So I had a lot of dress drama! And today I said YES TO THE DRESS today!!! 💍👰🏽‍♀️👗I want to shout out Allison (front desk), Allison (alterations) and Megan (Consultant) at David’s Bridal they went above and beyond to make this experience enjoyable, easy and helpful. Allison (Front Desk) we met at I Said Yes! in June, originally booked appointments with her there for the benefits but because of personal situations I had to keep cancelling, so I ended up ordering a dress from Amazon, total mistake, and I had called Allison to make an appointment explained everything to her, and she was so kind, caring and informative and got me in for a fitting.When my matron of honor and I arrived (45 mins early) Allison was there to greet us, we walked around and looked at possible dresses and Allison had answers right away 😊. Megan then called us back, and I had literally like 15 dresses I was interested in between in the store and online, she was so patient and kind, and didn’t mind that I wanted to try all these on, so we tried on all the dresses that she could find in store (she was so fun and very much in the experience with us). She was so patient and caring I can’t even explain. Once I found the dress we knew we needed to do some alterations, so we had came down to 2 dresses I liked and trying to determine which would be better for alterations.At this time Megan went and got Allison in alterations and she came out and estimated alterations for me and pinned each dress up so I could see them and it helped make my decision 😊Overall the experience was exceptional and all these ladies deserve the recognition for their kindness and professionalism!

I didn’t have an appointment, came in looking for a dress for a very elegant wedding and was seen quickly and was paired with Cassie. She was a gem and helped me pick out a bunch of dresses and dealt with me texting my husband back and forth about what he liked on me too (always need a second opinion). She was so kind and helpful. I normally hate clothes shopping of any kind because I am plus size and find it discouraging, but Cassie was so sweet and made it so memorable.

My bridesmaid and I shopping experience with Lisa was AMAZING! Lisa was attentive, kind and such a pleasure to work with. She assisted my bridesmaid so quickly despite having to serve another client at the same time. She even went above & behind for me. I had gone to the Davids Bridal in Philadelphia a month ago to dress shop with my other bridesmaids & wanted gold dresses but was told they didnt have any. I saw gold dresses in the Orlando Millenia location today & Lisa so quickly explained how I could call to have the dresses colored changed. It might seem so simple but it meant a lot to me because I settled for a mercury gray color which is beautiful but gold is what I wanted. Lisa could not have said anything but she explained what I could do, what to say & I was able to get everything corrected. Lisa was truly amazing & I would definitely recommend anyone coming into Davids Bridal at Millenia to see her.

Amber made me feel very special. And the young lady which Im sorry I didnt get her name who ring me up was extremely friendly as well. Also Maui was wonderful with discussing alterations. Everyone there was very knowledgeable Thank you for helping me with my special day.

The only reason I gave a 4 instead of a 5 was the selection for the types of dresses I was looking for.The service was great. I made an appt. They were ready for me. They really listened to my requests. I tried on three dresses. The third one was perfect. I needed it quickly and was able to buy it off the rack.I will go there again when I need formal wear.

I came with my older sister who needed a maid of honor dress. Megan immediately was an amazing help to us. She understood what we needed and what accommodated my sisters body type. She was so sweet, honestly so down to earth. Very helpful and lovely place.

