I thought I’d give this place another chance after 3 or 4 times previously done. When I went to the attendant I told him my issues previously and said he’d take care of it. Well after paying for a number 1 car wash my car still have dirt and bird poo dropping on it. I tried calling after I got to work but no answer just a voice mail. Just warning to others GO ELSEWHERE THEY DONT CARE AND YOULL BE WASTING MONEY.

Very affordable and convenient. Unfortunately we have new scratches on our paint from the brushes. I’m sure they will buff out with a good wax job.

I have been a member for about 2 years now. I have the Premium package. In the beginning, the attendant would squirt the car with a fluid and a quick brush of the front bumper and windshield. They quit doing that about 6 months ago, so the bugs never come off your car . I take a dryer sheet and clean the bugs and then run back through a second time. Waste of my time and their resourcesAlso, the vacuums used to have better suction and they had a hose that blew air to get dust abs debris out of tight areas. That broke about a year ago and was never replaced.I like that Mr Carwash has so many locations, but for the price, I should get better service

I paid for the nicest car wash package with wax and everything. I went through and then went home (a few blocks away). The sides and back of the car were sparkling but the hood hadnt been touched. It was still covered in dirt. It was extremely frustrating. I wish I hadnt used their car wash. Now I have to pay again to get it washed elsewhere since 25% of the car wasnt touched.

I have my car washed at the Lee Rd. Mister Car Wash and today I had the pleasure of meeting one of the employees. The young man I am talking about is named Ralph. It is so nice to go into a business and find a young man who takes pride in his job. Not only was Ralph polite and courteous, but he was very professional and had a tremendous attitude. It is so nice to pull into this place and find young men like Ralph and other young men there working with smiles on their faces so a client feels comfortable to ask any questions about the service they are receiving. Keep up the good work Ralph!

There are many other places just like mister that are alot cheaper. Does not make sense to pay a $30 monthly fee when you can get the same thing for 10 somewhere else. Plus I was not impressed with the wash I got. The best thing about it was the vacuums

Staff very knowledgeable and friendly. Damaged brushes OOS for over a month. Concerning as these are the brushes that scrub the sides and lower panels of your car along with wheels. Overall appearance not as crisp as before. Address service issues inna timely manner or at least provide a courtesy note to members. Frequent users will notice defects.

If you like seeing a closed sign every time you try to go, sure, I recommend it. The soap is strong here, and vacuums have good suction. But what good is that when it seems they are closed when I want to go, many times?

The car wash I normally go to is currently under construction. So I found this one in the mean time. I got the wash that was right under the most expensive one. Can’t remember the price exactly but I’m sure it was over $15. But I expected at least a prep clean of the tires, and windows from the attendants with the price! I’ve NEVER been through a car wash and not had an attendant scrub the tires and windshield first, until coming here.I went through the wash and out, and my car was still not clean. The only good thing about this place are the vacuums, which is why I’ve given them a 1. I will NOT be returning.

Love this car wash. I normally just buy the basic $7. wash and it does a great job of cleaning my car. Employees are very pleasant and helpful if you need them.

Great service, had the monthly subscription, but when I left Florida had to cancel both cars because in Seattle they don’t have one that close to me. Fantastic and will get again.

So convenient and membership is good at all locations! So fast, seriously its under 3 mins and then my car is clean 😁👍and the free vacuums are a plus (I suggest doing your vacuuming before the wash, depending on how the parking lot is set up).

I loved this car wash! I dont like to get out of my car when I get a car wash. I was able to get a Quality Car Wash for $11 and that included tire shine on my tires. Car looked incredible and theres free vacuuming if I wanted to vacuum as well. Smooth and easy professional car wash for a great price I will be back again

Love the new facility on Lee Road in Winter Park, Florida for its self service vacuum service. This make it my favorite facility verses the facility in Fern Park, Florida that is just minutes from my home that only offers full service with no self serve vacuums.Also, the Lee Road facility seems to offer a better drive thru washing as well.Please use this information to instill some changes.Respectfully,Naomi Brown

Overall Im mostly happy with the service. The washing system does a poor job of washing the front of my BMW X5. During the wash I can see it never touches the center of the front bumper and I always have a few inches left and right of center that are dirty. The parts it does hit dont do a great job getting fresh bugs off. Also, strange how the system is inconsistent in drying my car. Sometimes everything is perfect other days the drivers and passenger front windows, side mirrors, and rear bumper are still dripping wet.

Minivan has been sitting in the driveway under a tree all day almost every day while I’m working from home during COVID. We knew it would take more than one trip through the car wash to take care of the dirt, leaves and pollen caked on the van. Ralph at Mr. Carwash (Lee Road) talked us through the options and assured us that we could go through again if the van wasn’t clean the first time. He met us near the exit and sent the van through again as promised. We were happy with the end result, but even happier with the service we received.

Great idea to just drive through conveniently to wash your car. Unless you have a car where the tag does not scan to drive through (which is good percentage). If so. You dont get the same convenient service other cars get. You have to wait everytime for them to open your gate. After there done with who there working with. Very inconvenient to the purpose of there service.

Great car wash. Ive got the unlimited program and use it once a week. The vaccum are great and its easy in and out. Do your vaccuming first then go through the wash.

