Went in to see how they could fix a minor issue with the computer. Without letting me know, they took it apart and broke the screen. Now the touch screen is not working and is cracked. They still wanted to charge me now to fix the screen and original problem. Save your money and go to another repair.

Exactly what I wanted exactly what I needed professional. Had two laptops that needed some work wouldnt start for me. And bought them on OfferUp and for $120 I got two laptops working just fine.

Several years ago when I first needed my PC repaired, a neighbor told me to go only to Uptech. All the good things he said about them, i.e., they are very knowledgeable in all aspects and most of all FAIR in price. So over the years, they have gotten the business from friends, my two sons and their friends. Mario especially is the one I have dealt with the most and he is the best! Though I now live way across town, I will continue to go ONLY to Uptech when I need their expertise.

Called to get a quote for a MacPro battery. he said $70-80 so I took my machaine and again said $70-80 and took a $40 deposit. He calls me two hours later as tells me its now going to be $120. After going back and forth how thats jacked up. However, I agreed to pay. ONE WEEK later I go to pick up my laptop and this tech owner guy fried my charger port. I noticed as soon as I picked it up. Like he jammed the wrong charger or something in there. After denying it was him I asked for him to charge so I could see that it worked. To his connivance he did not have a Mac charger for that style. REALLY, youre a tech repair store and dont have a charger? He offered a 90 day warranty but I would not take my Mac there again if it was free... This guy need to get his sh*t together. On course when I got home I plugged up and nothing. Mac did not charge and called him just to get more frustrated. I took the lose and moved on to a real Mac shop.
