We paid for a deep cleaning for a 4/2.1. Our bathrooms had to be cleaned twice. After thoroughly inspecting the bathrooms there were still residue.2. The base boards weren’t cleaned at all.3. The blinds on the sliding door was cleaned, however, the glass door wasn’t cleaned at all.4. Two cleaners came however within an hour one left and no one had a clue what happened to him. I had to call the owner/manager in which she sent two additional cleaners(who were great). I wish they were the initial cleaners5. The wind seals were half cleaned.6. They shoved a thick king size comforter on my son’s twin daybed. In which I pulled off and showed them he correct comforted however it still sitting on the side of the bed. They shoved all of my sons toys in his closet no type of organization.7. Two of the four rooms aren’t occupied so there was no cleaning necessary however I paid the full cost.Not sure if I will recommend or utilize this company again.

We have used Evany and their business, Big Bang Cleaning pretty much since they started up here in Orlando for a house cleaning every two weeks. We have had a few ladies placed with us, and the standard has been consistent, punctual and very reliable. Communication is always excellent, clear and timely. When a new associate is placed for us,one of their supervisors are always with to train and instruct and check on the standard of work. Rebeca is currently taking care of cleaning and she is impeccable! Not only does she take care of our house in a respectful and efficient manner, but she is a joy to have around. A full move out cleaning was set to start at 8:30am in St.Cloud, at 8:25 I received a text that the cleaners car broke down and no one could come to clean. Company did not respond to previous days text asking for confirmation. I know issues arise, and things happen, but to only have one person for a full move out clean with windows inside and out and to not have any other option then to try to reschedule is unfortunate.

Evany and her team are great to work with. Citaly was through and fast and did little things that showed she cared. Always prompt and easy to communicate with. I love having my house cleaned monthly by Big Bang Cleaning Services!

I have used Big Bang’s services for a few months. I found them on my neighborhood Facebook page. Lilliana cleaned my house last week and she did a great job. I told her some areas I wanted her to focus on and she completed them. She also even had me come into the bathrooms to check out her work (which I liked). She arrived early and even finished early! I was impressed. I have also used Rebecca in the past as well and she was great too. She paid attention to specific details and even made cute little origami designs on the toilet paper ends. I will be using again.

If you need last minute cleaning they will make it happen. I do like to do prefer when they do the spring cleaning with 2 people, you can really notice the difference.

I scheduled this company as a gift to clients who purchased a home- the wife was specific on areas where she wanted greater focus in addition to general cleaning (sliders, tracks, floors, baseboards) and I conveyed these details to the owner multiple times (during scheduling and upon confirming later). Heres what took place: 1 of 2 cleaners was on time (early actually) and the wife showed her around and again explained what she wanted done. She messaged me after that she wasnt confident the cleaner understood her, so I messaged the owner to confirm theyd received my instructions.The wife took their 2 young children out of the home to avoid bothering cleaners and to protect one who has vulnerable health condition. The 2nd cleaner got lost and showed up 1.5-2 hours past start time and both spoke with the husband upstairs- according to him, he told them not to bother much with floors in master and maybe one other room because of the artwork etc still on the floor. Seems to me the cleaners selectively chose to use those instructions house-wide.According to the wife, no sliders, no tracks, no baseboards and no vacuuming done at all and she felt they did a poor job in the bathrooms. The wife told me she came in to check things out and was really disappointed- she could hear the cleaners talking most of the time she was there. I have photos (and shared these and owner comments with owner).I contacted the owner and was told she spoke to the cleaners and they worked hard doing what the husband told them to do and should be paid- so I paid.The house is just under 5k sq ft and the price quoted seemed low- so shame on me for hoping to get quality work done for that price ($200). I felt safe given the great reviews. I wont use nor refer this business again.I do need recommendations for reputable, reliable, quality cleaners... Ill be ordering the service for that family again, and for future clients.Edit: the fact that you would state this about the client shows your lack of professionalism. The wife was there and walked the the 1st cleaner around reiterating exactly the instructions i gave you. Good luck doing business this way.

Made an appointment to have them come clean before we moved. Made an appointment a little under a month in advance. I took off work so I can be at the house while they clean. The appointment was at 8:30 am and at 9 am no one showed up. I called asking where are they and the lady on the phone said there was no appointment made, even though I have emails stating the date and time. I was later told sorry for the confusion and they wont be able to come the same day because there isnt anyone available. Now I need to scramble to find another place that can come the same day since I wont be present the next.

I was busy and my two bathrooms had been ignored for, it is embarrassing to say, a year. Yes, there was a year of hard water and grime. I was busy and traveling. I called big bang cleaning services requesting full house deep clean the same day. Initially I was told to wait a couple of days but they called me back within 15 minutes and had someone out to the house the same day. Cleaned the bathrooms, floor, appliances, bedrooms, windows. Very impressed with service delivery and courtesy. Received a follow up called later that evening to ensure I was happy with the work.

One of the traits that I REALLY like about this company is that the maids are DETAIL ORIENTATED!! Thats what I look at and check for. Theyre friendly and professional, and always arrive on time!! I like the little things like how they fold the ends of the toilet paper roll in triangle shapes, how they fold clothes laying around and stack them neatly, how they always replace every trash bin bag with empty clean ones, how they leave the house smelling fresh because they scrub every inch!! Thank you to the entire team who make it work. I love the feel of my house when youre done.

The staff was really friendly and efficient. They cleaned the kitchen really well as well as the bathrooms. The reason why I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is because they didnt remove spots of paint that were on the floor. I scratched them off without any problem.
