He stayed with us on the phone for hours, helping us straighten out the problems with Adobe that had been caused by the recent Windows updates, and a licensing issue, as well, that required the system to be restored as well as some fiddling with the account at Adobe and our licensing.He smoothly jumped from computer to computer, for 5 separate log ins, and fixed the Adobe issue on every single one. He was excellent at multitasking- while waiting for one download or restart on one machine, he would jump to another and fix that. Then jump to a third even, or back to the first, effortlessly juggling.As a result of his efforts, my coworker and I only had to stay two and a quarter hours late to file all the appeals briefs and appendices we needed to file - which would have been much, much later without his assistance, and in fact, we wouldn’t have been able to file at all without his help, because the Adobe error message we were getting wouldn’t let us put our PDFs in the form the 2d DCA required.Thank you, James!

Even though I had to make him frustrated on how about this, and I have no idea what a MX is he pulled it off everything I wanted. You can probably pay less however: you will not get better service.