Julia was so in touched with what I wanted and staying in between my budget made the experience amazing and not overwhelming. Marialba stepped in and pushed me to step out of my comfort a little and I hit the jack pot. They were were so knowledgeable on what I wanted and didn’t over step any boundaries on my style of taste. They made suggestions which made the treatment feel like royalty. The both of them were such a perfect combination and made the experience so smooth and easy. Davids Bridal by the Millenia Mall in Orlando, FL was my second wedding dress shopping experience in the dress shopping experience for my wedding. I had saved it for almost last and with my wedding in March of 2022, the amount of time I had to get a dress shipped in and altered was dwindling. I initially went on 8/25/2021 and met with my stylist, Tiffany. She was very helpful getting me different types of dresses to try on in different styles and colors. The amount of dresses they had in my size was more than the boutique I had visited previously. I left the store with an idea of what I wanted but I wanted to sleep on it first.I scheduled a follow-up appointment on 8/31/2021, with an idea of what I was going to choose. On this occasion, Cassie was my stylist. She put me in my #1 dress and asked if I wanted to try any other dresses on. I was open to more options if they had any. Cassie blew me away and brought me even more dresses then when I tried on the first time. She let me try on 1 particular dress with a different type of bra which made me more comfortable and confident. I actually ended up falling in love with this dress. Cassie added accessories to give me an idea of a completed look and I was so happy that I found the dress. She even brought over the color of my bridesmaid dresses to see how they would look side by side and they couldnt compliment each other any better. That was so helpful to see them side by side.Two different seamstress that work there also came over to tell me what kind of alterations could be made as well as the cost. Which put me at ease as I was nervous about paying for alterations.At the end of the day with a dress and accompanying undergarments, I came in under budget and left the store with a smile on my face. Every woman working here is so incredibly nice and supportive. I couldnt be happier with my decision and highly recommend this store to any brides in the Orlando area. Stopped in for a consultation appointment to try some dresses. Ended up buying a dress same day. Alexzandra was very helpful, made suggestions and made me feel comfortable. She went above and beyond to assist in anyway she could.

I went in for my bridal appointment this past Friday and loved my time with consultant Cassie! I know my way around these dresses pretty well but Cassie helped instill confidence and made great suggestions to add to my experience. Especially as a plus size bride, I was apprehensive about how dresses would fit and what could be done to make the dress perfect for me and Cassie handled it wonderfully and I felt incredibly supported by the full staff. Great job, ladies!

Had a wonderful experience as a bridesmaid at Davids Bridal especially with Tamara. The bride and her bridesmaids live in different parts of the country - shes having us look and decide based on what we like with some guidelines. Tamara was amazing. She got to know my style, helped me find what I was looking for, and recommended things that I ended up loving. I had previously had a less-than-stellar experience at a Davids Bridal (not this one). Tamara more than made up for that, and made sure that I would be back in the future.

Amazing experience!!! I went to try on dresses alone with my husband and daughter. Found the perfect one, but wanted to bring my parents in to make them feel included so Morgan, one of the stylists was able to help set up a fake appointment for my parents and us they really felt included at the end. Delete this review if not allowed if it gives away a hidden secret but I had an amazing experience. Definitely request Morgan!!!!

Recently asked to join a bridal party, the other ladies had already ordered their dresses, so I dropped in to see what could be found that would arrive prior to the October wedding date. I was assisted by Morgan, who was most helpful in finding dresses that would arrive in time, in a variety of different styles. I ended up finding one that pleased both the bride to be and myself, even though the style is different from her other attendants. A great overall experience.

Going into this experience I wasn’t expecting to come out with the joy I did. When we got there we were greeted and immediately helped. My fairy godmother Rebecca was the absolute best!! She listened and somehow always kept stepping her game up!! She was an absolute pleasure to work with and she truly met all of my expectations. The place overall was amazing, clean and an amazing experience! I loved the whole process!!

Marialba helped us find my dress and the perfect shoes to go with it. They were so sweet and helpful and altered my dress so I could look my best. Thank you Marialba and David’s Bridal!!

What an amazing and fun time we had! Tiffany made this whole experience easy and enjoyable! She was able to hear my preferences and bring me choices that fit my style and even surprised me with colors I didnt imagine would work but was gorgeous on me. She was patient and so helpful!

The stylist and others were wonderful. I gave this store a 4 because I wanted a blue mother of the groom pantsuit and the store only had 2 styles. I know pantsuits are not as popular as dresses but the website had a few more. You cannot order these online. The sizes are incredibly variable.

Rose helped me today. She was wonderful! I only have three weeks until the big event, planning everything last minute, so not much time to get a dress. She helped me find the perfect dress and accessories! She listened to what I was really looking for, and guided me to the right dresses. I actually found more than one dress that I liked. Unfortunate that the lady “manning the door” on 10/02/21 at 10:30am had an attitude when I walked in with my two teens both looking for HOCO dresses . She said they wouldn’t have a room for them to try on dresses today. Never asked anymore questions. I even called 2 days ago asking if I needed an appointment. They lost a customer for life. I feel like the Walmart of wedding gowns is accurate as the “customer service” is at the Walmart level. I am aware that they value reviews so here is an honest one. Give your money to a company that wants and values your business.

