 7 balloons and let me get out of this store please?

I spend 12 minutes waiting for someone they didnt even say good morning three employees passed in front of me and anyone say anything and even when I was leaving one of them look at me didnt even ask do you need help? do you want anything? nothing! worst customer service ever!

Awful customer service. Spent almost $20 on balloons and they were fully deflated in less than 24 hours. Called the store and was told there is only a 6 hour guarantee on balloons. Spoke to a manager who was utterly unpleasant. Blamed me for being unaware of their policies and telling me I should have spent more for their upgraded helium when it was never even offered to me. Horrible experience, will not return to this store.

They have a mermaid section thats not Disneys The Little Mermaid! Its amazing bc I dont have to order online and wait for that stuff.

I paid a lot for a big balloon and I went to get something else I only left the ballon in my car for 5 minutes and it was already disinflated. I went back to see if they could inflate it more she did not want when it was the same lady that rang me out at the register when I was there 10 minutes ago. I’m very disappointed.... dollar tree does it way better and the only reason why I went into party city was becuase dollar tree ran out.

I stopped shopping at Party City. I use to spend close to $200 a month on supplies from them but they stopped stocking everything I bought from them so as a result I now shop online. Great job guys!!

Disappointed with this location. Every time I come for an item they are out of stock. From balloons to costumes. But besides that place very clean and some of the staff very helpful.

Love party city. Only issue i had was one of the young ladies didnt follow the simple instructions on a pack of confetti balloons I brought for them to inflate for me. The balloons didnt turn out right. Two of the staff members talked mess about me to one another as if I couldnt hear them.

I was so exited to get my kid a coustume and the previous coustume stores didn’t help so I tried to come here.For a first time I was impressed the staff were very kind to me and it made my party city experience even better I was excited but the problem was Sone costumes my child wanted we’re not in the best of stock half of them didn’t even have the right size for her but either than that it was an amazing experience would come here again

The associates were super nice but the Halloween costumes were lots of money. Me and my dad ended up spending $82 just for a costume and makeup.

Looking for birthday stuff for my grand twins, we ask the manager whre to get the motive of tge party stuff. He said in the number where to look. We went and look aver and over, went back. He said you shold find it there. We went back...look again and nothing. Wen with sime items to pay and he asked us if we find it, we said no. The lines are terribly long here anytime I seem to go. This past time, my transaction glitched out and it took probably over 5 minutes to fix the issue. Merchandise is often in the wrong spot, making shopping unpleasing.

What I disliked was the fact that I had to ask someone for picking the costume up for me everytime because they o lo have photos about it
