The only reason I keep coming back to this place to get my car wash is because they’re literally around the corner from my house and the guys do a great job, with that being said; I give the guys 5 stars! However, the women at the front desk are so rude and provide zero customer service. I’ve been coming here for years and is always been the same, the owners need to do a better job when hiring for this position.

Took our new car there to have the car steamed and sanitized. Carpets cleaned. All interior. For 110. My husband pulled out in the sun light better and the guy didnt clean sht!! The carpets werent even damp! So he had to go back told them about themselves. They said we can have it done in 20 .min!! What? Thats a 4 hr job at least. Not worth the money or effort of even going there!!

Terrible service, starting with the unprofessional hostile receptionist ending with the car trunk not vacuumed because employees can not move customers items (some small cardboards, the first aid kit and a windshield fluid container) but that after you notice they did not clean it and go to the office to ask for the paid service. Very cheap service for a not cheap price.

New owner its very selfish and is all about money for himself. Definitely not American mantality because he does not know the USA hospitality. Selfish owner.

Definitely the worst service everI took my new 2021 car with no scratches at all and they scratch my back lights with a dirty rug saying that it was like that and there was nothing that they can do about it and that says it allIf you really want good service and your car to be clean and caring about it definitely don’t go there, manager doesn’t even know how to take care of that for me or even recommend a way the other cleaner to clear it off bad bad bad bad bad windows dirty,very bad smell inside the car, I am more than sure that they use dirty and old rags and this is how they scratch your car with all that old ragsWont be back at all and I recommend not to take your car there…

They do a good job. But they are slow AF. It takes usually 1 hour and a half to 2 hours for a basic wash. They are so slow. It takes away from the good work they do. Also the young lady at the desk is miserable. You say hi! Or thanks and she looks at you like you have 2 heads and is always on the phone.I worked at car washes and this one could be more profitable if it was properly managed.

Great place, beautiful women, nice a d lounge, comfortable couches, AAA discount and amazing wash, detail and vaccuum called the works. Been coming here for years. Cant believe its not always packed.

Attention to detail - got the works wash and am VERY happy with my car after their hard work. Great waiting area with TV and massage chairs while you wait and COVID guidelines in place.

I got an oil change last year that included the Basic Service, I was so impressed with the cleaning I returned for The Works a few weeks ago. When I got my car, the cover to my drivers door was broken and coming off, the paint was chipped in two spots as if they attempted to repair it and my car wasn’t cleaned properly. I was not impressed with the cleaning. I had removed coins and all from the cup holders and cubbies and left my car completely empty for an easy cleaning. The door cubbies weren’t cleaned, my emergency brake crevices was left dusty, my hubcaps weren’t cleaned and they didn’t even condition my dashboard which I paid for. I definitely didn’t get my money’s worth to say the least. AND I’m very disappointed knowing they broke my door handle and didn’t even say anything. I do not recommend and I do not plan to return.

Staff is efficient and did a great job for a wash/dry/tire clean. Friendly people and affordable prices for the product I got.

It took 2 1/2 to 3 for an oil change and car wash. The oil change was quick and he was excellent but the rest of the hours and the workers including the cashier didnt want to be there or work. It was so frustrating. The cashier was so freakin rude as heck and some customer service. I was so unhappy with the service today.

The people actually doing the work, especially manager really trying hard to provide good service. The counter staff was ridiculous. They did not perform the service I paid for and when I spoke to older lady working the counter she told me I’m just the counter person you have to speak to the manager. When I asked her to get the manager, she looked right at me and said no. He is outside you go find him.She was too busy sitting on her chair and eating.

Staff is friendly, professional & hard workers. They take their time at cleaning each car. However, this place often works under staff so each car wash usually takes 45 min - 1 hr plus. Never had a bad experience here under than waiting longer than expected.

Went to get my car vacuumed and cleaned on 9/24. Long story short I waited an hour and 45 mins with NO WARNING from any employee how long it might take, then when I received my car there was sand still in it and bugs all over the front bumper of my car. So I pulled around and asked them so kindly to get the bugs off the front while I was dumping the sand off of my floor mats. The guy said the bugs wouldn’t come off (he was using goo be gone) and gave me serious attitude and huffed and puffed about it while I was giving him a TIP. Came home, got a magic eraser, and the bugs came off immediately. What a waste of $20!!! Do not recommend!!!! I will never, ever go back and I’ve been a loyal customer since 2012.

The detailing was done with extreme attention to detail. Loved what they did to my SUV!

The front desk lady was not professional. She seemed annoyed when I asked questions. The wait to clean my car was about an hour so if you’re expecting a quick turn around don’t go there. Take cash if you want to tip because they don’t include that in the check out process.Other critics:The vending machine ate some guy’s money.I had to use the atm to get money out for the tip. Plus they charge you an extra 2- 3 dollars if you have a larger vehicle.The only reason I’m giving it 2 stars is because the employees did a good job with cleaning and you can wait in an air conditioned area.