Im definitely not the type of girl to get dresses or alterations, it makes me uncomfortable. Not only did they have a dress that made me feel good about myself, but Leah made me feel comfortable and happy with the alterations. I cant wait to go back for my final appointment. Im definitely considering coming here for my wedding dress, especially if Leah helps me 💙

Went dress shopping today. At first I didn’t think I would find a dress. After selecting 3, the first dress Wow’d me. I tried on a total of 8 dresses and the last was THE ONE! I can’t remember the young ladies name but she was so helpful and determined to help me walk out with a dress. I can’t wait for my future husband to lay he’s eyes on me.

The alterations team at David’s Bridal is INCREDIBLE. Lydia and Hanan were two individuals who worked on my MASSIVE ballgown with 7 layers of tulle and the bustle turned out great! I also almost passed out during my appointment from locking my knees 😅 - but they were all so helpful and caring! I knew I was in good hands. Would recommend to anyone, no matter where you got your dress!

I had originally went to a different location and ended up with a dress that I didnt really love because the person I had helping me did not spend time on me (assuming it is because of my lower budget) and I felt rushed. I had an AMAZING appointment at the Orlando David’s Bridal location! I felt extremely nervous and worried that I would not find the perfect dress, and I could not have been more wrong. Rose walked us through the whole process, patiently looked through my MANY photos, and blew my mind away by her knowledge and love for the job! Another wedding dress guru also assisted me, but unfortunately I never got her name. I will say all the staff were kind, considerate, cheerleaders and just so PERFECT! You could tell all the brides were having a great time, and it really made the whole experience!! Thank you for easing my worries and giving me a stress-free, fun and exciting appointment! So you spend high price for a dress, a quinceanera dress with all defects and then to do alterations is extra charge so what service they can provide for customer. Brittani(I hope I’m spelling that right!) was the best stylist I could possibly have! From the moment I walked in she was extremely attentive and recognized my vision immediately. She went above and beyond to make sure my dresses were adjusted and fluffed to accurately depict a close representation of how it would look on me. Initially I made the appointment just to get an idea of the style I was looking for and because my mom was in town for a limited time. I didn’t think that was going to be the day I found the one, but I absolutely did! The dress I fell in love with was a few sizes too small and even though I loved it I was unsure of it because the way it was pinned to me. But after trying on all of my options Brittani knew that was my favorite and wanted to get a better fit. I’m so terrible with names, but she had assistance from another lovely lady who pinned it another way and I fell head over heels. My mother in law told me once before that if I cried while trying on a dress that it is the one. And I practically bawled my eyes out. Such an amazing experience and beautiful moment with my family. I was very pleasure with my visit on this store (Orlando at Millenial). Amber was my stylist for all my bridesmaids and also for my matron of honor. She was excellent and very patient with us. I really recommend this store and Amber without her help nothing had been possible. My matron of honor was a little complicated and she was able to find her the right dress for her. I really appreciated all the effort that she put to help us. My girls find the right and perfect dress for my big day.

I could not be happier with my experience at David’s Bridal! When we entered the store we got a friendly greeting from the manager Emily! She introduced my friend & I to Tiffany! All I can say is she was excellent!! I’m the Mother of the Groom and had an idea of what I was looking for and after explaining to Tiffany my style, she came back with a huge selection and helped me pick the perfect dress! We also had fun picking out the shoes which by the way were a great price! She made it so much fun!! Her customer service was exceptional! I would recommend her to everyone! Cassie was amazing. I had no idea what my wedding style was… I found a dress in an hour!!! I was dreading shopping, thinking I would feel down afterwards if I didn’t find anything that was flattering but she made it super easy and I enjoyed the experience and found a dress!

I had an appointment and I arrived early. The greeter was very pleasant and allow my husband and I browse for a mother of the bride dress. I had saved pictures of dresses I wanted to see. All dresses were there and in my size. I couldn’t believe that, My stylist Emily was very helpful and attentive. I give David’s Bridal a 5. For a great experience.

