Gross misconduct.Had a situation with a Jani King worker Tommy peeping at me in the shower at a gym. He pretended not to know anyone was in there when I screamed, despite me being the only one in the entire locker room with the curtain drawn and shower running. He wasn’t even holding anything to clean with when I confronted him and even continued to stay in the room afterwards until I yelled at him to get out. Both the worker and company rep denied him having ever seen or interacted with me, which is kind of nonsensical, considering there’s definitely video footage of our consecutive exit from the locker room and the following commotion I made reporting him in the lobby while still in my towel.Unacceptable situation that left me feeling completely violated, and these workers should not ever be allowed in a situation with vulnerable women again.

I am not generally one to write reviews, but one is warranted with the experience we have had with Jani King. They were hired to clean two of our buildings totaling about 24,000 SF in 2020. On average, they would be on-site anywhere from 10 minutes to an hour or two each visit; every once in a while, they would be here longer. Emails and pictures were provided to the owner during this time to make sure we had everything documented. I took over as manager in March, and in April, we gave a 60-day notice per the contract to end the services so that we could hire a new employee. (Unfortunately, the contract was not up until September, my fault for having the wrong date. However, they knew we wanted to cancel the contract and did not say they would not accept the cancellation until September per the contract until the end of the 60 days was over, and we would not let them back on site. Therefore, we had to give an additional 15 days for the notice to cure clause after the 60 days, and nothing improved during that time either.)During the 60 days, they offered to switch franchise owners; this would be the third one, we agreed and hoped for improvement. (They offered another change at the end of the 60 days too.) We gave the new owner a tour of the facilities, and she agreed we were not just picky, and our concerns were legitimate. We once again provided daily, weekly, and monthly tasks for them to complete. They started off ok for a few days, and then it went back to less than 20 minutes a day and no shows. During the 15 days, we had them complete and sign off on the checklist every time. Not everything was completed as required each time, and we provided photographs and emails detailing the experience.We took back over the cleaning in house, and within a couple of days, the residents noticed a considerable difference in the cleanliness of the buildings, and we are saving money.

Terrible service with the William in the Orlando franchise. We only had him for 1.5 months and during that time they left our back patio door to our property open two times, then one night he randomly called me and told me the key stopped working and asked if we changed the lock (we didn’t). He refuse to Jair admit that they lost our key. He returned two mailbox sized keys that didn’t even fit the front door. The next morning we found the key on the floor outside our building.

I was need an office cleaning service for a new company I was hired to work for. When I called and asked to set up new account, Orlando office manager stated that he can not open and establish new service. The reason was my employment and association with my previous company that filed chapter 11 and Jani King lost $ 6,000 + dollars. I tried to explain that this was new entity, different company, owner, tax id etc. But he refused and advised to search for other companies. I felt discriminated personally. We live in a beautiful democratic country were a person or organization rise or fall and vise versa and has its rights. God Bless America!!!

Awful service, cleaning is not good at all with the franchise owner they got us, after complaints for over a year we finally cancelled. I do not recommend this franchise company to ANYONE looking for their business to be cleaned. I would give this company a ZERO stars if it was an option.

I have had my franchise for 10 years. It has been a great experience for me. I have grown my business and have had a successful outcome. It has worked for me because I have made it work for me. If you put in the time, effort and apply what you are taught at training you will succeed.

I have been using Jani-King of Orlando now for a little over 2 years, my previous company was with me for 10 years. I have to say that I have been very pleased so far, professional staff, the best regional account manager that I have dealt with in a very long time, Juan has always addressed any issues or concerns that I have had. He has always been there to answer any questions that I have. That means the world to me that he really cares about his customers and that Im not just another account to him. My facility is quite large and no matter what extra work I need done they always come thru. Please keep up the good work and the great customer care.Eddie AltmanFacility Manager

Let me start off by stating my name is Sheila, not David, and I am reviewing this company under our office google account...This is the WORST cleaning company I have ever dealt with!!! Weve had two separate crews come in just in the past 6 months and neither cleaned as expected! Trash cans were left full, floors were not cleaned, dusting was not done, it never smelt clean, etc.Our first cleaning crew was terrible from the beginning. They refused to move anything to sweep or vacuum. Floors were neglected. Bathrooms were never cleaned. When they were fired, the head of the cleaning crew came in and tried taking OUR broom, dust mops, etc.The second cleaning crew did GREAT job....... for the first week. Again, floors are being neglected, dusting isnt getting done, nothing is being moved, trash isnt being taken out, floor mats arent being cleaned, etc.I spoke with Tina at JaniKing Orlando who in turn spoke with the head customer service lady. I was told by the head of customer service that they will get a new crew in, they are sooooo sorry and they will credit your account for the past month. None of these things have happened as of yet.This is a physicians office where cleanliness is expected and if it is not clean, it leaves a bad taste in patients mouths. The doctor was out of town last week so the girls in the office and I spent a whole day cleaning the office. All the cleaning crew had to do was take out the trash, it wasnt done!The girls and I were in the office from 5:00pm to 7:00pm on Sunday, 10/04/2015 decorating the office for the doctors birthday and guess what?! THE CLEANING CREW HADNT BEEN IN!!! They are supposed to come on Friday evening or Saturday!!The most frustrating part of all of this is that we are locked in to a contract until February 2016 so we have NO options at this point! Please, please, please do your research on other search engines or review sites before signing with these people. They obviously only put the GOOD reviews on their website and they talk a big game when they come in to speak with you.If I could give less than one star, I would!Sincerely,One upset customer!!!Edited to add: It is now 04/12/2017. We cancelled our contract with them in February. We tried to get out of it last year but it had conveniently renewed without our knowledge. This company is now threatening to send our account to collections because they expect us to pay for a service that was never provided. We would come in to dust and dirt on the floors, full trash cans, dirty windows, etc--NO ONE CAME!! Now that were telling them were not paying since the service was not provided they are requiring proof of our dissatisfaction and asking why we stayed with them. WE STAYED BECAUSE YOU TOLD US WE COULDNT GET OUT OF OUR CONTRACT!!I cant believe this company is still open. We cant be the only ones having issues.

I am interested in buying a franchise from this company because I work with them and they are very good and professional, the problem is that there is no one who speaks Spanish, I have already called several times and I have not had help, they should hire a vilingual person since here in Florida we have many Latinos, I hope some help thanks
