First time experience****Staff was nice. So 3 stars for that & overall.I felt as though the cleaners were VERY ROUGH while cleaning. A lot of slamming, and not handling items with care. Nothing broke, but still.I thought we’ll they’re doing their job and they’re most likely doing it well. So I did not bother them during cleaning or as they left.Once I checked a few things after they said they were completed, they were barely cleaned. There was dust on the window sill, the floors and counters were dusty, hair still in the sink, spots on the shower floor etc. I did not want to be rude to the cleaners so I did not say anything directly to them. But this was an underwhelming experience. I felt as if I could have just completed it myself without the cost. They did clean but it was not fully clean. Such as a counter top was clean around the sink but the rest was dusty. The sink was not clean. (I let them know). Then they just wiped with a cloth…. But that’s not how you clean a sink?Also. Just a tip for a cleaning company during a pandemic, I think shoes should not be worn inside someone’s home for a cleaning. Shoes track dirt, bacteria, germs, etc. Especially should not be worn on carpet. I think the company should have a system for this such as bringing their own shoe covers. Or at-least asking the customer before entering their home. I feel like that is so important. More so now.I don’t think it’s worth getting this company as a regular cleaning because I don’t feel it is thorough.It’s a very very basic cleaning in my opinion.Pros: they are kind of fast and will get your list done.However, it won’t be the cleanest you’ve seen.

I am truthfully blown away by the cleaning service I was provided. Summer and Roni took care of my move-out cleaning and they were just phenomenal in every way. When I tell you my house was dirty... I mean there must have been mountains of dirt in each room, dirt stuck in baseboards... it was bad, to say the least. These girls really went out of their way to make this house sparkle again. It took them a few hours longer than expected but that’s only because they CARED enough to be thorough and get the job done the right way instead of rushing to get it done (and like I said, my house was a disaster). I cannot tell you how appreciative I am that they spent that extra time to do the fantastic job that they did. I got way more than my moneys worth. In addition to the great job they did, there was constant communication before, during and after the job was done, and they were so friendly, honest and professional. I can’t say enough good things about this business, their employees and the service they provide. I will never go anywhere else for cleaning services. Trust me, you will be so happy with the work they provide. They are worth every last penny!

I have been using this service with Jess and Arica for several months. They are amazing! I actually requested they always come to do my home. They are so professional and my house looks amazing. They consistently communicate with when they will arrive, confirm appointments, and show up when they say they will. Jess and Arica showed up and didn’t waste any time getting to work. They worked extremely diligently and left everywhere they touched spotless and clean. They were professional, hard working, and had very positive attitudes. They wiped down, mopped, vacuumed, and touched up any part of the house I asked for. Arica and Jess are a spectacular team and are by far the 2 most careful, mindful, and hard working ladies I’ve ever had clean any of my homes. Would ABSOLUTELY recommend as well as use them again.

Editing my original review: I was unhappy with my move-out/in cleaning service as some areas in the home were not clean according to move-in expectations for my tenants - per my property manager. The owner called me first thing the next business day upon learning of my experience. He was very understanding and amicable, he worked with me on a solution ASAP. Although I was initially dissatisfied as this created an unexpected inconvenience on my end, I am extremely satisfied with the customer service I received afterwards!

I booked a cleaning. I waited all afternoon for the cleaner to arrive. The company contacted me in the evening and told me that the lady wouldnt be available and that she was sorry. She wanted to know if I wanted to reschedule with them for later. I explained that it was a move out and that the landlord was walking the residence the next morning. I ended up cleaning until 11 p.m. that same night because this company put me in such an AWFUL PREDICAMENT! Highly unprofessional!! Dont take on jobs that you cant fulfill or have back up for... completely unacceptable to leave awaiting.customers high and dry when they are counting on you.

Paid $450 for a move-in deep cleaning. The place had no furniture in it yet and still they did a mediocre job at best. How do you miss cobwebs and dirt in a place with zero furniture in your way. Not even a single dish was in the kitchen and there was still grease on and in the stove, gross spots in and on the cupboards. They didn’t have the proper equipment to even clean my house. If you can’t reach tall ceiling cobwebs then you don’t have the right equipment. Now I have to re-clean it all and actually get the dirt out from the previous owners. Don’t waste your money.

I have been using Two Maids Orlando for roughly 3 years. I get a deep clean about every 6 months. Usually to freshen the house for the holidays or for a move in/out. Every time the service is exceptional. I remember how clean the house was, so I book them again, and then as soon as Morelli and Monica left, it blew my mind how clean it was. The memory of the cleanliness doesnt do the real thing justice. From top to bottom as high as the maids can reach and all of the visible floors, the house is spotless. I live in Florida, sand and hard water are difficult messes. On multiple occasions Two Maids Orlando has gotten hard water stains out of my shower that were on the glass before I even moved in.Literally the only gripe I have with their service is that on a couple occasions, they dont move furniture to clean under it. This last time I had furniture cleaners come in directly after them and it was very apparent they didnt move the couches to vacuum or mop under them. Will this small factor keep me from using their services again in the future? Absolutely not. I will be hiring them again most likely in 6-12 months. They are worth every penny.