My stylist, Tiffany, was incredible! She was extremely patient, kind, and professional. The entire staff made us feel very safe and welcome. Everyone was double masked and spaced out. Tiffany selected gowns that matched my vision and she helped me find the perfect one! I would highly recommend this location to any bride, but especially if you are plus-size. What happened to David’s Bridal? I went in looking for a bridesmaid dress and she told me I could browse but needed to make an appointment. I’ve went to multiple different David’s Bridals before and never had to make an appointment. Then proceeded to tell me I have to work with a stylist. They pull the dresses for you etc. I don’t need want a stranger sitting there telling me what looks good or not. It’s about how I feel in a dress.

My daughter is going to her first highschool homecoming dance, we found the perfect dress for her and had a wonderful stylist who was very nice and helpful. We will definately be going back as we will have 2 more homecomings and 2 proms to look forward to. My daughter says she felt like a princess in there today.

This location was awesome. We got there before our appointment time and were seen within a short time afterward. Our sales person was Melissa (Robert-Enchautegui) and she was fantastic! We showed her a picture of the three styles we were looking for and she knew exactly where to go to find them quickly thus cutting out time there. She gave us our space and time to try on the dresses and is very easy to chat with. Definitely recommend this location and Melissa!

I worked with Cassie. She helped me pick out my bridesmaids dresses and she was a absolute godsend! I went in there with an idea of what I wanted, but when I saw the coral, it was definitely not what I wanted ! She showed me probably every color and combination in the store and never lost patience with me. I ended up super happy with my dresses and they associates made it easy and fun :)

Everything about the experience was stress free and exciting. Mindy took care of me from the time I entered the building until check out. Although traveling and just passing through Orlando, I felt completely at home in the Davids Bridal as if I had been there a million times before. I can not wait to get my dress!

I would just like to say that if I could give 10 star on customer service alone, I would. Tiffany was absolutely incredible and made our night trying on bridesmaid dresses so easy, fun, and special. She was so sweet I told her I want her to be one of my bridesmaids. The selection of bridesmaid dresses was pretty good - there are many different shades to choose from and quite a few styles. I have never shopped here for a bridal dress but would definitely recommend for bridesmaid shopping and/or other accessories (robes, jean jackets, shoes, etc.)

Tiffany was and is amazing each time we work with her. Selection, try on, alteration, we had such a great time with her and came to a most, best, gorgeous dress for my friend Sarah. Tiffany shared so many good ideas about island weddings and foot jewelry and well everything. And she kept us in budget.I am sure they are all good here but we loved Tiffany and the selection, attention and care we got at David’s.

First time bride here and hopefully the last! Also first experience ina Davids Bridal and I had such an absolutely wonderful experience. Tiffany, our consultant who helped us was such a joy to be around! She made finding a dress absolutely carefree and fun. She also did a great job at finding a style that works for me and tending to my guests. After about 20 dresses I was able to find THE ONE! And I want to make a huge shout-out to Emily, the keeper of the bridesmaids. She was wonderful in handling my bridesmaids experiences. All the staff was very nice and pleasant, would highly recommend!

The choice of dresses was great! I am plus size and there were several dresses in my size to try on. The consultant assigned to me was named Lisa. She was fantastic!! She listened and pulled several dresses for me. She was not pushy at all. I gave her a list of dresses I liked off the website and ultimately I ended up buying one of those dresses. I would recommend anyone looking for a dress to go to the David’s Bridal in Orlando and ask for Lisa.

I find it absurd that their return policy for in-store purchase is the same as online purchase. David’s bridal has a 7-day return policy from day of purchase which is completely acceptable for an in-store purchase as customers have the option to try your dress either at the store or the convenience of your home. However, how could you expect a future bride to order a dress online since the size needed was not available in store when arrival dates are over a 7-day period window? It is a complete catch for brides to find themselves stuck with a store credit and force themselves to purchase.Why am I writing this review? I purchased dress on 4/16/2021 ONLINE at the Millenia Mall in Orlando, FL location without knowing if a size 4 fitted as all they had was a size 10. I had tried a size 6 at the Altamonte Springs location and it was too big. I was told on 4/16/2021 dress would not arrive until 5/04/2021 which is 19 days for me to try and see if a size 4 fits. Automatically as a customer am screwed as 7-day window ended and I am stuck with a store credit without even trying the dress.Policies are made to keep order and uniformity among an organization, but David’s Bridal really needs to re-evaluate their online purchase return policy if you cannot even work on having a shipment arrive within the 7-day return window for a customer to be able to return if desired. You are not giving customers an option. Is completely illogical. Valery R

Jamey did an amazing job. She was able to bounce back and forth perfectly between our party and another. Was very quick getting any additional dresses we wanted to see or sizes. It was a shame that some of the colors we wanted were not offered but obviously that does not fall on her.