Advertised hand wash and hand dry on there website but its not offered at any off there locations. Cant some bring a brushless car wash to Orlando cause it will get everyones business cause its better for your paint job and the clear coat. Would of gave it zero stars if possible.

The attendants have become less and less involved. Other car washes have a greater level of prep by the attendants than Mister for areas of the vehicle like the windshield, front bumper and the back of the car. My car comes out mostly clean and sort of dry. The advantage is that with the monthly subscription I can go through every few days so the car is not as dirty.

I use this car wash a lot as a monthly member but the last time I went through the car wash something ripped my license plate half way off my vehicle and also the plate frame that goes around it. I told management and all the had to say was that it was the dryer blowers that were too strong and that was what ripped the license plate and frame off. I didnt get any sort of compensation for the broken frame nor any discount for this problem.

I believe I may have been among the first 100 to buy one of your programs. Almost every time I visit the service is consistent. You have great employees and management. Although last visit I found 3 vacuum hoses clogged. This was a first. Keep up the good work.

The prices are good. I took my vehicle through the drive thru car wash. When the car wash was finished my car was still dirty on the top and back. I plan to clean my car myself but return to Mister Car Wash to maintain keeping it clean.

I visit a few times a week. Love that I can keep my car nice and clean with Mister Car Wash. I just cleaned out my car with all the vacuums that you provide.

It was very quick. Left a lot of residues on the car itself. Too expensive. And the vacuum was very old and barely did anything.

RUN! These kids just played bumper cars with 2 ppls cars and 1 rear ended the other inside the wash. They pulled out an ipad labeled INCIDENT Tablet so this prob happens a lot.

I think Mister Car Wash does a fantastic job in all areas and a great value!! My only complaint is the vacuum area does not have any shade so I can’t really use them during the super hot months in Orlando.

This review is based purely on the having tenants at the pay station. my Question is why. I’ve been going to this location since opening and my number one complaint is the staff. It’s an automatic car wash. There is absolutely no reason for staff to be standing beside a self service check out, other than to try and constantly up sell car washes. They’re not drying cars, they’re not vacuuming cars, it’s just to stand there and help with swiping your card/up selling detail packages. It’s a beyond hassle to have someone run up on your car and try to stand 2 feet from my window, leaning over and selecting the wash i could have done myself. Please. whoever’s idea this was. stop.

Would have highly recommended this business until the decision was made to pull detailing from the Clermont, FL location. The wash does an “ok” job, but the hands on is needed to get the vehicle completely clean (at least on the outside).

My favorite location of the three Ive been to (Colonial and 17/92). This is my go-to for a complete satisfied clean. And I only have the basic unlimited monthly membership and Im always happy with the wash when I come through here. Staff is always friendly and even though they are always busy, I never have an issue getting in and out. Definitely recommend this location!

I have been a full service member at Mr. Car wash for nearly a year. When I initially started going to Mr. Car Wash the service was great. It has steadily declined and anytime an employee is asked to do something out of the normal car wash they act as if it’s not acceptable. I also noticed there are a lot of young kids working there that do not take pride in their work and are more concerned with socializing with one another more so than making customers happy.

Very effective washers and service! Finally, a vacuum with the right attachments that vacuum in hard to reach areas. Made my whole Sunday!! I did not have to go home and detail my rims. Left with a car well cleaned!!! Their monthly price for unlimited washes isnt bad either!

My first time here. Car Wash was good and I liked the free vaccum. I couldnt get the car detailed because of no contact service at this time. We try Mister @ Lake Mary location for full car details service when available.

I came and got a wash on my 2020 kia sorento and there is still bugs all over the front bumper and windows. I remember going to sporty wash in Deland florida and they have employees scrubbing with a brush to get those tough bugs off windows and front of car. I highly recommend u getting some employees to use a scrub brush to make sure the car is bug free when come out the wash

Very nice people that greet you at the front to help decide what level of car wash to get.The problem is I arrived with fresh bugs on the front of my truck. They said if they weren’t 2-3 days old, they could spray a solution and get them off.NOT TRUE.No bugs came off the front the truck - it’s as if the front wasn’t even washed.Had to go home (after spending 20+ dollars there) and wash the front of my tundra off....scrub the bugs off it.Not happy.

Overall good, with functional and powerful vacuums (a rarity at car washes). The attendants at the touchscreens are unnecessary and are only there to upsell you on a membership. Annoying at the best of times, but during Covid theres no excuse.

I’m sort of stuck between a 3 or 4 star rating. But I’m going with 3 because this location does not advertise that it’s an express version of Mister Car Wash.Express essentially means you simply drive through an automated wash and there are NO customizable interior services. Anything having to do with the interior is on you.They have a great self serve vacuum area! And the staff is really pretty awesome. But I had it in my mind that I was going to get a FULL detail today. And I ended up working for what was about 1/2 of the cleanliness I wanted to achieve today.The automated machine really did a nice job on the exterior. So, yes, I’d go back. But not if I want a full service cleaning.

Car wash anytime i want and as many times as i want for one, very reasonable, monthly fee. Total win in my book. Wish this location had the mat cleaners though, others do.

If you like self service car washes, this place is the best! It’s $5 and free vacuum or $19.99 unlimited for the month. It’s super clean and there are tons of parking spots for cleaning/vacuuming. The vacuums have super strong suction and 2 different attachments so it makes everything really easy. Highly recommend!!