This is where always get our car cleaned. This time, we splurged for the $55 package. Excellent job. We do this once or twice a year. Other times we go with the wash & wax only.

Ok, it is NOT, I repeat not, a Fast Car Wash; its probably the slowest I have ever experienced. I was 8th car in, at 10:44 a.m., and its 11:47 by the time I got out of there. I am not sure I understand the sad 😞 extended time...but maybe people had gross cars, I just cannot explain the overly long process. My only way to explain this is, the three cars in front, have been sitting there since I sat to wait formy car (see picture). They do have an older cleaning crew...and they move that way too.Long story short, be aware it is SLOW...turtle slow.

I always come here to get my car waxed; generally twice a year. The reason I come here is because they are very pleasant and do a great job at an affordable price. Although everyone who has taken care of me have been excellent, I want to give a special shout out to Alberto who I cant say enough good things about on just how hard he worked on my car. He cleaned and waxed my car like it was his own. You should be so proud to have this amazing worker in your employ. Great work Alberto and compliments to the manager who hired you!

Great service! Employees are nice. The only complaint I have is the wait time, but thats because this is one of the best car washes in the area! So, bring a book, listen to music, or watch a TV show on your phone, I promise itll be worth it.

Saw a sign outside the establishment that says Early Bird Special between 8-10 AM - 20% off. I just so happened to be driving past there with a dirty car around 9 AM so I decided to pull in. It was unclear where to go at first as nobody there speaks English but that seems to be the norm around here. Once I figured that part out, I went inside to pay.When I was rang up, I noticed I had not received the Early Bird special so I asked why that was. I was told the wash package I ordered was not eligible for that offer. There is no mention of that detail on any of the signage but whatever, its only a few dollars. What annoyed me though is the cashier could have given me the upgraded package and I wouldve paid less with this discount for more service. She didnt really seem to care though. I think thats a poor way of doing business, to lose a future customer over a few dollars but this is how they do things here.After that whole ordeal, I waited...and waited...and waited...and finally after about an hour or so, the wash was complete. I have never waited so long to have my car washed. One of the main reasons I get my car washed is to save myself the time I wouldve spent doing it myself! Im not sure if its always like this but that is inexcusable.To be fair, the wash was great. My car looked brand new again and the workers were very meticulous when they were cleaning it. You dont usually see that. Unfortunately, everything I previously mentioned ruined it for me.

If i could give this place a 0 I would. Horrible serivce!!! I had never been here before but it was on my way leaving work so i decided to stop by. First of all confused by how to enter this place. Secondly, no one was at the desk so I had no idea where to pay. I saw my car come out of the wash, the guy pulled it to the side and just left it there with the door open. I waited here for a simple $20 wash for an hour and was late for another appointment. To top it all off, My car was still dirty, I had water spots every where because they did not start to detail my car until it had been sitting there for over 30 minutes and i had to complain. When I got home, there was dirt on my seats and bugs because the door of my car was just sitting there open the entire time!! Do yourself a favor and dont go here its a waste of time and money.

I used to come here a lot a couple of years ago and I loved it. Place was nice, service was fast and very thorough. Came back today as I was in the area and needed a car wash, said hey, ill go to my spot. Tons of the crew has changed and Ive now been waiting for over 2 hours for a wash. Mind you its NOT busy at all. Wow, this place went to s**t... miss the old owners. I will be going to Mister Carwash. Top star place.....

Very nice people, hard workers only negative thing was they did not honor their birthday discount. Lady at the front desk claimed I must be a regular customer in order to be permitted the birthday discount. Bummed as I drove all the way here for that reason never the less prices are cheap.

I know the weather is bad but there is no reason for disrespect. I went for a lub job and antifreeze change. I was send inside has usual. No one was at the cashiers desk. I approached the ladies at the office with a concern. While explaining my concern I was literally treated with disdain and ask to get some coffee and sit down. The music was so loud that I felt like walking into a bar. Seems they cared more for their own personal phone calls than a good customer relation. The attendant at the oil change station stated to have antifreeze and end up at the time of payment they had none, I felt miss leaded. I had always brought my vehicles to the facility but it feels like I need to find another place. This employees at the cash register need customer relation training I say. I forgive them and plan to give them another change. Will see...

