Sentry IT Solutions has been maintaining our computers for over two years. They maintain around 30 computers for us and they are always there for us when we need them.We recently replaced our main server, 16 computers on our Production floor and a few other things to increase our productivity. Most of the prep work was done in Sentrys facility including working directly with the gentleman who designed two of our programs an our order online.They arrived on a Friday afternoon and began working as soon as our business closed. After a full weekend of hard work, our Production Department was back in full swing with no glitches. Yes, I said NO GLITCHES! There were three Sentry techs here on Monday to take care of a few program issues needing support that wasnt available on the weekend, but those did not affect our work flow. Im sure they were supposed to take care of problems as well, but there were none.Computer upgrades can be a very difficult and sometimes fatal experience for a business. Sentry IT Solutions made it a dream come true. Our computers have never worked so well.Thank you to John, Richard, Walter, Josh, Govin and Lewis for a great job and thanks to anyone else in the office who helped off site.