I did a walk in appointment and Rose was very nice and helpful, took into account all my comments and we got to the best choice of dress for me. It wasn’t the one for me, but my appointment still was a success as I learned what type of veil I would like, which materials I prefer and not and which style too.

Every store I went to before today, I couldnt find anything I liked that I also fit in. Coming to this Davids Bridal my hopes werent very high, so imagine my surprise when I left with a dress that fit me well and I really liked.Lisa was extremely helpful to find the perfect dress, even with such little time to look. She was spot on with quick advice and determining exactly what size I was, and actually really brightened my mood while searching.Overall, she made dress shopping extremely enjoyable and helped me find an amazing dress for prom.

I went into thinking I will be able to figure out what style I liked on my body. Wedding dress shopping is intimidating for a plus size figure. I was shocked to fall in love with my second dress I tried on. I originally grabbed it to try the style on not thinking I would like the detailing but it was perfect!

Our sales associate was wonderful. The prices were very reasonable… for the dresses. I actually bought a floor length gown for about $100 on sale. That being said, I’m going to a wedding in about a month. Just to have the dress shortened, one layer, price would be about $60. To have it in time for the wedding, and additional fee would be charged. So, my $100 dress would end up being close to $200. I do not think that is reasonable. Again, the sales associate doesn’t make the pricing snd she was fabulous. I’d go again, and probably will, but I’ll find my own seamstress.

We had a consultation today- we had this awesome young lady- Brandi help us. She was very attentive and really made my daughter full special! We enjoyed how she took time and asked lots of questions about my daughter’s likes and dislikes. She pulled out dresses that she thought we would like! Brandi was able to find great accessories to go along with the right dress! Thank you Brandi and David’s Bridal for making this an amazing experience!

I was able to find the perfect bridesmaid dress in Florida for a wedding in Arizona! Was so happy they were able to have the information! Very helpful and a wonderful experience!

Oh goodness, where to begin! Firstly, the experience I had was beyond what I expected - my stylist, Delilah, made the entire experience worth the travel time. Don’t get me wrong, I’m a very excited bride to be, but I’ve never been someone who likes to go out shopping or be put in the spotlight. Delilah took the information from my pre-appointment survey and worked magic! After a few beautiful dresses that just weren’t “the one”, she helped me find the perfect dress for what I had envisioned. Along with her help initially, I was lucky enough to have her throughout my alterations as well, having this opportunity made the whole experience wonderfully unique. I hope everyone who shops David’s Bridal near the Mall at Millenia, in Orlando, has the experience I did. Also, while I can’t say enough about Delilah, I want to speak about the team members of the store as a whole; it’s incredibly empowering when you have the entire store behind you, encouraging you, and helping you fulfill your dream. I went into David’s today just to look around to get a feel for pricing and the selection there and they got me a bridal appointment the same day so I could try on some of the dresses I looked at. The staff was super helpful and so nice. Tiffany was my consultant and she was AMAZING! She made me feel so comfortable and beautiful, we had a great time together! Overall fantastic experience! I will be going back!

The staff was amazing. Super kind and helpful. I didn’t say yes to the dress (yet, though several others did) but I’m pretty positive I’ll be back. I enjoyed their extensive collection more than the other bridal shops I’ve been to and the gowns are much more in the range of my budget. In addition to Tiffany, my fabulous and ever present (but not even remotely pushy) attendant, they had their in house seamstress on hand to suggest and discuss any alterations that may have been needed.

Tan was AMAZING! She worked with me and brought me so many different options. She listened and helped me find just what I wanted. She was not pushy and was so helpful. I had been to 7 different bridal stores and she was by far the best to work with. She even got alterations to help me make sure my dress would be exactly what I wanted. She made my dress buying experience magical. The manager was also very helpful and friendly! 10/10

The service was quick. My appointment time at the Millenia Plaza store was precise. Climistina Dixon and Maui were wonderful and informative during my alterations appointment. I feel like my dress will fit beautifully once it’s done!

