Been there 5 weeks check been late 3 out of 5 weeks. Never have I had to check on my payments so much

This company is not organized at all. Im currently not working, and they wanted me to go to an interview and pay for parking. Please. Its expensive in downtown Orlando. The recruiter was very rude to me over the phone, and I feel he shouldve been more professional. Do not apply to a position with this agency. They are shady. Stay away. Glad I dont work for these fools. I can see why their reviews are bad. Goodbye and good riddance. I never said the visitors parking lot was inconvenient, you guys never gave me an address. Dont twist my words. Top Talent stinks, and Im glad I dont work for this agency. I actually found another position, and dont have to pay for parking. I will tell all my friends to never apply here. Reviews matter, and your organizations reviews are terrible.

TopTalent is an excellent company to work for. I have been with them for almost 5 years now and am willing to say that they are one of the best companies I have worked for in my entire career. The Staff is always helpful and cooperative and management actually seems to care about their employees. Their overall style is a mix of casual and professional which just feels right and comfortable most of the time. I highly recommend this company as a place to work.

Staff is knowledgeable and willing to help. They have many different jobs with different skill levels - just depends what you are looking for and your skill levels. If you are in fact looking for a job, they will bend over backwards to help you. Highly reccomend for those serious about working.

The staff is cool but they dont have jobs that are local not a good place to go if you need something in the area. but other than that i cant complain about the staff there.

If you have a skill trade do not apply they just want to put you in a job that’s it. I went thru this company and the best place they could find me work was 48 miles from my house not including tolls. Spent half a paycheck just to go to work ???

Very professional . I have worked through them for 5 years and have always had great, professional people helping me.

I was a little worried about the reviews but after the experience I found that these people only poatwd cause they’d we’re upset. They found me multiple jobs and this staffing agency pays weekly. They were professional and really wanted to me get work. They called verytime a position came up and got me multiple interviews. If you have clerk or warehouse experience, this is a good way to go. I only left a review because the others are so bad, and honestly they don’t make sense.

Called to inquire about what professions get placed in this facility had to make three attempts ...as the first two they hung up on me When I finally got through it was a very rude no they don’t place people like me !!Felt like a horrible and unprofessional venue

Horrible!!! The recruiter who assisted me Ms. Kathy believes that she can treat people as she pleases. And they had already told me how she treated people who do not know much English and it happened to me, I am ashamed to know that this woman is Puerto Rican. But thanks to God and thanks to her rudeness who once told me that with my English the only thing I was going to find was a job for 8 dollars an hour. Now I can tell her that she earned much more than such a person and if she knew perfect English. And take a class on how to treat people because they need it. Ooohhh, since she told me that by the way, she threw me out of the office saying rude things and that she had been doing what she does for 15 years. Well, mija, you need 15 more years to know how to treat people. And Ive been in a company for months and earned much more than you without insulting people, much less humiliating them.