I highly recommend Two Moms & A Mop. I have been using cleaning businesses to maintain my residence and vacation rental for almost 10 years. I have gone through about 5 different companies. Any company can offer standard cleaning but not everyone will put in the effort to be as detailed as Two Moms. They make me feel like they really do care about my home. The owner, Lauren, responds quickly to all my messages. They are very accommodating, the team is responsible and punctual, they have integrity and theres nothing they wont tackle. I really cant say enough good about them. I am beyond pleased! I found them here on Next Door and soon it will be an entire year that weve used their service. Look no further because they are, hands down, the best I ever found. Their cleaning business is truly first rate and cant imagine finding someone better.

Im pretty disappointed with the actual cleaning service, but impressed with the customer service.Three maids came to my townhouse for a deep clean and they did a pretty good job on the second floor of my home, particularly in the master bedroom and bathrooms. They also did a good job on the kitchen counters.However, they did not clean any windows in the first floor, did a poor job vacuuming, did not mop, and did not clean all horizontal surfaces (tables), much less the vertical surfaces that should have been included with a deep clean. I had to call back and request they be brought in again to finish the job.The receptionist on the phone was very apologetic and quickly scheduled for them to return the following morning, which is why I can say I am very happy with the customer service at least.The following day one maid finished cleaning, but she was an hour late. She did not do a good job on baseboards, trim work, and light fixtures so I ended up cleaning these myself after she left. She did do a great job on the windows and was kind enough to re-vacuum the first floor and mop.

A capable wife means knowing when to pay someone to do a job better than u can. Brittany and Georgie cleaned my townhouse from top to bottom like I just moved in. Working 12 hr shifts during this pandemic leaves little time to clean how I would like (and frankly Id rather chew glass than dust).They were able to fit me in with very little notice and their cleaning packages are varied yet affordable. To all the working parents out there, your rest is valuable. Your peace of mind is valuable. Pay Two Maids and a Mop to buy you some much needed relaxation and time with your family. We deserve it!

They charged my card for almost $100 more than I was quoted. Let me start this review by saying the ladies did a clean, thorough job- nothing stellar, but what I expected for a $140 quote.... My frustration is with the office manager Fedia. I called her to ask what was the difference between a deep clean and a standard clean - she quoted me the $140 I saw online for standard and $220 for a deep clean. I let her know I did not want to pay the deep price and was fine with the ladies coming for a standard 2 hour clean at $140. The ladies arrived and let me know that they were here for a deep clean. I corrected them and let them know that I opted out of the deep clean because of the price. I told them that if they didnt get to all of the items on my checklist in 2 hours, that it was okay to omit some items.... They stayed for 2.5 hours, and later in the day my card was hit with a $220 charge. After speaking with 2 different reps at the company and Fedia herself, she tried to argue that I got what I signed up for. What are the odds that both Fedia and the cleaning ladies misunderstood me? This is a business that exploits their customers to make a dime and its just not cool. The ladies were friendly and did a good job, but I will not be using this service again and would not recommend it. After putting up a fight and threatening to dispute the charge, Fedia did agree to refund me $80... I am shocked with the poor customer service at this business.

I hired them for a move out clean for my old apartment.They did a fantastic job.The bathrooms had quite a bit of soap scum and staining from three years of abuse - now it looks new again.I even found right before the clean that there was a leak under the sink that I though did damage to the wood. Would not use again. I got a 2 hr cleaning service for a 1bdrm apartment that was not crazy dirty and made it clear my main concern was the dust buildup due to no one being home for 2 months. Hey did basic cleaning & The windows and blinds were not even touched at the end of the 2 hours, I have to pay an extra 30 mins for them the finish sweeping my kitchen and wiping down cabinets that didn’t need wiping down. I had to ask 2 times to have the blinds done because they were so dusty and the said it was done already. Another main concern was the black buildup from my ac vents which they were able to handle. I also had a microfiber cleaning cloth and a shower Squeegee that was taken. This is not ok especially after the amount that was paid for the service. I needing up having to re clean my windows and sweep myself.

I hired this company to clean and nothing looks done. Theres still detergent on the floor and hair all over the counter. Not sure what exactly they did?

I am so glad I called Two Maids and a Mop. Brittany and Nicole were absolutely amazing. My house is so clean that I am so happy! I just want to walk around and touch every non dusty surface and have a tea party on my floor. Like a huge weight has been lifted after guilt tripping myself about not cleaning the house enough. I will definitely be making another appointment in the future (when my pandemic savings allow for it). Thanks so much!p.s. Awful!!!! Cannot day enough bad things about this company!! I am a homeschool mom whose husband works a ton and I am in a wheelchair full time for Muscular Dystrophy. I needed some help with the upkeep in the house so decided to try this company. First I had to call to see if they were even coming because never got a phone call confirmation as it said. Then the service was awful the first time and then never got to score them for it. Never confirmed I wanted another service and they just showed up at my door. Sent them back and did not receive service. They charged me full price anyway. Called to complain and here I am days later waiting for them to fix it!! Reported it to my bank for fraud since I heard nothing back! Thanks for nothing would not recommend to anyone!!