Every experience with David’s Bridal at Millenia made me feel beautiful and special, as if I was the only bride there. From Jessica, who helped me believe in the vision I had for my dress, to Hanan, in alterations, who went above and beyond. Leah was AWESOME!!!! My daughter was timid (going through awkward age) and Leah went out of her way to make sure she was comfortable. She is knowledgeable, personable and easy to speak to. Ensure you keep her.

I received great customer service at David’s Bridal near Millenia. Jamie was the associate who helped me, and she was very friendly and efficient. The lady who rang up my order also mentioned the loyalty rewards program (which the bride had never heard of) and saved her money! The store is also able to get my bridesmaid dress here in time with a soon approaching wedding date.

Elizabeth took great care of me in the little time I spent there. She was so kind and helpful throughout my search for a bridesmaid dress and I could not be more thankful! I was able to find a dress and she made me feel super special. I’m so thankful!

Jamey was very patient and nice while helping me find a bridesmaid dress.. not once but twice! Lol the first appointment I made, Jamey helped me find a dress but a few days later I had second thoughts and found myself back there again to find a different bridesmaid dress and return the other one. She remembered me immediately and even remembered the dress I originally bought. I’m happy to say this time around I found what I was really looking for with her help once again. Thanks Jamey!

I was just hoping to try on a couple of dresses with my mom and sisters, and get a feel for what fabrics and shapes I liked, but we ended up finding my dress - we had a ton of laughs doing it - and it was also in my budget! Yes!! Even though I was just in Orlando visiting, Davids Bridal is shipping it to my hometown so I can do alterations there. Awesome customer service all around!

I “inherited” a dress from another bridesmaid because the other bridesmaid became pregnant, with twins, due the week of the wedding. Dresses had been ordered last year, pre-pandemic; but then due to covid, the wedding was postponed so the bridesmaid dresses sat in closets unused for many months. Because the other bridesmaid had to cancel, my friend asked me if I wouldn’t mind being in the wedding instead. She’s had an incredibly tough year because postponing her wedding and Italy honeymoon, going through IVF, losing her mom, and all the other things that are going on in the world. I brought the dress to DB to see if it could be altered to fit me — I have a much larger chest than the previous bridesmaid and there was simply no way to make that dress work. DB policy for return had already passed but Sara(h) in alterations and Chris (sales manager) honored the exchange and found me the right size dress instead!! Their willingness and politeness about the whole thing was unexpected and very appreciated. I was utterly floored when they said, “We’ll exchange it and that way you aren’t stuck with two dresses!” They put customer service at the forefront and I’m forever grateful!

Excellent bridal Shop!I think they should have a little more privacy between clients coming in instead of being like a foot away from another bridal group (Maybe put partitions up so its a little bit more private for the bridal party) or something. But with that said honestly I think that this place is fabulous! The staff is extremely professional and personal to each brides needs (which is absolutely amazing) they treat everyone with respect. No matter how much money you have if you brides to be come here you will absolutely feel like a Queen! I promise you that.Im very happy with the service and the way I was treated here. I will recommend to anyone!

We just happened to walk into the store without an appointment and they were able to fit us into the schedule right away. Our coordinator Cassie was an absolute sweetheart. She worked with me until her next scheduled appointment came in, and she was so helpful and knowledgeable about all of their dresses. It was a real pleasure working with her and purchasing my lovely Oleg Cassini gown. I would definitely recommend David’s Bridal and Cassie to other future brides.

Beautiful options only 2 dress i wanted werent available till November very disappointed. Really enjoyed working with Kimesha Brown at Orlando location. She worked hard to try and help me find something else even though I found nothing else I wanted she didnt give up.

David’s took such good care of my bridesmaids!! They were super sweet and helpful!! Brittani even helped me find my PERFECT wedding shoes to match my dress. Even though MY dress wasn’t from David’s, they made me feel like their bride, and cared so much. I hope in the future I get to buy a bridesmaid dress from them to get the experience again ❤️

Tan was absolutely incredible! She made my mom and I feel so comfortable and listened to everything we were wanting. She also is extremely bubbly that created an infectious vibe to our entire appointment. I highly recommend her for anyone and everyone.