So buff i visited Buff-It to get a car wash expecting some sort of discount on a car wash being active military and was charged full price. I asked if they stoped discounts for military and the lady at the counter told me yes and that it stoped for military, police and firefighters. I asked why and was told because it was being abused and military members along with first responders were bringing to many cars for the discount and she stated the business owner was losing money. So Instead of possibly limiting it to 1 car per person a day to avoid the misuse or a less percent off they completely took it away with absolutely no discount. As I was about to just accept their decision and take the fact I already paid and not cause issues, I noticed on their front desk they have a list of discounts. And not only is military and first responders not on there but they do give discounts to theme park employees. So this business does not support military or first responders but if you work for the mouse they respect that and honor that. So if you work for a theme park then Buff-IT Carwash and Lube honors your survice and sacrifice. 2 stars is for the fact they always do a great job cleaning but I will no longer support a business that does not support military and first responders. Hopefully they re-think that decision.

They did an amazing job. My car was overdue for a detail for at least a year. It was grimmy and it came out looking new.

Have been here several times now and they have always done well. I normally have my car vacuumed, washed, hand dried, and the inside hand wiped down. They will do all that for $20.00, you cant beat it. They also do full oil changes, regular and Synthetic. I tried them with this the last time I was in, synthetic change, they did well. If you get an oil change with them they automatically throw in a free car wash. They also have full service detailing and waxing. They have a package to fit most any need. I would definitely recommend.

Rode to Orlando unfortunately the ride included an excessive amount of bugs. The outside of my car was loaded. Did a wonderful job cleaning my car. Definitely great prices. Very organized.

I have never been here

I used to go to this car wash years ago, but i left because of the poor service that is was offering A friend of mine told me that they had new owners, so i went back to check it out..What a difference! Now i am very pleased because i can tell new administration has taken over the place. The new owner is a gentleman and treats customers they way we deserved...and i also feel safe because i know now that the new owner is all about customer satisfaction and great service!..highly recommended!

The next time I visit Disney, I will return. They were super thorough when they cleaned my car. Even cleaned areas that I told them to ignore. Awesome service. Thanks again!

Terrible wash. Dirt left all over the outside of my car. The vacuum was even worse. This is the second time I have gone to this place. I figured I would give them a second chance. Bad idea. The worst part is they stole ALL of the quarters from my change bin in the center console. The stealing of my change happened both times I was there. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Absolutely horrendous service! I was here a couple months ago and had a terrible experience with my car wash. I chose the works wash which included vacuuming and other options. The car came back to me dirty. I made a complaint to the manager and he gave me a ticket to come back for a free wash to make up for the poor service quality as well as the wait time. When I came back to redeem my ticket for another wash, the lady At the checkout counter that day would not except it. Waste of my time. I tried to give this location another chance, but was sorely disappointed yet again! Terrible service!

First time going here, went with a friend who told me about it. I love the drive thru service! I think this kinda of service is a dying breed. But these guys did it well. Plus a free cookies and coffee for waiting, thats some good customer service. You just sit in your car and wait for the car maintenance to be complete. The place is still cool even with the sun out since it is a enclosed building.I got an oil change, and it came with a basic free car wash and vacuum with upgradable options.All in all it was a great shop with car service and wash in a drive thru manner with a free car wash/vacuum and complimentary cookies.

It was a smooth experience. Easy and welcoming set up. You drive in and are immediately greeted by the staff who comically entertains you while you get introduced to the services. They really pay attention to detail so it is worth the wait time...

Went to get a car wash. Had one of the guys tell me that if I did not get the most expensive car wash, my car wouldnt be as clean as the medium range price. Tried to explain to him I dont care for the extra stuff I just wanted a job well done. Again, the guy told me that unless I get the most expensive one they would basically half ass it. Great way to run a business. Now I understand the bad reviews.

Worse carwash ever. Came in around 1200 on a Tuesday. Got a normal wash and cleaning on my seats. Took about 2 hours just for my car to get looked at. Had to argue with the guy who takes in the cars just for them to get the car cleaning. Mind you its already been 3 hours. Even the staff was walking in and out complaining to me about how slow the service is here. Been here a couple times in the past about 5 years ago. Its good. Now it seems like the worse ever. Do not come me or waste your money.

You guys need to have some signa or someone at the entrance of the lot so new customers know what to and were to go first. Will update the review after the service is completed.

I purchased car detailing for my husbands car, and Buff-it would not validate it. I had moved out of the area, and it took me several months to bring my husbands car in. When I was having work on my car, I always addressed car detail voucher, as I was always told by employee that it would still be good to use. Upon arrival, the employee who I had previously dealt with got fired, and Buff it would not honor paid service.It’s unfortunate, I had used Buff it for several years, and had always been so happy with there customer service

1st visit today for a high mileage oil change and comp car wash. They were exactly 4.95$ more than walmart who had twice the wait. Plus, buff it offered car wash comp. They were experiencing some difficulties today but their phenomenal quality of service w both the oil change and immaculate car wash sold me for future visits. Maria the cashier makes a great tea and looks after the place and people very kindly. Pls thank Julio/Jose(I think), and every wonderful person who worked on my white Buick ultra today.
